At present, the domestic pineapple picking mainly uses manual picking, and as the pineapple leaves are provided with sharp teeth, the peel is hard and has bulges and barbs, the manual picking is easy to hurt people, the pineapple picking efficiency is seriously affected, and the pineapple picking is also a headache for the pickers. To solve such a problem, consideration must be given from various aspects, and then structural design must be performed to meet practical requirements. Most pineapple harvesters on the market are large machines, and the power mechanism of the pineapple harvesters is driven by a huge tractor. There are also a small number of small machines that are selectively picked by hand and hand.
In the prior art, a series of problems exist in the pineapple picking process, such as large-scale mechanized picking, which is inevitably limited by factors such as geographical environment, fruit field position, fruit field scale and the like, and the economic cost of the picking is too high. The common manipulator structure generally separates the pineapple from the stem by clamping the pineapple and twisting the pineapple relative to the stem, and the mode can clamp the pulp, so that the value of the fruit is reduced. Meanwhile, the handle of the common manipulator structure is usually of a straight rod structure, which does not accord with the ergonomic design, so that a user needs to repeatedly bend down when adopting pineapple, and the problem of high labor intensity exists.

When the handle 13 is pulled to apply a reverse pulling force, the pawl 7 prevents the ratchet 6 from rotating reversely, and the central shaft 2 cannot rotate clockwise.
