背景技术
随着我国纺织技术的不断发展,面料的功能性逐渐被完善。在一些特殊领域,传统面料的使用受到了很大限制,一般赋予面料新的功能采用以下方法来进行改进:采用喷淋、浸渍涂覆等方法对面料进行表面处理,或者采用化学改性法来进行改性,或者在纺丝原液中添加助剂以赋予面料新的性能。对人体而言,适量的紫外线辐射具有杀菌作用并能促进维生素D的合成,有利于人体健康。但在烈日持续照射下,人体皮肤会失去抵御能力,易发生灼伤,出现红斑或水泡。过量的紫外线照射还会诱发皮肤病,甚至皮肤癌,促进白内障的生成并降低人体的免疫功能。传统的抗紫外线面料制成的服装不够透气,也不能洗汗,在夏天穿着这种衣服虽然能抗紫外线,但体内还是会感觉到闷热,而且这种布料弹性也不好,COOLMAX纤维是一种凉爽纤维,该纤维是高科技吸湿透气涤纶纤维,但是这种纤维的强力较差,如果直用于在衣服上会容易撕裂。因此,本发明提出一种混合面料及应用其的抗紫外线加工方法。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提出一种混合面料,通过将在由COOLMAX纤维和澳毛组成的面料的经纬向中加入一定含量的普通涤纶的面料,然后再进行抗紫外线加工,抗紫外线加工过程中经过多次清洗和烘干,然后再进行抗紫外线加工,使抗紫外线加工液更好的沾附到面料表面,最后还将面料罐蒸,使面料表面即能阻隔大部分的紫外线,面料也能保持手软的手感,还具有良好的吸水性和透气性,面料表面的强度也增加了,增加了面料整体的耐用性,即一种混合面料及应用其的抗紫外线加工方法。
本发明通过以下方案实现:
一种混合面料,包括经向面料和纬向面料,所述经向面料包括60%的70支澳毛、5%的涤纶和35%的COOLMAX纤维,所述纬向面料包括60%的70支澳毛,7%的涤纶,8%的COOLMAX纤维和25%的弹性涤纶,所述径向面料的密度为264根/10cm,纬向面料的密度为255根/10cm,所述面料结构为平纹1/1。
应用于上述混合面料的一种抗紫外线加工方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:烧毛
将需要制备抗紫外线的面料进行烧毛,将面料的表面纱线毛羽、部分结头和织布织疵烧除;
步骤二:首次沸煮
将烧毛处理后的面料放入温度为100℃的清水中沸煮8-10分钟;
步骤三:去污
将首次沸煮后的面料侵入去污液中,在35-40℃的去污液中浸泡20-30分钟,然后对在去污液中的面料进行搓洗,去除面料上的游离物质、油脂和染色附着物等杂质,最后进行多次清水漂洗,清楚面料上残留的去污液,去污液包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠30-36份、烷基葡萄糖苷2-7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠3-5份、碳酸氢钠2-7份、柠檬酸4-8份、乳酸1-4份、水50-60份;
步骤四:二次沸煮
将去污后的面料再次放入温度为100摄氏度的清水中沸煮15-20分钟;
步骤四:首次烘干
将二次沸煮后的面料于80-90℃下烘干;
步骤五:定型
将首次烘干后的面料置于定型板上进行拉幅定型;
步骤六:回洗
将定型后的面料放入35-40℃的清水进行清洗,使用油污净洗剂在面料上有污渍的局部涂上,再进行针对性的搓洗;
步骤七:二次烘干
将回洗后的面料于80-90℃下烘干;

将二次烘干后的面料浸入抗紫外线加工液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为 70%,抗紫外线加工液包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:4-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯1-3份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.3-0.6份、纳米二氧化钛10-15份、纳米氧化锌5-8 份、乙醇20-30份、水60-65份;
步骤九:罐蒸
将经过抗紫外线加工后的面料置于罐蒸机中,罐蒸机中的温度控制为70-100℃,时间为15-20分钟;
步骤十:烘干定型
将罐蒸后的面料于60-70℃低温烘干,再将烘干后的面料置于定型板上进行定型,定型温度为180℃。

1.本发明通过在面料的经纬向中加入一定含量的普通涤纶来提高纱线强力,纬向加入部分弹性涤纶,使该面料弹性更好,手感更佳,且面料具有紧密感,同时增加纱线捻度来提高面料弹性及弹性回复。
2.本发明的面料通过两次沸煮能有效的减少纱线组织间内应力,使坯布处于稳定状态,方便后续的烘干和定型。
3.本发明的面料经过两次清洗烘干后再经过抗紫外线加工,保证了面料表面的洁净度,使抗紫外线加工液更好的沾附到面料表面,使处理后的面料抗紫外线效果更好,使用时间更长。
4.本发明的面料通过罐蒸,使面料表面更有光泽、表面更加平整,手感柔软。

步骤七:二次烘干
将回洗后的面料于80-90℃下两边同时烘干;
步骤八:抗紫外线加工
将二次烘干后的面料浸入抗紫外线加工液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为 70%,抗紫外线加工液的质量配比方法为:将20-30份的乙醇和60-65份的水混合均匀,再依次加入1-3份的4-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、0.3-0.6份的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、10-15份的纳米氧化锌和5-8份的纳米二氧化钛,升温至40-45℃搅拌均匀;
步骤九:罐蒸
待罐蒸机内温度达到70-75℃时,将经过抗紫外线加工后的面料置于罐蒸机中,罐蒸机持续加热到100℃,罐蒸15-20分钟;
步骤十:烘干定型
将罐蒸后的面料于60-70℃低温烘干,再将烘干后的面料置于定型板上进行定型,定型温度为180℃。
对比例一
一种混合面料,包括经向面料和纬向面料,所述经向面料包括60%的70支澳毛、5%的涤纶和35%的COOLMAX纤维,所述纬向面料包括60%的70支澳毛,7%的涤纶,8%的COOLMAX纤维和25%的弹性涤纶,所述径向面料的密度为264根/10cm,纬向面料的密度为255根/10cm,所述面料结构为平纹1/1。
对比例二
一种普通面料的抗紫外线加工方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:烧毛
将需要制备抗紫外线的面料进行烧毛,通过喷枪将面料的表面纱线毛羽、部分结头和织布织疵烧除;
步骤二:首次沸煮
带清水温度达到100℃后再放入经过烧毛处理后的面料,沸煮过程中将面料按同一个方向旋转搅拌,沸煮时间为8-10分钟;
步骤三:去污
将首次沸煮后的面料侵入去污液中,在35-40℃的去污液中浸泡20-30分钟,然后对在去污液中的面料进行搓洗,去除面料上的游离物质、油脂和染色附着物等杂质,最后进行多次清水漂洗,清楚面料上残留的去污液,去污液的质量配比方法为:将30-36份的十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入50-60份的水中,搅拌均匀,再依次加入3-5份乙二胺四乙酸二钠和2-7份碳酸氢钠,搅拌均匀后,再依次添加4-8份柠檬酸、1-4份乳酸和2-7份烷基葡萄糖苷,搅拌均匀,静置1-2小时;
步骤四:二次沸煮
将去污后的面料再次放入温度为100摄氏度的清水中沸煮15-20分钟;
步骤四:首次烘干
将二次沸煮后的面料于80-90℃下两边同时烘干;
步骤五:定型
将首次烘干后的面料置于定型板上进行拉幅定型,定型温度为160℃,车速为18;
步骤六:回洗
将定型后的面料浸泡在35-40℃的清水中10-20分钟,再使用油污净洗剂在面料上有污渍的局部涂上,然后进行针对性的搓洗,最后将清洗干净的面料用清水漂洗2-3次;
步骤七:二次烘干
将回洗后的面料于80-90℃下两边同时烘干;
步骤八:抗紫外线加工
将二次烘干后的面料浸入抗紫外线加工液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为 70%,抗紫外线加工液的质量配比方法为:将20-30份的乙醇和60-65份的水混合均匀,再依次加入1-3份的4-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、0.3-0.6份的椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、10-15份的纳米氧化锌和5-8份的纳米二氧化钛,升温至40-45℃搅拌均匀;
步骤九:罐蒸
待罐蒸机内温度达到70-75℃时,将经过抗紫外线加工后的面料置于罐蒸机中,罐蒸机持续加热到100℃,罐蒸15-20分钟;
步骤十:烘干定型
将罐蒸后的面料于60-70℃低温烘干,再将烘干后的面料置于定型板上进行定型,定型温度为180℃。
通过对实施例一和对比例一进行抗紫外线测试,得出实施例一种的紫外线穿透率为2.5%,对比例有的紫外线穿透力为10%,根据本组对比可以得出,经过本发明所述的抗紫外线的加工方法后的面料更具有抗紫外线的能力。
通过实施例一和对比例二进行吸水性对比,将实施例一中制备好的面料和对比例二中制备好的面料放在同一环境下,并在两个面料上通过滴管滴上几滴小水珠,实施例一中制备好的面料在10秒内迅速吸干表面的水珠,对比例二中制备好的面料表面1-2分钟才将表面的水珠吸干,根据本组对比可以得出,经过本发明所述的抗紫外线的加工方法后的面料更具有吸水性。
根据以上两组对比实验的分析结果表明:经过本发明所述的抗紫外线的加工方法后的面料更具有抗紫外的能力,也更具有吸水性,能使在穿着本面料制成的衣服时隔绝大部分紫外线的同时,也能吸收身上的汗液,保持皮肤干燥。
基于上述,本发明通过将在由COOLMAX纤维和澳毛组成的面料的经纬向中加入一定含量的普通涤纶的面料,然后再进行抗紫外线加工,抗紫外线加工过程中经过多次清洗和烘干,然后再进行抗紫外线加工,使抗紫外线加工液更好的沾附到面料表面,最后还将面料罐蒸,使面料表面即能阻隔大部分的紫外线,面料也能保持手软的手感,还具有良好的吸水性和透气性,面料表面的强度也增加了,增加了面料整体的耐用性。

Claims (10)

1.一种混合面料,其特征在于,包括经向面料和纬向面料,所述经向面料包括60%的70支澳毛、5%的涤纶和35%的COOLMAX纤维,所述纬向面料包括60%的70支澳毛,7%的涤纶,8%的COOLMAX纤维和25%的弹性涤纶,所述径向面料的密度为264根/10cm,纬向面料的密度为255根/10cm,所述面料结构为平纹1/1。
2.应用权利要求1所述混合面料的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:烧毛
将需要制备抗紫外线的混合面料进行烧毛,将面料的表面纱线毛羽、部分结头和织布织疵烧除;
步骤二:首次沸煮
将烧毛处理后的面料放入温度为100℃的清水中沸煮8-10分钟;
步骤三:去污
将首次沸煮后的面料侵入去污液中,在35-40℃的去污液中浸泡20-30分钟,然后对在去污液中的面料进行搓洗,去除面料上的游离物质、油脂和染色附着物等杂质,最后进行多次清水漂洗,清楚面料上残留的去污液,去污液包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:十二烷基苯磺酸钠30-36份、烷基葡萄糖苷2-7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠3-5份、碳酸氢钠2-7份、柠檬酸4-8份、乳酸1-4份、水50-60份;
步骤四:二次沸煮
将去污后的面料再次放入温度为100摄氏度的清水中沸煮15-20分钟;
步骤四:首次烘干
将二次沸煮后的面料于80-90℃下烘干;
步骤五:定型
将首次烘干后的面料置于定型板上进行拉幅定型;
步骤六:回洗
将定型后的面料放入35-40℃的清水进行清洗,使用油污净洗剂在面料上有污渍的局部涂上,再进行针对性的搓洗;
步骤七:二次烘干
将回洗后的面料于80-90℃下烘干;
步骤八:抗紫外线加工
将二次烘干后的面料浸入抗紫外线加工液中,二浸二轧,轧余率为 70%,抗紫外线加工液包括按照质量份数计的如下原料:4-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯1-3份、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺0.3-0.6份、纳米二氧化钛10-15份、纳米氧化锌5-8 份、乙醇20-30份、水60-65份;
步骤九:罐蒸
将经过抗紫外线加工后的面料置于罐蒸机中,罐蒸机中的温度控制为70-100℃,时间为15-20分钟;
步骤十:烘干定型
将罐蒸后的面料于60-70℃低温烘干,再将烘干后的面料置于定型板上进行定型,定型温度为180℃。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中通过烧毛机或烧毛辊进行烧毛处理。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中待清水温度达到100℃后再放入面料,沸煮过程中将面料按同一个方向旋转搅拌,直至沸煮结束。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中去污液的制备方法为:按照质量配比,将十二烷基苯磺酸钠加入水中,搅拌均匀,在依次加入乙二胺四乙酸二钠、碳酸氢钠,搅拌均匀后,再依次加入柠檬酸、乳酸、烷基葡萄糖苷,搅拌均匀,静置1-2小时。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四、步骤七和步骤十中的烘干均是在面料的正反两边进行同时烘干。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤五中定型机设定温度为,定型温度为160℃,车速为18。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤六中先将面料浸泡10-20分钟,再进行局部清洗,最后将清洗干净的面料用清水漂洗2-3次。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤八中抗紫外线加工液的制备方法为 :按照质量配比,将乙醇和水混合均匀,再依次加入4-甲氧基肉桂酸异戊酯、椰油酸二乙醇酰胺、纳米二氧化钛和纳米氧化锌,升温至40-45℃搅拌均匀。
10.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗紫外线加工方法,其特征在于,所述步骤九中待罐蒸机中温度达到70-75℃时,将面料放入罐蒸机中,罐蒸机持续加热到100℃。
