本发明克服现有技术中的不足所采用的技术方案为:提供一种党参红糖固体饮料,所述党参红糖固体饮料由红糖、枣、姜、党参和黄芪组成,各原料的质量分数为:红糖80-92%,枣3-10%,姜3-10%,党参1-10%,黄芪1-10%。

下步骤:
S1.原料选择和处理:榨取甘蔗汁或配制红糖溶液,备用;选用优质枣,洗净去核,热风干或冻干,粉碎过筛,备用;将生姜洗净切片,热风干或冻干,粉碎过筛备用;选用优质党参,洗净晒干,粉碎过筛,备用;选用优质黄芪,冼净,热风干或冻干,进行粉碎过筛,备用;
S2.浓缩:将甘蔗汁或红糖溶液加热熬煮,蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达到115-120℃时停止,得糖含量为75-85wt%的红糖浓缩液;
S3.调配:向115-120℃的红糖浓缩液中按各原料与红糖的质量比例加入处理过的枣、姜、党参和黄芪,搅拌均匀,加热蒸发水分至糖液温度达120-135℃时出锅;
S4.成型:出锅后的糖液装入打砂桶里进行降温、打砂,成砂后倒入冷却结晶台,表面冷却后画线分割(或者倒入成型模具内进行冷却结晶成型),完全冷却后分拣、打包、装箱,即得。
进一步,所述步骤S1中过筛后,枣、姜、党参和黄芪的目数均为60-120目。
进一步,所述步骤S1中甘蔗汁的含糖量为15-20wt%,红糖溶液的含糖量为15-70wt%。
进一步,所述步骤S2中熬煮的为甘蔗汁时其熬制的具体步骤如下:在熬制车间的大连环铸铁锅内,烧火加热至甘庶汁水开,把浮起的杂质用不锈钢网筛过滤清除出去,滤液转移到下一锅内,继续蒸发水分,如上反复过滤、转移和蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达到115-120℃时停止。
本发明从物理形状上实现了饮料的固化效果,具有卫生、携带运输方便、快速冲泡、食用方便的特点,同时又保持了各原料的营养成份和调理的作用。相比于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明提供的固体饮料,携带、运输、储存方便,也避免了液体饮料的泄露问题;
(2)本发明提供的固体饮料,几乎不含水,质量显著减轻,体积显著变小,也避免了由于水本身的酶或微生物引起的变质或腐败等问题,携带也非常方便;
(3)本发明提供的固体饮料,风味好,速溶性好,快速冲泡,饮用方便;
(4)本发明提供的固体饮料,不含任何香精、色素和添加剂,卫生安全;
(5)本发明提供的固体饮料的成分以红糖为主,配以多种中草药成分,添加枣和姜等辅材,口味更佳,更能复合消费者需求。制得的饮料充分发挥甘蔗汁特有的清冽的口味,增加饮料的食疗效果,能够治疗气虚乏力,中气下陷,表虚自汗,久溃不敛,血虚萎黄,风寒感冒,手脚冰冷,同时具有补气养血,健脾益肺、养颜美肤,清热解毒、利湿消肿、内热消渴的效果,是一种营养成份多样性的综合调理型固体饮料。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能一次限定本发明的保护范围。
以下实施例中所使用的方法,如无特殊规定,均为常规方法;所用到的原料若无特别说明,则均为市售产品。
实施例1
一种党参红糖固体饮料,按照本发明配方比例选料:
一种党参红糖固体饮料的制备方法为:
S1.原料选择和处理:将红糖80千克溶于80千克水中,得含糖量为50wt%的红糖溶液,备用;选用优质红枣,洗净去核,热风干,粉碎过60目筛,称量5千克备用;将生姜洗净切片,热风干,粉碎过60目筛,称量5千克备用;选用优质党参,洗净晒干,粉碎过60目筛,称量5千克备用;选用优质黄芪,冼净,热风干,进行粉碎过60目筛,称量5千克备用。
S2.浓缩:将160千克的红糖溶液,加热熬煮,蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达到116℃时停止,得糖含量为75.6wt%的红糖浓缩液;
S3.调配:向116℃的红糖浓缩液中加入称量好的枣、姜、党参和黄芪,连续不断地进行搅拌至均匀,升温继续蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达120℃时出锅;
S4.成型:出锅后的糖液装入打砂桶里进行降温、打砂,成砂后倒入冷却结晶台,表面冷却后画线分割,完全冷却后分拣、打包、装箱,即得。
实施例2
一种党参红糖固体饮料,按照本发明配方比例选料:
一种党参红糖固体饮料的制备方法为:
S1.原料选择和处理:将原甘蔗清洗,榨取甘蔗汁,其含糖量约20wt%,称量440千克备用(换算为红糖约88千克);选用优质黑枣,洗净去核,冻干,粉碎过80目筛,称量4千克备用;将生姜洗净切片,冻干,粉碎过80目筛,称量4千克备用;选用优质党参,洗净晒干,粉碎过80目筛,称量2千克备用;选用优质黄芪,冼净,冻干,进行粉碎过80目筛,称量2千克备用;
S2.浓缩:将440千克的甘蔗汁,输入到熬制车间的大连环铸铁锅内,烧火加热至甘庶汁水开,把浮起的杂质用不锈钢网筛过滤清除出去,滤液转入到下一锅内,继续蒸发水分,反复进行过滤、转移及蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达到118℃时停止,得糖含量为78.5wt%的红糖浓缩液;
S3.调配:向118℃的红糖浓缩液中加入称量好的枣、姜、党参和黄芪,连续不断地进行搅拌至均匀,升温继续蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达130℃时出锅;
S4.成型:出锅后的糖液装入打砂桶里进行降温、打砂,成砂后倒入冷却结晶台,表面冷却后画线分割,完全冷却后分拣、打包、装箱,即得。
实施例3
一种党参红糖固体饮料,按照本发明配方比例选料:
一种党参红糖固体饮料的制备方法为:
S1.原料选择和处理:将红糖90千克溶于80千克水中,得含糖量为52.9wt%的红糖溶液,备用;选用优质红枣,洗净去核,热风干,粉碎过120目筛,称量4千克备用;将生姜洗净切片,热风干,粉碎过120目筛,称量4千克备用;选用优质党参,洗净晒干,粉碎过120目筛,称量1千克备用;选用优质黄芪,冼净,热风干,进行粉碎过120目筛,称量1千克备用。
S2.浓缩:将170千克的红糖溶液,加热熬煮,蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达到120℃时停止,得糖含量为82.5wt%的红糖浓缩液;
S3.调配:向120℃的红糖浓缩液中加入称量好的枣、姜、党参和黄芪,连续不断地进行搅拌至均匀,升温继续蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达135℃时出锅;
S4.成型:出锅后的糖液装入打砂桶里进行降温、打砂,成砂后倒入冷却结晶台,表面冷却后画线分割,完全冷却后分拣、打包、装箱,即得。
本发明提供的党参红糖固体饮料在使用时可直接食用或者用开水、温水冲服。经过对100例持续使用本发明提供的党参红糖固体饮料4周及以上的志愿者进行跟踪和回访,发现本发明提供的党参红糖固体饮料能够治疗气虚乏力、中气下陷、表虚自汗、久溃不敛、血虚萎黄、风寒感冒和手脚冰冷等病症,同时具有补气养血、健脾益肺、养颜美肤、清热解毒、利湿消肿、内热消渴等效果,是一种营养成份多样性的综合调理型固体饮料。

Claims (7)
1.一种党参红糖固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的各原料组成:红糖80-92%,枣3-10%,姜3-10%,党参1-10%,黄芪1-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种党参红糖固体饮料,其特征在于,由以下质量分数的各原料组成:红糖90%,枣4%,姜4%,党参1%,黄芪1%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种党参红糖固体饮料,其特征在于,所述枣为红枣或黑枣。
4.一种如权利要求1至3任一项所述的党参红糖固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1.原料选择和处理:榨取甘蔗汁或配制红糖溶液,备用;选用优质枣,洗净去核,热风干或冻干,粉碎过筛,备用;将生姜洗净切片,热风干或冻干,粉碎过筛备用;选用优质党参,洗净晒干,粉碎过筛,备用;选用优质黄芪,冼净,热风干或冻干,进行粉碎过筛,备用;
S2.浓缩:将甘蔗汁或红糖溶液加热熬煮,蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达到115-120℃时停止,得糖含量为75-85wt%的红糖浓缩液;
S3.调配:向115-120℃的红糖浓缩液中按各原料与红糖的质量比例加入处理过的枣、姜、党参和黄芪,搅拌均匀,加热蒸发水分至糖液温度达120-135℃时出锅;
S4.成型:出锅后的糖液装入打砂桶里进行降温、打砂,成砂后倒入冷却结晶台或模具中冷却结晶成型,其中在冷却结晶台上成型的在表面冷却后画线分割,完全冷却后分拣、打包、装箱,即得。
5.一种如权利要求4所述的党参红糖固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中过筛后,枣、姜、党参和黄芪的目数均为60-120目。
6.一种如权利要求4所述的党参红糖固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,S1中甘蔗汁的含糖量为15-20wt%,红糖溶液的含糖量为15-70wt%。
7.一种如权利要求4所述的党参红糖固体饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,当S2中熬煮的为甘蔗汁时其熬制的具体步骤如下:在熬制车间的大连环铸铁锅内,烧火加热至甘庶汁水开,把浮起的杂质用不锈钢网筛过滤清除出去,滤液转移到下一锅内,继续蒸发水分,如上反复过滤、转移和蒸发水分,直至糖液温度达到115-120℃时停止。
