青少年正处在身体和心理发育的旺盛时期,合理提供数量充足、质量优良的营养对确保他们身心正常发育具有至关重要的作用。合理安排营养有助于提高作业能力和学习成绩,促进良好的发育并减少疾病,而营养不良则会导致体格发育障碍和智力发育落后,致使学习效率明显下降,还会降低青少年对传染病的抵抗力,造成特异性免疫功能障碍,导致传染病的发病率增高。青少年处于体格和个性发展的重要时期,常出现因挑食、偏食、厌食导致的青少年营养不良,家长一味关注孩子学习成绩而忽略孩子的营养问题或盲目纵容孩子不良的饮食习惯转而购买大量补药给孩子进补的现象已经成为现代社会的常态,而这违背了青少年生长发育规律,对青少年身体不可逆转的损伤。因此,如何科学合理地为青少年补充生长发育所需的营养,是亟待解决的问题。

为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种青少年水果运动饮料及其制备方法,根据青少年身体与智力发育规律,有针对性地提供青少年生长发育所需的全面营养物质,增强青少年机体免疫力,促进青少年骨骼、器官、大脑的发育,让青少年保持良好的学习、生活状态,提高青少年学习效率与生活质量。

优选地,所述党参提取液的制备方法为:取优质党参,去掉其头部和尾部,留取中端部位,并制成18~22mm大小的小颗粒,经150~180℃下加热至熟时停止加热;将熟制的党参小颗粒进行2~3次浸提,每次加水量为党参量的6~8倍,浸提温度为95~100℃,浸提时间为1~3小时,合并各次提取液,用80~100目筛过滤,得党参提取液。
优选地,所述鱼油脂肪酸乙酯的制备方法为:取深海鱼油洗净,于180℃,0.5Pa真空下脱酸蒸馏2次,每次1h;将脱酸鱼油同含有鱼油量0.5%乙醇钠的无水乙醇混合,质量比为1:3,在83℃下回流1.5h,用15%的NaCl水溶液洗涤5次以除去反应形成的甘油,减压蒸馏除去水分,抽滤除去反应物料中含有的固体渣子,得鱼油脂肪酸乙酯。
本发明还提供一种水果运动饮料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将党参提取液和鱼油脂肪酸乙酯混合,加入30mL热水溶解后加入到浓缩果汁中搅拌均匀,边搅拌边加入木糖醇、柠檬酸至完全溶解,得混合汁;
(2)取黄原胶加入30~50mL热水溶解后,加入步骤1所得的混合汁和碳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、硬脂酸镁、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6以及维生素C,搅拌均匀,加入蒸馏水至1L,得饮料半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的饮料半成品过800目筛,在13~15Pa下均质2次,真空脱气10~15min,趁热灌装,于100℃下灭菌15min,即得本发明制备的水果运动饮料。
本发明所述各主要功效成分作用机理如下:
党参是我国的传统益补药,主要含有多糖、皂苷、生物碱、黄酮等多种天然药理活性成分,具有增强免疫力,抗衰老,抗氧化,抗癌等作用,可提高青少年机体免疫力,增加对疾病的抵抗力。
鱼油脂肪酸乙酯中的二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)是青少年大脑发育及维持视觉所需的重要物质,它影响大脑的发育和智力,同时,它在维持正常机体功能,抑制肿瘤细胞等方面也发挥重要作用。
将碳酸钙、葡糖糖酸钙复配,可为人体骨骼生长提供重要营养来源,且能够维持正常脑神经元代谢,保证脑力旺盛、头脑冷静并提高人的判断力。充足的钙能抑制脑神经的异常兴奋,提高青少年的学习效率。
本发明具备以下有益效果:
1、本发明采用加热浸提法提取党参提取液,所得的党参提取液含有多种天然药理活性成分,将其添加至运动饮料中,制得的运动饮料能够有针对性地促进青少年免疫系统的发育,完善青少年的内环境的适应作用,提高青少年的机体免疫力。
2、本发明采用减压蒸馏-回流提取法制备鱼油脂肪酸乙酯,所得的鱼油脂肪酸乙酯含有丰富的二十二碳六烯酸,将其添加至运动饮料中,使制得的运动饮料能够充分而及时地提供青少年大脑发育及维持视觉所需的全面营养物质,促进青少年大脑发育完善,保护青少年视力健康,有助于提高青少年学习能力与学习效率。
3、本发明特别地选用葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌复配后添加至运动饮料中,使制得的运动饮料能够配合青少年生长发育的体质特征,充分满足青少年骨骼发育所需的营养,为青少年机体发育完善奠定体格基础,帮助青少年平衡神经中枢系统,抑制青少年异常兴奋,提高青少年自控能力与学习效率。

试验例1
取本发明实施例1-5和对比例1-2制备的运动饮料进行营养成分含量的测定。实验结果如下表1所示:

由上表可知,通过实施例1与对比例1的对比,在本发明制备的运动饮料中添加党参提取液,可将饮料中氨基酸的含量提高46.8%;通过实施例1与对比例2的对比可知,在本发明制备的运动饮料中添加鱼油脂肪酸乙酯,可将饮料中二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)的含量提高117%。
综上可知,在本发明制备的运动饮料中加入党参提取液和鱼油脂肪酸乙酯,可显著提高饮料中氨基酸和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)等营养成分的含量,提供青少年生长发育所需的营养物质;其中,二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)是儿童青少年大脑发育及维持视觉所需的重要物质,可促进大脑的发育以及智力的提升,有助于提高青少年学习能力与学习效率。
试验例2
选择30名亚健康青少年进行观察,年龄13-15岁,同时选择身体健康状况相当的亚健康青少年30名作为对照组,每天试验者分别食用本发明实施例1制备的运动饮料和普通的运动饮料500ml。实验结果见下表2:

由上表可知,食用本发明指标的运动饮料3个月后,77%的参试者睡眠充足,记忆力增加,感冒等疾病发生次数减少;6个月后,86%的参试者睡眠充足,记忆力增加,感冒等疾病发生次数减少;9个月后,94%的参试者睡眠充足,记忆力增加,感冒等疾病发生次数减少,各种亚健康症状几乎消失。而采用普通运动饮料食用作为对照组的青少年,体征和症状无明显改变。
综上可知,本发明制备的运动饮料,可有效改善青少年的睡眠质量和学习效率,同时可提高青少年的机体免疫力,增加对疾病的抵抗力,为青少年正常的生长发育提供健康的体魄。
试验例3
随机选择60名群众进行感官评价,随机分成2组,每组10人,以上人群分别食用本发明实施例1-5和普通饮料的实验者作为对照组制备的运动饮料。评价标准如下表3,评价结果如下表4所示:

由上表4可知,本发明制备的运动饮料感官评分均比普通运动饮料高,说明本发明制备的运动饮料在口感、味道以及色泽上更胜一筹,具有一定的市场价值。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种青少年水果运动饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:党参提取液0.05~0.1份、鱼油脂肪酸乙酯0.05~0.1份、浓缩果汁8~12份、碳酸钙0.0015~0.003份、葡萄糖酸钙0.002~0.004份、葡萄糖酸锌0.002~0.004份、硬脂酸镁0.003~0.005份、维生素A 0.0008~0.001份、维生素B10.0002~0.002份、维生素B20.0005~0.001份、维生素B60.001~0.002份、维生素C 0.02~0.06份、柠檬酸0.025~0.035份、木糖醇2~3份、黄原胶0.02~0.04份、水至1L。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种青少年水果运动饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:党参提取液0.06~0.09份、鱼油脂肪酸乙酯0.06~0.09份、浓缩果汁9~11份、碳酸钙0.002~0.0025份、葡萄糖酸钙0.0025~0.0035份、葡萄糖酸锌0.0025~0.0035份、硬脂酸镁0.0035~0.0045份、维生素A 0.00085~0.00095份、维生素B1 0.0006~0.0016份、维生素B20.0006~0.0009份、维生素B6 0.0012~0.0018份、维生素C 0.03~0.05份、柠檬酸0.028~0.032份、木糖醇2.35~2.65份、黄原胶0.025~0.035份、水至1L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种青少年水果运动饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原材料组成:党参提取液0.075份、鱼油脂肪酸乙酯0.075份、浓缩果汁10份、碳酸钙0.00225份、葡萄糖酸钙0.003份、葡萄糖酸锌0.003份、硬脂酸镁0.004份、维生素A 0.0009份、维生素B10.0011份、维生素B20.00075份、维生素B60.0015份、维生素C 0.04份、柠檬酸0.03份、木糖醇2.5份、黄原胶0.03份、水至1L。
4.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种青少年水果运动饮料,其特征在于,所述浓缩果汁由草莓、菠萝、桔子、甜橙、哈密瓜、山楂、水蜜桃、梨、葡萄或者苹果中的一种或几种所制。
5.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种青少年水果运动饮料,其特征在于,所述党参提取液的制备方法为:取优质党参,去掉其头部和尾部,留取中端部位,并制成18~22mm大小的小颗粒,经150~180℃下加热至熟时停止加热;将熟制的党参小颗粒进行2~3次浸提,每次加水量为党参量的6~8倍,浸提温度为95~100℃,浸提时间为1~3小时,合并各次提取液,用80~100目筛过滤,得党参提取液。
6.根据权利要求1~3任一项所述的一种青少年水果运动饮料,其特征在于,所述鱼油脂肪酸乙酯的制备方法为:取深海鱼油洗净,于180℃,0.5Pa真空下脱酸蒸馏2次,每次1h;将脱酸鱼油同含有鱼油量0.5%乙醇钠的无水乙醇混合,质量比为1:3,在83℃下回流1.5h,用15%的NaCl水溶液洗涤5次以除去反应形成的甘油,减压蒸馏除去水分,抽滤除去反应物料中含有的固体渣子,得鱼油脂肪酸乙酯。
7.一种制备如权利要求1~6任一项所述青少年水果运动饮料的方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将党参提取液和鱼油脂肪酸乙酯混合,加入30mL热水溶解后加入到浓缩果汁中搅拌均匀,边搅拌边加入木糖醇、柠檬酸至完全溶解,得混合汁;
(2)取黄原胶加入30~50mL热水溶解后,加入步骤1所得的混合汁和碳酸钙、葡萄糖酸钙、葡萄糖酸锌、硬脂酸镁、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6以及维生素C,搅拌均匀,加入蒸馏水至1L,得饮料半成品;
(3)将步骤(2)所得的饮料半成品过800目筛,在13~15Pa下均质2次,真空脱气10~15min,趁热灌装,于100℃下灭菌15min,即得本发明制备的水果运动饮料。
