本发明提供一种气动蝶阀装置,包括阀门、密封环、阀体、阀杆、支架、缸体、回转活塞组件、调节限位等主要部分,所述阀门采用压缩空气作为动力源,由回转气缸旋转执行开启或关闭动作;所述阀杆通过连接块与回转活塞组件的活塞轴相连;所述阀体采用整体铸造;所述密封圈采用优质橡胶整体压制;所述缸体由上、下缸体通过螺栓紧固在一起,缸体固定在支架上,支架安装在阀体上;所述调节限位可控制回转活塞组件转动角度。与现有技术相比,本发明气动蝶阀装置采用压缩空气作为动力源,具有耐高压性能和良好的密封性,控制过程非常节能环保,有效提高了工作效率,还能实现自动化控制。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工业阀门类执行器,属于工业自动化流水线上输送空气、水、真空等流体介质的执行器,尤其涉及一种气动蝶阀装置。
背景技术
传统的蝶阀是由阀门密封部件、安装阀体、启闭执行器控制部件构成,属于手动型装置。阀门密封部件依靠人工启闭执行控制部件动作,达到开启流体和阻断流体的流动。人工启闭装置设置开启大小档位,以调整阀门开启大小。由于人工档位精度不高,关闭不严,造成流体渗漏,浪费能源,经常出现质量问题,严重的影响了环境。
气动蝶阀装置采用压缩空气作为动力源,具有耐高压性能和良好的密封性,控制过程非常节能环保,有效提高了工作效率,还能实现自动化控制。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供气动蝶阀装置,以解决传统工业类阀门执行器人工操作繁琐、容易泄露、浪费资源、效率低等问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用一种气动蝶阀装置,包括阀门、密封环、阀体、阀杆、支架、缸体、回转活塞组件、调节限位等主要部分,所述阀门采用压缩空气作为动力源,由回转气缸旋转执行开启或关闭动作;所述阀杆通过连接块与回转活塞组件的活塞轴相连;所述阀体采用整体铸造;所述密封圈采用优质橡胶整体压制;所述缸体由上、下缸体通过螺栓紧固在一起,缸体固定在支架上,支架安装在阀体上;所述调节限位可控制回转活塞组件转动角度。
进一步地,所述阀门通过销子安装在阀杆上,阀杆的两端放置在阀体的的定位轴孔内,阀杆与阀体间设有密封圈,阀门与阀体间设有密封环,阀门采用压缩空气作为动力源。
进一步地,所述阀杆通过连接块与回转活塞组件的活塞轴相连,所述缸体通过螺栓安装在下方的支架上,支架通过螺栓安装在下方的阀体上,支架内设有阀杆和连接块,缸体内设有回转活塞组件、方型密封圈和密封垫。
进一步地,所述阀门采用优质不锈钢材质制造,阀体采用整体铸造,密封圈采用优质橡胶整体压制,密封圈的密封性能非常好,缸体采用铝合金压铸而成,阀杆主轴经过高精度的滚压成型。
与现有技术相比,本发明气动蝶阀装置采用压缩空气作为动力源,具有耐高压性能和良好的密封性,控制过程非常节能环保,有效提高了工作效率,还能实现自动化控制。

具体实施方式
在本发明较佳实施例中,提供一种气动蝶阀装置,包括阀门1、密封环2、阀体3、阀杆5、支架6、缸体9、回转活塞组件11、调节限位13等主要部分,所述阀门1采用压缩空气作为动力源,由回转气缸旋转执行开启或关闭动作;所述阀杆1通过连接块7与回转活塞组件11的活塞轴相连;所述阀体3采用整体铸造;所述密封圈12采用优质橡胶整体压制;所述缸体9由上、下缸体通过螺栓4紧固在一起,缸体9固定在支架6上,支架6安装在阀体3上;所述调节限位13可控制回转活塞组件11转动角度。
请参阅图1所示,阀门1通过销子安装在阀杆5上,阀杆5的两端放置在阀体3的的定位轴孔内,阀杆5与阀体3间设有密封圈12,阀门1与阀体3间设有密封环2,阀门1采用压缩空气作为动力源。阀杆5通过连接块7与回转活塞组件11的活塞轴相连,缸体9通过螺栓4安装在下方的支架6上,支架6通过螺栓4安装在下方的阀体3上,支架6内设有阀杆5和连接块7,缸体9内设有回转活塞组件11、方型密封圈8和密封垫10。阀门1采用优质不锈钢材质制造,阀体3采用整体铸造,密封圈12采用优质橡胶整体压制,密封圈12的密封性能非常好,缸体9采用铝合金压铸而成,阀杆5主轴经过高精度的滚压成型。调节限位13可控制回转活塞组件11转动角度的大小,起定位作用,回转活塞轴与阀门轴连接,间接控制阀门1转动角度。
使用时,将该气动蝶阀装置安装在泡塑机械等行业的机器上,空气、水等流体输送进行开启关闭的控制,将管道管子连接到该装置的阀体的进出口通道上,当设备控制柜发出信号,控制压力气源进入该装置的缸体9控制部件,缸体9的回转活塞组件11开始旋转,从而带动阀门1密封部件的阀门1旋转开启,阀体3开始输送流体,待流体输送完毕,控制柜再次发出信号,阻断控制压力气源进入该装置的缸体9控制部件,阀门1密封件部件的阀门1旋转关闭,价质流体被阻断,流体停止流动,一个工作循环结束;当控制柜再次发出信号,重复上述工作,如此不断进行循环工作。
综上所述,本发明气动蝶阀装置采用压缩空气作为动力源,具有耐高压性能和良好的密封性,控制过程非常节能环保,有效提高了工作效率,还能实现自动化控制。

1.一种气动蝶阀装置,包括阀门、密封环、阀体、阀杆、支架、缸体、回转活塞组件、调节限位等主要部分,所述阀门采用压缩空气作为动力源,由回转气缸旋转执行开启或关闭动作;所述阀杆通过连接块与回转活塞组件的活塞轴相连;所述阀体采用整体铸造;所述密封圈采用优质橡胶整体压制;所述缸体由上、下缸体通过螺栓紧固在一起,缸体固定在支架上,支架安装在阀体上;所述调节限位可控制回转活塞组件转动角度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的气动蝶阀装置,其特征在于:所述阀门通过销子安装在阀杆上,阀杆的两端放置在阀体的的定位轴孔内,阀杆与阀体间设有密封圈,阀门与阀体间设有密封环,阀门采用压缩空气作为动力源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的气动蝶阀装置,其特征在于:所述阀杆通过连接块与回转活塞组件的活塞轴相连,所述缸体通过螺栓安装在下方的支架上,支架通过螺栓安装在下方的阀体上,支架内设有阀杆和连接块,缸体内设有回转活塞组件、方型密封圈和密封垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的气动蝶阀装置,其特征在于:所述阀门采用优质不锈钢材质制造,阀体采用整体铸造,密封圈采用优质橡胶整体压制,缸体采用铝合金压铸而成,阀杆主轴经过高精度的滚压成型。
