本发明公开了一种人造棉织物的高得色量连续加工工艺,步骤如下:S1、生物酶退浆工序。S2、烧毛工序。S3、酶堆置工序。S4、苛化工序。S5、染色工序。S6、后整理工序。本发明设计合理,工艺简单,利用生物酶高度的专一性、高效性和节水性能,并且具有处理条件温和、加工简单等优点,保证染色的得色量,保证颜色的真实和鲜艳,减少了能耗和水资源的消耗,达到节能减排的目的,且处理后的人造棉织物品质高,具有重大的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明属于染色工艺领域,更具体地说,涉及一种人造棉织物的高得色量连续加工工艺。
背景技术
我国是一个纺织大国,然而在纺织品加工的整个过程中,尤其是人造棉织物的染色,应用到大量的烧碱、双氧水、助剂等,上述原材料不仅浪费大量的水资源,同时也会造成严重的环境污染,另外现有工艺织物的得色量不够,影响颜色的效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供了一种人造棉织物的高得色量连续加工工艺,设计合理,工艺简单,利用生物酶高度的专一性、高效性和节水性能,并且具有处理条件温和、加工简单等优点,保证染色的得色量,保证颜色的真实和鲜艳,减少了能耗和水资源的消耗,达到节能减排的目的,且处理后的人造棉织物品质高,具有重大的经济效益。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种人造棉织物的高得色量连续加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
S1、生物酶退浆工序:将人造棉织物与生物酶溶液充分接触,利用生物酶溶液对人造棉织物进行退浆使浆料被除去,人造棉织物在生物酶溶液中经过1-2h的浸轧;
S2、烧毛工序:利用烧毛机对退浆后的人造棉织物进行烧毛,正反各烧2两次;
S3、酶堆置工序:将烧毛后的人造棉织物经过精练酶溶液的处理,保证充分接触,保温堆置1-3h,进行2-4次水洗,最后灭酶;
S4、苛化工序:灭酶后的人造棉织物在常温下浸轧氢氧化钠苛化处理液内,堆置30-50min,之后使用温水冲洗,最后烘干,得到苛化后的人造棉织物;
S5、染色工序:通过染色池对苛化后的人造棉织物进行染色;
S6、后整理工序:对染色后的人造棉织物在100℃下预烘1-3h,水洗15-30min,然后对人造棉织物皂洗10-20分钟,最后冷水洗15-30分钟,制得人造棉织物。
作为一种优化的技术方案,所述步骤S1中生物酶溶液的浓度为2g/L,且生物酶溶液的pH值为6,生物酶溶液包含有α-淀粉酶、脱支酶和糖化酶。
作为一种优化的技术方案,所述步骤S3中精练酶溶液的浓度为15-30g/L。
由于采用了上述技术方案,与现有技术相比,本发明设计合理,工艺简单,利用生物酶高度的专一性、高效性和节水性能,并且具有处理条件温和、加工简单等优点,保证染色的得色量,保证颜色的真实和鲜艳,减少了能耗和水资源的消耗,达到节能减排的目的,且处理后的人造棉织物品质高,具有重大的经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种人造棉织物的高得色量连续加工工艺,步骤如下:
S1、生物酶退浆工序:将人造棉织物与生物酶溶液充分接触,利用生物酶溶液对人造棉织物进行退浆使浆料被除去,人造棉织物在生物酶溶液中经过1-2h的浸轧。生物酶溶液的浓度为2g/L,且生物酶溶液的pH值为6,生物酶溶液包含有α-淀粉酶、脱支酶和糖化酶。
S2、烧毛工序:利用烧毛机对退浆后的人造棉织物进行烧毛,正反各烧2两次。
S3、酶堆置工序:将烧毛后的人造棉织物经过浓度为15-30g/L的精练酶溶液的处理,保证充分接触,保温堆置1-3h,进行2-4次水洗,最后灭酶。
S4、苛化工序:灭酶后的人造棉织物在常温下浸轧氢氧化钠苛化处理液内,堆置30-50min,之后使用温水冲洗,最后烘干,得到苛化后的人造棉织物。
S5、染色工序:通过染色池对苛化后的人造棉织物进行染色。
S6、后整理工序:对染色后的人造棉织物在100℃下预烘1-3h,水洗15-30min,然后对人造棉织物皂洗10-20分钟,最后冷水洗15-30分钟,制得人造棉织物。

1.一种人造棉织物的高得色量连续加工工艺,其特征在于:步骤如下:
S1、生物酶退浆工序:将人造棉织物与生物酶溶液充分接触,利用生物酶溶液对人造棉织物进行退浆使浆料被除去,人造棉织物在生物酶溶液中经过1-2h的浸轧;
S2、烧毛工序:利用烧毛机对退浆后的人造棉织物进行烧毛,正反各烧2两次;
S3、酶堆置工序:将烧毛后的人造棉织物经过精练酶溶液的处理,保证充分接触,保温堆置1-3h,进行2-4次水洗,最后灭酶;
S4、苛化工序:灭酶后的人造棉织物在常温下浸轧氢氧化钠苛化处理液内,堆置30-50min,之后使用温水冲洗,最后烘干,得到苛化后的人造棉织物;
S5、染色工序:通过染色池对苛化后的人造棉织物进行染色;

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种人造棉织物的高得色量连续加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中生物酶溶液的浓度为2g/L,且生物酶溶液的pH值为6,生物酶溶液包含有α-淀粉酶、脱支酶和糖化酶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种人造棉织物的高得色量连续加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S3中精练酶溶液的浓度为15-30g/L。
