技术领域
本发明涉及纺织加工领域,具体涉及一种抗静电面料的生产工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水的提高,消费者自我保护意识的增强 ,纺织面料正由经济实用向结构轻薄化 、风格潮流化 、使用功能化 、原料多元化 ,健康环保化发展,而如何消除静电,提高穿着健康舒适性 ,是企业、消费者关注的焦点。近年来,通过人们不懈努力,在织物抗静电上,取得了一定的成果 ,因此抗静电面料应运而生,抗静电面料是经过抗静电加工处理的面料,还广泛用于石油工业;矿冶工业;化学工业;电子工业;特种工业,如:原子能、航天航空、兵器等及其它工业,如:食品、烟花爆竹、医药等。然而现有的抗静电面料存在抗静电效果不能维持长久或效果比较差的问题。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明要解决的问题是现有抗静电面料抗静电效果不显著。
(二)技术方案
为解决所述技术问题,本发明提供一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,操作步骤如下:
(1)制备导电纤维:将导电母粒和 PET 切片,按照下述工艺: 切片→脉冲输送器→湿切片大料仓→脉冲输送器→预结晶器 →干燥塔 →挤压机→熔体分配管→纺丝箱体→计量泵→复合纺丝组件→侧吹风→集束上油→卷绕→化纤,制得 PET 为基体的复合型导电纤维;
(2)制备混纺纱:先将定量的复合型导电纤维及涤、棉纤维通过手工撕松,再放入小型和毛机进行充分混合,然后将混合好的纤维喂入小型梳棉机上进行梳理成网、成条,然后由小型细纱机制得导电纤维混纺纱 ;
(3)预处理:将水与抗静电剂混合后制成混合剂,将混合剂对步骤(2)制得的导电纤维混纺纱进行喷洒处理,再将喷洒后的导电纤维混纺纱静置25~35小时;
(4)制备镀银纤维混纺纱:首先手工扯松镀银短纤,按比例加入助纺剂,并充分混合、闷置,再与步骤(3)制得的导电纤维混纺纱一同喂入梳棉机成生条,再经粗纱机粗纱,细纱机细纱,最后经络筒机络筒制成镀银纤维混纺纱;
(5)纺织:将步骤(4)制得的镀银纤维混纺纱在S3P172型纬编单面提花大圆机上编织成不同纬编花色组织的针织坯布;
(6)染色:染缸内按照坯布重量注入水,将坯布打入染缸,通过染缸料筒向染缸内打入染料及助剂,对染缸进行加温,温度为115-120摄氏度,压力为1.5-2.5公斤,保温30分钟,降温冷却至70度,缸体压力为0,打开缸盖对样水洗出缸,坯布脱水;
(7)抗静电后整理:先将面料置于整理液中室温下浸泡处理35~45min,再进行轧干处理,轧余率为65~70%,最后再进行烘干处理,烘干温度为160~165°C ;
(8)定型:首先将面料在35-50℃的添加有氯化钠的水中浸泡60-80min;然后加入氧化剂,氧化过程温度保持在45℃,持续30min;然后加入柔软剂,柔软过程温度保持在30℃,持续20min;再加入还原剂,还原过程温度保持在40℃,持续30min。
进一步的,步骤(1)所述的导电母粒包括如下按质量份数的原料制成:聚丙烯(PP):100份,导电碳黑:10~20份,碳黑分散剂:5~12份,加工助剂:20~30份,磁铁矿粉:12~14份。
进一步的,步骤(2)所述的小型梳棉机的道夫转速为23-26r/min。
进一步的,步骤(2)所述的导电纤维混纺纱的线密度为15tex,捻度为75捻/10cm。
进一步的,步骤(2)所述的导电纤维、涤、棉纤维的混合比例分别为导电纤维 8 %,涤纶纤维 70%,棉纤维 22 % 。
进一步的,步骤(3)所述水的体积是所述抗静电剂的体积的10~20倍,所述混合剂的重量占所述锦纶纤维原料和混合剂总重量的12%~20%。
进一步的,步骤(7)所述的整理液的组分及各组分重量百分比分别为:聚氨酯树脂5~10%、 柔软剂1.5~3%、 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1~0.3%、柠檬酸1.5~3%,其余为水。
更进一步的,步骤(8)所述的氯化钠与面料的质量比为1:180,氧化剂与面料的质量比为1:90,柔软剂与面料的质量比为1:120,还原剂与面料的质量比为1:100。
(三)有益效果
本发明的原料中加入了导电纤维作为抗静电的基本原料,其导电纤维由导电母粒和PET 切片组成,导电效果比较好,其次,加入了镀银纤维,因为银具有良好的导电性,这种性能是一般导电金属的数倍乃至数百倍,导电性抗辐射的基础原理,大大提高了面料的屏蔽电磁辐射的功能;而且,在预处理环节中在混合纤维加入了抗静电剂,抗静电剂能赋予纤维表面一定的吸湿性和离子性,从而提高导电度,并能中和电荷,达到防止或消除静电的效果,抗静电后整理环节中又对面料进行了抗静电处理,再次提升了面料的抗静电性能。

对本发明一种抗静电面料的生产工艺的实施方式做进一步说明:
实施例一

制备导电纤维:将包括聚丙烯(PP):100份,导电碳黑:15份,碳黑分散剂:8.5份,加工助剂:25份,磁铁矿粉:13份的质量份数的导电母粒和 PET 切片,按照下述工艺: 切片→脉冲输送器→湿切片大料仓→脉冲输送器→预结晶器 →干燥塔 →挤压机→熔体分配管→纺丝箱体→计量泵→复合纺丝组件→侧吹风→集束上油→卷绕→化纤,制得 PET 为基体的复合型导电纤维;制备混纺纱:先将混合比例分别为 8 %,70%, 22 % 的复合型导电纤维、涤、棉纤维通过手工撕松,再放入小型和毛机进行充分混合,然后将混合好的纤维喂入小型梳棉机上进行梳理成网、成条,小型梳棉机的道夫转速为24.5r/min,制成线密度为15tex,捻度为75捻/10cm的导电纤维混纺纱,然后由小型细纱机制得导电纤维混纺纱 ;预处理:将体积之比为15:1的水与抗静电剂混合后制成混合剂,混合剂的重量占所述纤维原料和混合剂总重量的16%,将混合剂对导电纤维混纺纱进行喷洒处理,再将喷洒后的导电纤维混纺纱静置30小时;制备镀银纤维混纺纱:首先手工扯松镀银短纤,按比例加入助纺剂,并充分混合、闷置,再与导电纤维混纺纱一同喂入梳棉机成生条,再经粗纱机粗纱,细纱机细纱,最后经络筒机络筒制成镀银纤维混纺纱;纺织:将镀银纤维混纺纱在S3P172型纬编单面提花大圆机上编织成不同纬编花色组织的针织坯布;染色:染缸内按照坯布重量注入水,将坯布打入染缸,通过染缸料筒向染缸内打入染料及助剂,对染缸进行加温,温度为117.5摄氏度,压力为2公斤,保温30分钟,降温冷却至70度,缸体压力为0,打开缸盖对样水洗出缸,坯布脱水;抗静电后整理:先将面料置于整理液中室温下浸泡处理35~45min,再进行轧干处理,轧余率为65~70%,最后再进行烘干处理,烘干温度为160~165°C,整理液由以下原料按重量百分比组成:聚氨酯树脂7.5%、 柔软剂2.25%、 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.2%、柠檬酸2.25%,其余为水;定型:首先将面料在35-50℃的添加有氯化钠的水中浸泡60-80min;然后加入氧化剂,氧化过程温度保持在45℃,持续30min;然后加入柔软剂,柔软过程温度保持在30℃,持续20min;再加入还原剂,还原过程温度保持在40℃,持续30min,氯化钠与面料的质量比为1:180,氧化剂与面料的质量比为1:90,柔软剂与面料的质量比为1:120,还原剂与面料的质量比为1:100。

制备导电纤维:将包括聚丙烯(PP):100份,导电碳黑:20份,碳黑分散剂:12份,加工助剂:30份,磁铁矿粉:14份的质量份数的导电母粒和 PET 切片,按照下述工艺: 切片→脉冲输送器→湿切片大料仓→脉冲输送器→预结晶器 →干燥塔 →挤压机→熔体分配管→纺丝箱体→计量泵→复合纺丝组件→侧吹风→集束上油→卷绕→化纤,制得 PET 为基体的复合型导电纤维;制备混纺纱:先将混合比例分别为 8 %,70%, 22 % 的复合型导电纤维、涤、棉纤维通过手工撕松,再放入小型和毛机进行充分混合,然后将混合好的纤维喂入小型梳棉机上进行梳理成网、成条,小型梳棉机的道夫转速为26r/min,制成线密度为15tex,捻度为75捻/10cm的导电纤维混纺纱,然后由小型细纱机制得导电纤维混纺纱 ;预处理:将体积之比为20:1的水与抗静电剂混合后制成混合剂,混合剂的重量占所述纤维原料和混合剂总重量的20%,将混合剂对导电纤维混纺纱进行喷洒处理,再将喷洒后的导电纤维混纺纱静置35小时;制备镀银纤维混纺纱:首先手工扯松镀银短纤,按比例加入助纺剂,并充分混合、闷置,再与导电纤维混纺纱一同喂入梳棉机成生条,再经粗纱机粗纱,细纱机细纱,最后经络筒机络筒制成镀银纤维混纺纱;纺织:将镀银纤维混纺纱在S3P172型纬编单面提花大圆机上编织成不同纬编花色组织的针织坯布;染色:染缸内按照坯布重量注入水,将坯布打入染缸,通过染缸料筒向染缸内打入染料及助剂,对染缸进行加温,温度为120摄氏度,压力为2.5公斤,保温30分钟,降温冷却至70度,缸体压力为0,打开缸盖对样水洗出缸,坯布脱水;抗静电后整理:先将面料置于整理液中室温下浸泡处理35~45min,再进行轧干处理,轧余率为65~70%,最后再进行烘干处理,烘干温度为160~165°C,整理液由以下原料按重量百分比组成:聚氨酯树脂10%、 柔软剂3%、 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.3%、柠檬酸3%,其余为水;定型:首先将面料在35-50℃的添加有氯化钠的水中浸泡60-80min;然后加入氧化剂,氧化过程温度保持在45℃,持续30min;然后加入柔软剂,柔软过程温度保持在30℃,持续20min;再加入还原剂,还原过程温度保持在40℃,持续30min,氯化钠与面料的质量比为1:180,氧化剂与面料的质量比为1:90,柔软剂与面料的质量比为1:120,还原剂与面料的质量比为1:100。

Claims (8)

1.一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,操作步骤如下:
制备导电纤维:将导电母粒和 PET 切片,按照下述工艺: 切片→脉冲输送器→湿切片大料仓→脉冲输送器→预结晶器 →干燥塔 →挤压机→熔体分配管→纺丝箱体→计量泵→复合纺丝组件→侧吹风→集束上油→卷绕→化纤,制得 PET 为基体的复合型导电纤维;
制备混纺纱:先将定量的复合型导电纤维及涤、棉纤维通过手工撕松,再放入小型和毛机进行充分混合,然后将混合好的纤维喂入小型梳棉机上进行梳理成网、成条,然后由小型细纱机制得导电纤维混纺纱 ;
预处理:将水与抗静电剂混合后制成混合剂,将混合剂对步骤(2)制得的导电纤维混纺纱进行喷洒处理,再将喷洒后的导电纤维混纺纱静置25~35小时;
制备镀银纤维混纺纱:首先手工扯松镀银短纤,按比例加入助纺剂,并充分混合、闷置,再与步骤(3)制得的导电纤维混纺纱一同喂入梳棉机成生条,再经粗纱机粗纱,细纱机细纱,最后经络筒机络筒制成镀银纤维混纺纱;
纺织:将步骤(4)制得的镀银纤维混纺纱在S3P172型纬编单面提花大圆机上编织成不同纬编花色组织的针织坯布;
染色:染缸内按照坯布重量注入水,将坯布打入染缸,通过染缸料筒向染缸内打入染料及助剂,对染缸进行加温,温度为115-120摄氏度,压力为1.5-2.5公斤,保温30分钟,降温冷却至70度,缸体压力为0,打开缸盖对样水洗出缸,坯布脱水;
抗静电后整理:先将面料置于整理液中室温下浸泡处理35~45min,再进行轧干处理,轧余率为65~70%,最后再进行烘干处理,烘干温度为160~165°C ;
(8)定型:首先将面料在35-50℃的添加有氯化钠的水中浸泡60-80min;然后加入氧化剂,氧化过程温度保持在45℃,持续30min;然后加入柔软剂,柔软过程温度保持在30℃,持续20min;再加入还原剂,还原过程温度保持在40℃,持续30min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(1)所
述的导电母粒包括如下按质量份数的原料制成:聚丙烯(PP):100份,导电碳黑:10~20份,碳黑分散剂:5~12份,加工助剂:20~30份,磁铁矿粉:12~14份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所
述的小型梳棉机的道夫转速为23-26r/min。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所
述的导电纤维混纺纱的线密度为15tex,捻度为75捻/10cm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(2)所
述的导电纤维、涤、棉纤维的混合比例分别为导电纤维 8 %,涤纶纤维 70%,棉纤维 22% 。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(3)所述水的体积是所述抗静电剂的体积的10~20倍,所述混合剂的重量占所述锦纶纤维原料和混合剂总重量的12%~20%。
7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(7)所述的整理液的组分及各组分重量百分比分别为:聚氨酯树脂5~10%、 柔软剂1.5~3%、 脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1~0.3%、柠檬酸1.5~3%,其余为水。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗静电面料的生产工艺,其特征在于,步骤(8)所述的氯化钠与面料的质量比为1:180,氧化剂与面料的质量比为1:90,柔软剂与面料的质量比为1:120,还原剂与面料的质量比为1:100。
