技术领域
本发明涉及镁合金材料应用技术领域,具体涉及一种用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜。
背景技术
镁合金由于其具有低密度、高比强度、高比刚度、优异的阻尼减振降噪能力及电磁屏蔽性能,而且具有良好的铸造性能和切削加工性能成为3C电子产品、汽车制造、印刷影印、轨道交通、航空航天及军工武器等行业的重要新型材料,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
印刷领域对镁合金板材的需求主要表现在烫金印刷和压纹上,也就是镁合金蚀刻板,或称为镁版。其比重小,重量轻,导热、传热及散热快,表面硬度高,脱模容易;在烫金过程中,镁版升温快、几乎不形变,耐印率极高,可达15万次以上;镁版的热容比小,烫金效果好,金字亮,图案精细并富有光泽。
当前,印刷领域对镁版有着广泛的需求,并且需求在急剧加大。其实,早在40年前镁合金板材在印刷领域就开始大量应用,但主要集中在欧美国家,国内一直以铜版、锌版为主,原因是国内一直无法生产印刷制版所需的专用板材,而进口镁版价格又居高不下;但铜版、锌版对环境的破坏非常严重,同时在各方面性能上都没有镁版好,因此随着国内技术进步,越来越多的铜版、锌版将被镁版所取代。
传统的镁合金蚀刻板的生产工艺过程中镁板背面需要使用防腐漆来保护背面在蚀刻过程中不受腐蚀,该防腐漆往往都含有大量溶剂,涂覆过程会对环境造成污染,也对操作人员身体健康造成伤害,而且涂覆完成后还需要高温烘烤固化,这样不仅工序繁多,费时费力,而且耗能、增加污染,所以研究新的镁版背面防腐保护方法势在必行。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的缺陷,为了减少镁合金蚀刻板生产过程中的溶剂污染,降低过程能耗,精简生产工艺流程,本发明提供了一种解决方法,公开了一种用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,即单面胶塑料薄膜。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明提供了一种保护膜在替代背面防腐漆用于制备镁合金蚀刻板中的应用。所述保护膜为单面胶塑料薄膜;所述保护膜的材质选自EVA、PVC、EVOH、PE(HDPE和LDPE)、PES、PAN、PP(BOPP)、PS、PET(BOPET)、PA和PVDC中的至少一种;所述保护膜的一面涂覆有胶黏剂,用于和镁合金背面光板贴合。
本发明还提供了一种用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,所述保护膜为单面胶塑料薄膜;所述保护膜的材质选自EVA、PVC、EVOH、PE(HDPE和LDPE)、PES、PAN、PP(BOPP)、PS、PET(BOPET)、PA和PVDC中的至少一种;所述保护膜的一面涂覆有胶黏剂,用于和镁合金背面光板贴合。
优选地,所述保护膜的材质选自PVC、PE(包括HDPE和LDPE)、PES、PAN、PP(包括BOPP)、PET(包括BOPET)和PVDC中的至少一种。
优选地,所述保护膜的厚度为0.001~0.5mm。更优选厚度为0.01~0.1mm。
优选地,所述保护膜可以敷在或者不敷在离型材料上,离型材料有格拉辛离型纸、PET离型膜和单塑单离型纸等。
优选地,所述保护膜的颜色为透明色、半透明色、淡黄色、黑色、白色、黑白两色、蓝色和绿色中的至少一种。更优选透明、淡黄色、黑色和/或白色、蓝色、绿色中的至少一种。
优选地,所述保护膜可以经过或者不经过电晕处理,更优选所述保护膜的上胶面经过电晕处理,电晕值为38~56达因。
优选地,所述胶黏剂选自环氧树脂胶黏剂、聚氨酯胶黏剂、丙烯酸系胶黏剂、酚醛树脂胶黏剂和硅胶中的至少一种。更优选环氧树脂胶黏剂、聚氨酯胶黏剂、丙烯酸系胶黏剂和硅胶中的至少一种。
优选地,所述保护膜在测试速度50mm/min下,180°的剥离强度为0.001~10N/mm。
优选地,所述镁合金蚀刻板为AZ31B镁合金,其中锰的质量百分含量小于0.25%,钙的质量百分含量为0.002~0.06%,板材经过轧制或挤压制得,晶粒度≤10μm。所述的AZ31B镁合金板材经过轧制或挤压得到结构密实、晶粒细小的变形镁合金板材,基材的晶粒度应小于10μm,具有优良的强度和硬度,蚀刻效果理想;同时严格控制合金中锰、钙等影响蚀刻效果的相关元素,锰元素抗晶间腐蚀性强,同时在熔铸时易使铸锭发生偏析现象,其含量需小于0.25%,另一方面,钙具有减少镁熔炼时氧化、减少铸锭疏松、细化组织、提高机械性能等功效,可少量含有,其含量控制在0.002~0.06%。
本发明还提供了一种采用前述的保护膜制得的镁合金蚀刻板,包括镁合金蚀刻板基材、感光油墨层、全遮光膜层和保护膜层;所述镁合金蚀刻板基材的正面依次涂感光油墨层,覆全遮光膜层,所述镁合金蚀刻板基材的背面覆保护膜层;所述保护膜层为单面胶塑料薄膜层。
本发明所述的保护膜是粘贴在镁合金蚀刻板背面代替原来使用的防腐漆起到保护作用,该膜在蚀刻过程中耐酸碱腐蚀,耐油及有机溶剂,耐一定的蚀刻温度,蚀刻完不脱胶、不变色、不起泡,蚀刻完成后即可撕掉保护膜直接用于烫印,使用过程简单方便;减少了原来背漆涂覆过程造成的溶剂挥发、环境污染等问题,清洁卫生环保;使得镁合金蚀刻板预涂生产过程大为简化,减少了设备和人员投入,降低了能源消耗,具有明显的社会经济效益。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
本发明的保护膜可以完全替代镁合金蚀刻板的背面防腐漆,减少了生产过程的溶剂挥发污染,保护了操作者的身体健康;也不需要后续高温烘烤步骤,既降低了能耗,又精简了工艺流程,降低了整体生产成本;最终的蚀刻效果和烫金使用效果都与传统使用背面防腐漆时一致,且更方便简单,具有良好的社会经济效应。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。以下实施例将有助于本领域的技术人员进一步理解本发明,但不以任何形式限制本发明。应当指出的是,对本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变化和改进。这些都属于本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
取砂光好的7mm x 500mm x 1000mm的AZ31B镁合金光板(其中锰的质量百分含量小于0.25%,钙的质量百分含量为0.002~0.06%,板材经过轧制或挤压制得,晶粒度≤10μm),正面涂完感光油墨,待静置后去覆膜。感光胶面(即涂覆感光油墨的一面)覆全遮光膜(防紫外线),背面覆本发明所述的保护膜,其具体参数为:保护膜材质为BOPET,内膜电晕处理,黑色,膜厚25μm,胶黏剂为丙烯酸系胶黏剂,测试速度50mm/min下,180°的剥离强度平均值约为1.6N/mm,保护膜敷在白色的格拉辛离型纸上。
覆膜完成的镁合金蚀刻板如图1所示,包括AZ31B镁合金板材1、感光油墨层3、全遮光膜层4和保护膜层2;所述AZ31B镁合金板材1的正面依次涂感光油墨层3,覆全遮光膜层4,所述AZ31B镁合金板材1的背面覆保护膜层2。将镁合金刻蚀板进行蚀刻测试,蚀刻条件:蚀刻液硝酸质量浓度为14~20%,温度30~44℃,蚀刻时间15~30min。蚀刻结束后镁版背面未被酸腐蚀,该保护膜无起泡、脱落、变色等现象,撕下后板面干净、无残胶现象。
实施例2
取砂光好的7mm x 500mm x 1000mm的AZ31B镁合金光板(其中锰的质量百分含量小于0.25%,钙的质量百分含量为0.002~0.06%,板材经过轧制或挤压制得,晶粒度≤10μm),正面涂完感光油墨,待静置后去覆膜。感光胶面覆全遮光膜(防紫外线),背面覆本发明所述的保护膜,其具体参数为:保护膜材质为PVC,淡黄色,膜厚0.1mm,胶黏剂为环氧树脂胶黏剂,测试速度50mm/min下,180°的剥离强度平均值为0.6N/mm。
覆膜完成的镁合金蚀刻板进行蚀刻测试,蚀刻条件:蚀刻液硝酸质量浓度为14~20%,温度30~44℃,蚀刻时间15~30min。蚀刻结束后镁版背面未被酸腐蚀,该保护膜无起泡、脱落、变色等现象,撕下后板面干净、无残胶现象。
实施例3
取砂光好的7mm x 500mm x 1000mm的AZ31B镁合金光板(其中锰的质量百分含量小于0.25%,钙的质量百分含量为0.002~0.06%,板材经过轧制或挤压制得,晶粒度≤10μm),正面涂完感光油墨,待静置后去覆膜。感光面覆全遮光膜(防紫外线),背面覆本发明所述的保护膜,其具体参数为:保护膜材质为PP,不做电晕处理,黑色,膜厚0.01mm,胶黏剂为硅胶,测试速度50mm/min下,180°的剥离强度平均值为0.3N/mm。
覆膜完成的镁合金蚀刻板进行蚀刻测试,蚀刻条件:蚀刻液硝酸质量浓度为14~20%,温度30~44℃,蚀刻时间15~30min。蚀刻结束后镁版背面未被酸腐蚀,该保护膜无起泡、脱落、变色等现象,撕下后板面干净、无残胶现象。
实施例4
本实施例的制备步骤与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于:所述保护膜材质为PE。
覆膜完成的镁合金蚀刻板进行蚀刻测试,蚀刻条件:蚀刻液硝酸质量浓度为14~20%,温度30~44℃,蚀刻时间15~30min。蚀刻结束后镁版背面边缘酸液进入导致腐蚀,该保护膜有收缩起皱、脱落现象,撕下后有残胶现象。
实施例5
本实施例的制备步骤与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于:所述保护膜的膜厚为0.001mm。
覆膜完成的镁合金蚀刻板进行蚀刻测试,蚀刻条件:蚀刻液硝酸质量浓度为14~20%,温度30~44℃,蚀刻时间15~30min。蚀刻结束后镁版背面被酸腐蚀,该保护膜有些许破裂情况。
实施例6
本实施例的制备步骤与实施例1基本相同,不同之处仅在于:所述胶粘剂为酚醛树脂胶黏剂。
覆膜完成的镁合金蚀刻板进行蚀刻测试,蚀刻条件:蚀刻液硝酸质量浓度为14~20%,温度30~44℃,蚀刻时间15~30min。蚀刻结束后镁版背面未被酸腐蚀,该保护膜有脱落现象,撕下后板面有残胶现象。

Claims (10)

1.一种保护膜在替代背面防腐漆用于制备镁合金刻蚀板中的应用。
2.一种用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜为单面胶塑料薄膜;所述保护膜的材质选自EVA、PVC、EVOH、PE、PES、PAN、PP、PS、PET、PA和PVDC中的至少一种;所述保护膜的一面涂覆有胶黏剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜的材质选自PVC、PE、PES、PAN、PP、PET和PVDC中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜的厚度为0.001~0.5mm。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜的颜色为透明色、半透明色、淡黄色、黑色、白色、黑白两色、蓝色和绿色中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜的上胶面经过电晕处理,电晕值为38~56达因。
7.根据权利要求2所述的用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,其特征在于,所述胶黏剂选自环氧树脂胶黏剂、聚氨酯胶黏剂、丙烯酸系胶黏剂、酚醛树脂胶黏剂和硅胶中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求2所述的用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,其特征在于,所述保护膜在测试速度50mm/min下,180°的剥离强度为0.001~10N/mm。
9.根据权利要求2所述的用于替代镁合金蚀刻板背面防腐漆的保护膜,其特征在于,所述镁合金蚀刻板为AZ31B镁合金,其中锰的质量百分含量小于0.25%,钙的质量百分含量为0.002~0.06%,板材经过轧制或挤压制得,晶粒度≤10μm。
10.一种采用权利要求2所述的保护膜制得的镁合金刻蚀板,其特征在于,包括镁合金刻蚀板基材、感光油墨层、全遮光膜层和保护膜层;所述镁合金刻蚀板基材的正面依次涂感光油墨层,覆全遮光膜层,所述镁合金刻蚀板基材的背面覆保护膜层;所述保护膜层为单面胶塑料薄膜层。
