一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,涉及一种阀门,包括两个半圆阀体(1)通过螺栓(9)连接一体,圆阀体(1)与阀座(2)通过螺栓相连,圆阀体(1)与阀座(2)相连接处、安装有轴承(5)和密封圈(7),转轴(3)穿过阀座(2)、轴承(5)、密封圈(7)装入圆阀体(1)中,不锈钢材质转轴(3)的底部设有不锈钢材质得翻转阀板(4),转轴(3)的顶部固定连接有气动执行机构(8);气动执行机构(8)通过螺栓(10)固定到阀座(2)上;转轴(3)的顶部固定连接气动执行机构(8),气动执行机构(8)通过转轴(3)的转动连接翻转阀板(4),气动执行机构(8)外侧设有位置检测开关,位置检测开关通过电路控制连接着阀门。本发明预关闭阀,安装在进料阀上方,避免进料阀椎体与密封圈间夹颗粒物料而磨损。

Description

一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是涉及一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门。
背景技术
气力输送系统包括进料装置、仓泵、输送管道、进气装置、储库及储库设备、动力气源、PLC/DCS控制系统等。
气力输送系统用的进料阀在使用过程中,当仓泵料满关闭进料阀时,由于落料还在进行,容易使进料阀椎体与密封圈间夹颗粒物料,导致进料阀关闭不严。一旦进料阀关闭不严,压缩空气夹带颗粒物料将磨损进料阀椎体,直至进料阀不能正常工作,影响气力输送系统安全稳定的运行。
现有气力输送系统在进料阀上方无预关闭阀。因此,致进料阀关闭不严造成进料阀椎体与密封圈间夹颗粒物料而磨损,使系统维护工作量大和运行费用高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,本发明预关闭阀安装在系统进料阀上方,解决了进料阀椎体与密封圈间夹颗粒物料而磨损。使系统运行可靠,提高自动化程度,送气比高,流速低,维护工作量小和运行费用低。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,所述预关闭阀包括两个半圆阀体 通过螺栓连接一体,圆阀体与阀座通过螺栓相连,圆阀体与阀座相连接处、安装有轴承和密封圈,转轴穿过阀座、轴承、密封圈装入圆阀体中,不锈钢材质转轴的底部设有不锈钢材质得翻转阀板,转轴的顶部固定连接有气动执行机构;气动执行机构通过螺栓固定到阀座上;转轴的顶部固定连接气动执行机构,气动执行机构通过转轴的转动连接翻转阀板,气动执行机构外侧设有位置检测开关,位置检测开关通过电路控制连接着阀门。
所述的一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,所述预关闭阀完全关闭后翻转阀板与圆阀体内壁留有0.2~0.5mm的间隙。
所述的一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,所述转轴与圆阀体连接处设有轴承和二道密封圈。
所述的一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,所述预关闭阀安装在气力输送系统进料阀的上端。
本发明的优点与效果是:
本发明设计的预关闭阀安装在进料阀上方,解决了进料阀椎体与密封圈间夹颗粒物料而磨损。使系统运行可靠,提高自动化程度,送气比高,流速低,维护工作量小和运行费用低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
本发明预关闭阀包含圆阀体1,圆阀体1与阀座2通过阀体螺栓6相连,在圆阀体1与阀座2相连接处安装轴承5和密封圈7,转轴3穿过阀座2、轴承5、密封圈7进入到圆阀体1中,转轴3的底部设有翻转阀板4,转轴3的顶部固定连接气动执行机构8。气动执行机构8通过螺栓10固定到阀座2上。转轴3的顶部固定连接气动执行机构8,气动执行机构8在压缩空气气力的驱动下,通过转轴3的转动带动翻转阀板4工作,控制阀门的开闭及出料量,不用手动开闭,自动化程度更高。气动执行机构外侧留有位置检测开关,用于判断阀门的开关状态。预关闭阀完全关闭后,翻转阀板与圆阀体内壁留有0.2~0.5mm的间隙。转轴和翻转阀板为不锈钢材质。转轴与圆阀体连接处设有轴承和二道密封圈。预关闭阀安装在气力输送系统进料阀的上端,当仓泵料满信号发出后,先关闭预关闭阀,延时10秒后,再关闭进料阀,保证进料阀椎体与密封圈间不夹物料。
本发明圆阀体与阀座通过螺栓相连,在圆阀体与阀座相连接处安装轴承和密封圈,转轴穿过阀座、轴承、密封圈进入到圆阀体中,转轴的底部设有翻转阀板,转轴的顶部固定连接气动执行机构。气动执行机构通过螺栓固定到阀座上。转轴的顶部固定连接气动执行机构,气动执行机构在气力的驱动下,通过转轴的转动带动翻转阀板动作,控制阀门的开闭及出料量,不用手动开闭,气动执行机构8上的两个压缩空气进口、出口15的进气和出气远程控制阀门的开和闭。自动化程度更高。气动执行机构外侧留有位置检测开关,用于远程监测判断阀门的开关状态。
实施例1
如图1 至2 所示,本发明预关闭阀包括2半圆阀体1 通过螺栓9连接成一体,圆阀体1与阀座2通过螺栓相连,在圆阀体1与阀座2相连接处安装轴承5和密封圈7,转轴3穿过阀座2、轴承5、密封圈7进入到圆阀体1中,转轴3的底部设有翻转阀板4,转轴3的顶部固定连接气动执行机构8。气动执行机构8通过执行机构螺栓10固定到阀座2上。转轴3的顶部固定连接气动执行机构8,气动执行机构8在气力的驱动下,通过转轴3的转动带动翻转阀板4工作,控制阀门的开闭及出料量,不用手动开闭,自动化程度更高。气动执行机构8外侧留有位置检测开关,用于判断阀门的开关状态。
预关闭阀完全关闭后,翻转阀板4与圆阀体1内壁留有0.2~0.5mm的间隙。
预关闭阀转轴3和翻转阀板4为不锈钢材质。
预关闭阀转轴3与圆阀体1连接处设有轴承5和二道密封圈7。
预关闭阀安装在气力输送系统进料阀的上端,当仓泵料满信号发出后,先关闭预关闭阀,延时10秒后,再关闭进料阀,保证进料阀阀板与阀座间不夹物料,椎体不磨损,保证进料阀的严密性,进而有效的提高了气力输送系统的安全性,能有效保证锅炉或其他设备系统的正常工作。

1.一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,其特征在于,所述预关闭阀包括两个半圆阀体(1) 通过螺栓(9)连接一体,圆阀体(1)与阀座(2)通过螺栓相连,圆阀体(1)与阀座(2)相连接处安装有轴承(5)和密封圈(7),转轴(3)穿过阀座(2)、轴承(5)、密封圈(7)装入圆阀体(1)中,不锈钢材质转轴(3)的底部设有不锈钢材质翻转阀板(4),转轴(3)的顶部固定连接有气动执行机构(8);气动执行机构(8)通过执行机构螺栓10固定到阀座(2)上;转轴(3)的顶部固定连接气动执行机构(8),气动执行机构(8)通过转轴(3)连接翻转阀板(4),气动执行机构(8)外侧设有位置检测开关,位置检测开关通过电路控制连接着阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,其特征在于,所述预关闭阀完全关闭后翻转阀板(4)与圆阀体(1)内壁留有0.2~0.5mm的间隙。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,其特征在于,所述转轴(3)与圆阀体(1)连接处设有轴承(5)和二道密封圈(7)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种适于气力输送系统的预关闭阀门,其特征在于,所述预关闭阀安装在气力输送系统进料阀的上端。
