S2，配制渗漉液，将蒸馏液体加入乙醇调节成含乙醇量35％的溶剂作为渗漉溶剂，对黄柏、蒲公英、赤芍、牡丹皮的药渣进行渗漉收集漉液，然后进行减压回收乙醇；
S3，将野菊花、夏枯草、生石膏、防风、羌活、独活、柴胡、前胡、川芎、枳壳、茯苓、桔梗、甘草加水煮三次，过滤，合并滤液，与漉液合并静置，过滤；
S4，将步骤S3和步骤S1的溶液，进行充分均匀搅拌，加热温度控制在65-85℃，控制20-45min，即得产品；
