技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种染色相关设备，尤其涉及一种染色后的水洗设备。
背景技术
目前聚酯纤维印花织物在实际生产中以直接印花为主，对所用分散染料、阳离子染料在蒸化温度及固色率方面有较高的要求。采用高温高压蒸化法发色的聚酯纤维印花布工艺流程为：印花-烘干-蒸化-水洗-还原精洗-水洗-脱水-烘干 -后整理。
高温高压蒸化法是在高压容器内蒸化，这种方法适应染料范围广，染料向纤维转移较充分。但此蒸化工艺属于间歇式生产，生产效率低，无法连续蒸化水洗，消耗蒸汽量大；常因蒸汽压力的不稳定导致发色不均匀不理想，导致印花颜色质量控制不佳。蒸化后要进行充分的水洗，以去除未固着的染料、助剂等，以提高湿处理牢度和摩擦牢度。水洗的整个过程耗水量大，废水COD值高。还原精洗时保险粉暴露于空气中易吸收氧气而氧化失效。为此，北京服装学院张大省教授团队研究改进产生了新型聚酯纤维NEDDP、NECDP，对这种新型的聚酯纤维布匹一般采用连续蒸化染色工艺。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种常压可染聚酯纤维印花布连续蒸化水洗设备，可以对新型聚酯纤维NEDDP、NECDP进行连续蒸化染色后的水洗，其通过以下技术方案实现：
一种常压可染聚酯纤维印花布连续蒸化水洗设备，所述设备包括一个水洗槽和两个布匹轧干装置，所述水洗槽外侧设有第一轧干装置，所述水洗槽上部设有第二轧干装置；所述每个轧干装置均为两个平行靠近的压力胶辊；湿的布匹由两个压力胶辊之间通过时被压力胶辊挤压，可轧去大部分水分。
布匹经第一轧干装置轧干后送入水洗槽进行水洗；水洗后的布匹经第二轧干装置，轧出的水分直接回收到所述水洗槽。
本实用新型的有益效果：本设备可以对新型聚酯纤维NEDDP、NECDP进行连续蒸化染色后的水洗，减少水的消耗量，污水排放少，经济环保。
