本发明涉及一种用于床垫的负锗提花面料制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(a)将经编形成所述面纱和底纱的两组外丝以及至少一组形成所述支撑纱的内丝连接至双针床上;至少形成所述面纱的外丝为涤棉纱,所述涤棉纱由锗纤维和棉花按质量比40:60混纺而成;(b)启动双针床进行经编,设定与同一个提花面料单元的面纱相连接的两层连接纱的间距为提花面料单元的宽度,所述提花面料单元与所述连接纱交替成型,形成连续的3D经编提花面料。这样能够获得较薄且透气性好的面料。

一种用于床垫的负锗提花面料制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于面料制备领域,涉及一种提花面料制备方法,具体涉及一种用于床垫的负锗提花面料制备方法。
背景技术
床垫是为了保证消费者获得健康而又舒适的睡眠而使用的一种介于人体和床之间的物品;床垫材质繁多,不同材料制作的床垫能给人带来不同的睡眠效果。高档提花面料可以由涤棉混纺纤维、纯涤纶纤维或纯棉纤维织成,它具有强度高、布面质感好、色泽艳丽、易处理加工等优点,因此广泛应用于床垫的生产中。随着生活节奏的加快,现代人的工作压力也越来越大,各种因工作压力导致的疾病或与其相关联的疾病也越来越呈现出高发状态。如果现代人天天使用的床垫具有镇静安神、促进睡眠并减小疲劳感的话,肯定能够大受欢迎。
发明内容
本发明目的是为了克服现有技术的不足而提供一种用于床垫的负锗提花面料制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于床垫的负锗提花面料制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
(a)将经编形成所述面纱和底纱的两组外丝以及至少一组形成所述支撑纱的内丝连接至双针床上;至少形成所述面纱的外丝为涤棉纱,所述涤棉纱由锗纤维和棉花按质量比40:60混纺而成;
(b)启动双针床进行经编,设定与同一个提花面料单元的面纱相连接的两层连接纱的间距为提花面料单元的宽度,当所述面纱、底纱以及支撑纱组成的提花面料单元的宽度达到预设值时,调节双针床的内丝角度缓冲器,降低内丝的供给量,同时保持外丝供给量不变,使至少一组所述内丝由原先的交叉编织变为平行编织;当所述连接纱达到预设宽度时,调节双针床的内丝角度缓冲器,恢复内丝的供给量,使内丝继续交叉编织并与两组所述外丝再次形成提花面料单元,所述提花面料单元与所述连接纱交替成型,形成连续的3D 经编提花面料。
优化地,所述锗纤维通过以下步骤制得:(1)将葡萄糖、1-(3-氨基丙基)咪唑分别溶于水中形成第一溶液;(2)将四氯化锗溶于正丁醇和异丙醇的混合溶剂中形成第二溶液;(3)将所述第一溶液和所述第二溶液转移至池体中进行混合,形成混合溶液;所述葡萄糖、四氯化锗和1-(3-氨基丙基)咪唑的摩尔比为5~10:1:1;(4)通过多根导向辊使涤纶丝浸入加热后的混合溶液中,调整多根所述导向辊的转速使所述涤纶丝浸入所述混合溶液中的时间为0.5~2小时;加热后的所述混合溶液温度为60~90℃;(5)将步骤(4)处理后的涤纶丝置于120~150℃进行热处理,冷却至室温后用水冲洗多次,烘干即可。上述四氯化锗的浓度优选为0.01~0.05mol/L,上述涤纶丝的移动速度优选为0.5~2m/h。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:本发明用于床垫的负锗提花面料制备方法,通过采用3D经编的方法形成面纱、底纱和连接纱,这样能够获得较薄且透气性好的面料。

具体实施方式
下面将结合对本发明优选实施方案进行详细说明:
本发明用于床垫的负锗提花面料制备方法,它包括以下步骤:(a)将经编形成所述面纱和底纱的两组外丝以及至少一组形成所述支撑纱的内丝连接至双针床上;至少形成所述面纱的外丝为涤棉纱,所述涤棉纱由锗纤维和棉花按质量比40:60混纺而成;(b)启动双针床进行经编,设定与同一个提花面料单元的面纱相连接的两层连接纱的间距为提花面料单元的宽度,当所述面纱、底纱以及支撑纱组成的提花面料单元的宽度达到预设值时,调节双针床的内丝角度缓冲器,降低内丝的供给量,同时保持外丝供给量不变,使至少一组所述内丝由原先的交叉编织变为平行编织;当所述连接纱达到预设宽度时,调节双针床的内丝角度缓冲器,恢复内丝的供给量,使内丝继续交叉编织并与两组所述外丝再次形成提花面料单元,所述提花面料单元与所述连接纱交替成型,形成连续的3D 经编提花面料。通过采用3D经编的方法形成面纱、底纱和连接纱,这样能够获得较薄且透气性好的面料。
上述锗纤维如图1所示,通过以下步骤制得:(1)将葡萄糖、1-(3-氨基丙基)咪唑分别溶于水中形成第一溶液;(2)将四氯化锗溶于正丁醇和异丙醇的混合溶剂中形成第二溶液;(3)将所述第一溶液和所述第二溶液转移至池体中进行混合,形成混合溶液;所述葡萄糖、四氯化锗和1-(3-氨基丙基)咪唑的摩尔比为5~10:1:1;(4)通过多根导向辊使涤纶丝浸入加热后的混合溶液中,调整多根所述导向辊的转速使所述涤纶丝浸入所述混合溶液中的时间为0.5~2小时;加热后的所述混合溶液温度为60~90℃;(5)将步骤(4)处理后的涤纶丝置于120~150℃进行热处理,冷却至室温后用水冲洗多次,烘干即可。上述四氯化锗的浓度优选为0.01~0.05mol/L,上述涤纶丝的移动速度优选为0.5~2m/h。通过调节葡萄糖、四氯化锗和1-(3-氨基丙基)咪唑的摩尔比可以调节涤纶丝上负载的锗元素含量。当混合溶液中含有50mol 1-(3-氨基丙基)咪唑、50mol四氯化锗和250mol葡萄糖时,负载的锗元素含量最高。

Claims (1)

1.一种用于床垫的负锗提花面料制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
(a)将经编形成面纱和底纱的两组外丝以及至少一组形成支撑纱的内丝连接至双针床上;至少形成所述面纱的外丝为涤棉纱,所述涤棉纱由锗纤维和棉花按质量比40:60混纺而成;所述锗纤维通过以下步骤制得:(1)将葡萄糖、1-(3-氨基丙基)咪唑分别溶于水中形成第一溶液;(2)将四氯化锗溶于正丁醇和异丙醇的混合溶剂中形成第二溶液;(3)将所述第一溶液和所述第二溶液转移至池体中进行混合,形成混合溶液;所述葡萄糖、四氯化锗和1-(3-氨基丙基)咪唑的摩尔比为5:1:1;(4)通过多根导向辊使涤纶丝浸入加热后的混合溶液中,调整多根所述导向辊的转速使所述涤纶丝浸入所述混合溶液中的时间为0.5~2小时;加热后的所述混合溶液温度为60~90℃;(5)将步骤(4)处理后的涤纶丝置于120~150℃进行热处理,冷却至室温后用水冲洗多次,烘干即可;(b)启动双针床进行经编,设定与同一个提花面料单元的面纱相连接的两层连接纱的间距为提花面料单元的宽度,当所述面纱、底纱以及支撑纱组成的提花面料单元的宽度达到预设值时,调节双针床的内丝角度缓冲器,降低内丝的供给量,同时保持外丝供给量不变,使至少一组所述内丝由原先的交叉编织变为平行编织;当所述连接纱达到预设宽度时,调节双针床的内丝角度缓冲器,恢复内丝的供给量,使内丝继续交叉编织并与两组所述外丝再次形成提花面料单元,所述提花面料单元与所述连接纱交替成型,形成连续的3D 经编提花面料。
