Abstract

本发明公开了一种甲聚氨酯固化剂,其按重量份计包括如下原料组分:三羟甲基丙烷30~35份、缩二脲多异氰酸酯15~30份、分散剂3~5份、纳米银粉末1~2份、硅烷偶联剂0.5~0.8份、乙酸丁酯3~10份、环己酮2~5份、聚乙烯蜡5~12份、有机荧光材料1~2份、甲苯二异氰酸酯2~5份、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯6~10份、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯0.5~1份。本发明通过添加纳米银粉末和有机荧光材料作为功能性组分,赋予该甲聚氨酯固化剂抗菌、荧光的功能,同时大大减少二异氰酸酯单体的添加量和采用聚乙烯蜡替代有机溶剂,有效地降低其残留单体量。本发明还公开了该固化剂的制备方法,其工艺简单,生产成本低,有利于大规模工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及高分子助剂领域,特别涉及一种固化剂。
背景技术
甲聚氨酯固化剂因其具有附着力强、硬度高、光泽高、耐磨性好、耐化学品性好等优点而广泛应用于高分子涂装中,特别是汽车及木器表面的涂装。然而,现有的甲聚氨酯固化剂品种单一、功能单一,且固含量低、残留的游离异氰酸酯单体含量高、流平性能差,极大地限制了甲聚氨酯固化剂的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种甲聚氨酯固化剂,同时提供该固化剂的制备方法。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种甲聚氨酯固化剂,其按重量份计包括如下原料组分:
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述分散剂选自硬脂酸或硬脂酸钙。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述纳米银粉末的粒径在10~50μm范围内。
作为上述方案的进一步改进,所述有机荧光材料选自三苯胺类衍生物或卟啉类化合物。
一种如上所述的甲聚氨酯固化剂的制备方法,其包括如下工艺步骤:
1)预处理:按原料重量份计将三羟甲基丙烷、缩二脲多异氰酸酯在50~65℃下真空脱水30~35min,真空度为0.06~0.09Mpa;
2)预混合:先将经步骤1)处理的三羟甲基丙烷和缩二脲多异氰酸酯与分散剂、纳米银粉末、硅烷偶联剂加入高混机中,加热至80~90℃,混合处理3~5min,得物料A;
3)搅拌混合:将物料A转移到搅拌釜后保持釜内温度为80~90℃,加入乙酸丁酯、环己酮、有机荧光材料和聚乙烯蜡,高速搅拌,搅拌时间为3~5min,得物料B;
4)溶解、共聚:将物料B置于反应釜中,50~55℃保温20~30min,缓慢升温至80~90℃后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,保温处理10~15min,温度降至50~55℃后回流处理100~150min,得成品。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过添加纳米银粉末和有机荧光材料作为功能性组分,赋予该甲聚氨酯固化剂抗菌、荧光的功能,同时大大减少二异氰酸酯单体的添加量和采用聚乙烯蜡替代有机溶剂,有效地降低其残留单体量。本发明兼具优异的稳定性、流平性和成膜性。
本发明制备方法简单,生产成本低,有利于大规模工业化生产。

制备方法:
1)预处理:按原料重量份计将三羟甲基丙烷、缩二脲多异氰酸酯在65℃下真空脱水30min,真空度为0.09Mpa;
2)预混合:先将经步骤1)处理的三羟甲基丙烷和缩二脲多异氰酸酯与分散剂、纳米银粉末、硅烷偶联剂加入高混机中,加热至90℃,混合处理3min,得物料A;
3)搅拌混合:将物料A转移到搅拌釜后保持釜内温度为90℃,加入乙酸丁酯、环己酮、有机荧光材料和聚乙烯蜡,高速搅拌,搅拌时间为3min,得物料B;
4)溶解、共聚:将物料B置于反应釜中,55℃保温20min,缓慢升温至90℃后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,保温处理10min,温度降至55℃后回流处理100min,得实施例1成品。
实施例2
一种甲聚氨酯固化剂,其按重量份计包括如下原料组分:
制备方法:
1)预处理:按原料重量份计将三羟甲基丙烷、缩二脲多异氰酸酯在50℃下真空脱水30min,真空度为0.09Mpa;
2)预混合:先将经步骤1)处理的三羟甲基丙烷和缩二脲多异氰酸酯与硬脂酸、粒径为10μm的纳米银粉末、硅烷偶联剂加入高混机中,加热至80℃,混合处理5min,得物料A;
3)搅拌混合:将物料A转移到搅拌釜后保持釜内温度为80℃,加入乙酸丁酯、环己酮、卟啉类化合物和聚乙烯蜡,高速搅拌,搅拌时间为5min,得物料B;
4)溶解、共聚:将物料B置于反应釜中,50℃保温30min,缓慢升温至80℃后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,保温处理15min,温度降至50℃后回流处理150min,得实施例2成品。
实施例3
一种甲聚氨酯固化剂,其按重量份计包括如下原料组分:
制备方法:
1)预处理:按原料重量份计将三羟甲基丙烷、缩二脲多异氰酸酯在60℃下真空脱水32min,真空度为0.07Mpa;
2)预混合:先将经步骤1)处理的三羟甲基丙烷和缩二脲多异氰酸酯与分散剂、纳米银粉末、硅烷偶联剂加入高混机中,加热至85℃,混合处理4min,得物料A;
3)搅拌混合:将物料A转移到搅拌釜后保持釜内温度为85℃,加入乙酸丁酯、环己酮和聚乙烯蜡,高速搅拌,搅拌时间为4min,得物料B;
4)溶解、共聚:将物料B置于反应釜中,52℃保温25min,缓慢升温至85℃后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,保温处理12min,温度降至52℃后回流处理120min,得成品。

3)搅拌混合:将物料A转移到搅拌釜后保持釜内温度为80~90℃,加入乙酸丁酯、环己酮、有机荧光材料和聚乙烯蜡,高速搅拌,搅拌时间为3~5min,得物料B;
4)溶解、共聚:将物料B置于反应釜中,50~55℃保温20~30min,缓慢升温至80~90℃后加入甲苯二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯,保温处理10~15min,温度降至50~55℃后回流处理100~150min,得成品。
