Abstract

本发明公开一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,带钢从两个入口稳定辊卷入,并经由保温罩入口侧的水平窄缝进入保温罩中,然后依次穿过上锌液喷板和下锌液喷板之间缝隙、刮板与支撑喷板之间缝隙、两个气刀之间缝隙,最终通过保温罩出口处的水平窄缝穿出保温罩,并经由出口稳定辊送出。本发明将传统的热镀锌系统从原理上进行创造性革新,取消传统的沉没辊,采用无沉没辊方式镀锌,可以有效避免传统热镀锌方式的原理性缺陷。本发明通过对热镀锌的锌液进行循环供应,实现了锌锅无锌渣的目的,有效降低了人力消耗,同时提高了生产效率。采用本发明的热镀锌系统,带钢表面质量可以得到有效保障,表面划伤率及成卷带钢报废率可以明显降低,从而提高成材率。

Description

一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统
技术领域
本发明涉及热镀锌系统,具体涉及一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,属于冶金设备技术领域。
背景技术
热镀锌板是一种用量较大的板带材产品,传统的热镀锌产品主要利用锌锅进行,其中锌锅中设置有沉没辊,利用沉没辊将带钢浸入锌锅并从锌锅的锌液中穿出,从而实现对带钢表面进行镀锌的目的,但是这种传统的方式需要定期对锌锅进行锌渣清理,需要生产线停工,然后耗费大量的人力物力进行清理,且锌锅中生成的锌渣极易吸附在带钢表面并对带钢表面划伤;另外传统的生产工艺中在锌锅中设置的沉没辊是必要的关键部件,但是沉没辊的存在对带钢表面粗糙度以及最终质量影响极大,一旦工艺参数设定不佳,极可能会出现划伤等生产事故,最终导致整卷带钢报废的严重后果。
综上所述,传统的锌锅存在诸多工艺和设备上的原理性缺陷,虽然近年来在上述传统的工艺上进行了大量的改进型研究,但是由于原理性工艺没有改变导致收效甚微,因此需要从原理上对热镀锌系统进行研究才能从根本上解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,其原理在工艺和设备上与传统技术存在本质不同。
本发明采取的技术方案为一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,包括两个入口稳定辊、保温罩、两个出口稳定辊,所述的保温罩设置在入口稳定辊和出口稳定辊之间,且保温罩左右两侧设置有水平窄缝,保温罩内部上下对称设置有上锌液喷板和下锌液喷板,所述的上锌液喷板和下锌液喷板上设置有若干行喷嘴条,相邻两行喷嘴条之间设置有锌液流出槽,每个喷嘴条上设置有若干矩形喷嘴,且相邻两行喷嘴条上的矩形喷嘴交替排列;上锌液喷板后部设置有刮板,所述的刮板上设置有导锌槽,刮板后部设置有刃口,刃口后部设置有吹嘴,所述的刮板和吹嘴的下部设置有支撑喷板;所述的喷嘴后部设置有隔板,所述的隔板上设置有导锌槽,隔板后部设置有刃口;所述的隔板后部设置有上下布置的气刀;带钢从两个入口稳定辊卷入,并经由保温罩入口侧的水平窄缝进入保温罩中,然后依次穿过上锌液喷板和下锌液喷板之间缝隙、刮板与支撑喷板之间缝隙、两个气刀之间缝隙,最终通过保温罩出口处的水平窄缝穿出保温罩,并经由出口稳定辊送出。
进一步的,所述的上锌液喷板和下锌液喷板之间的距离可调,距离范围为5mm~50mm。
进一步的,所述的刮板、吹嘴和隔板均位于带钢上方,所述的支撑喷板位于带钢下方。
进一步的,还包括锌液参数调整集成装置,所述的锌液参数调整集成装置中设置有泵组,所述的上锌液喷板、下锌液喷板、锌液流出槽、导锌槽均与锌液参数调整集成装置相连通,并由泵组提供动力,使符合镀锌要求参数的锌液从锌液参数调整集成装置送入上锌液喷板和下锌液喷板,完成镀锌后从锌液流出槽和导锌槽流回锌液参数调整集成装置,再次进行锌液参数调整以及锌渣过滤。
由于本发明采用了上述技术方案,本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明将传统的热镀锌系统从原理上进行创造性革新,取消传统的沉没辊,采用无沉没辊方式镀锌,可以有效避免传统热镀锌方式的原理性缺陷;(2)本发明通过对热镀锌的锌液进行循环供应,实现了锌锅无锌渣的目的,有效降低了人力消耗,节约了生产成本,同时提高了生产效率;(3)采用本发明的热镀锌系统,带钢表面质量可以得到有效保障,表面划伤率及成卷带钢报废率可以明显降低,从而提高了成材率。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,在此发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1至图3所示的一种带钢1锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,包括两个入口稳定辊2、保温罩3、两个出口稳定辊12,保温罩3设置在入口稳定辊2和出口稳定辊12之间,且保温罩3左右两侧设置有水平窄缝,保温罩3内部上下对称设置有上锌液喷板4和下锌液喷板5,上锌液喷板4和下锌液喷板5上设置有若干行喷嘴条,相邻两行喷嘴条之间设置有锌液流出槽14,每个喷嘴条上设置有若干矩形喷嘴15,且相邻两行喷嘴条上的矩形喷嘴15交替排列。上锌液喷板4后部设置有刮板7,刮板7上设置有导锌槽8,刮板7后部设置有刃口9,刃口9后部设置有吹嘴10,刮板7和吹嘴10的下部设置有支撑喷板6。喷嘴后部设置有隔板11,隔板11上设置有导锌槽8,隔板11后部设置有刃口9。隔板11后部设置有上下布置的气刀13。
上锌液喷板4和下锌液喷板5之间的距离可调,距离范围为5mm~50mm。刮板7、吹嘴10和隔板11均位于带钢1上方,支撑喷板6位于带钢1下方。
带钢1从两个入口稳定辊2卷入,并经由保温罩3入口侧的水平窄缝进入保温罩3中,然后依次穿过上锌液喷板4和下锌液喷板5之间缝隙、刮板7与支撑喷板6之间缝隙、两个气刀13之间缝隙,最终通过保温罩3出口处的水平窄缝穿出保温罩3,并经由出口稳定辊12送出。还包括锌液参数调整集成装置,锌液参数调整集成装置中设置有泵组,上锌液喷板4、下锌液喷板5、锌液流出槽14、导锌槽8均与锌液参数调整集成装置相连通,并由泵组提供动力,使符合镀锌要求参数的锌液从锌液参数调整集成装置送入上锌液喷板4和下锌液喷板5,完成镀锌后从锌液流出槽14和导锌槽8流回锌液参数调整集成装置,再次进行锌液参数调整以及锌渣过滤。

1.一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,其特征在于:包括两个入口稳定辊(2)、保温罩(3)、两个出口稳定辊(12),所述的保温罩(3)设置在入口稳定辊(2)和出口稳定辊(12)之间,且保温罩(3)左右两侧设置有水平窄缝,保温罩(3)内部上下对称设置有上锌液喷板(4)和下锌液喷板(5),所述的上锌液喷板(4)和下锌液喷板(5)上设置有若干行喷嘴条,相邻两行喷嘴条之间设置有锌液流出槽(14),每个喷嘴条上设置有若干矩形喷嘴(15),且相邻两行喷嘴条上的矩形喷嘴(15)交替排列;上锌液喷板(4)后部设置有刮板(7),所述的刮板(7)上设置有导锌槽(8),刮板(7)后部设置有刃口(9),刃口(9)后部设置有吹嘴(10),所述的刮板(7)和吹嘴(10)的下部设置有支撑喷板(6);所述的喷嘴后部设置有隔板(11),所述的隔板(11)上设置有导锌槽(8),隔板(11)后部设置有刃口(9);所述的隔板(11)后部设置有上下布置的气刀(13);带钢(1)从两个入口稳定辊(2)卷入,并经由保温罩(3)入口侧的水平窄缝进入保温罩(3)中,然后依次穿过上锌液喷板(4)和下锌液喷板(5)之间缝隙、刮板(7)与支撑喷板(6)之间缝隙、两个气刀(13)之间缝隙,最终通过保温罩(3)出口处的水平窄缝穿出保温罩(3),并经由出口稳定辊(12)送出。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,其特征在于:所述的上锌液喷板(4)和下锌液喷板(5)之间的距离可调,距离范围为5mm~50mm。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,其特征在于:所述的刮板(7)、吹嘴(10)和隔板(11)均位于带钢(1)上方,所述的支撑喷板(6)位于带钢(1)下方。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种带钢锌液液压悬浮热镀锌系统,其特征在于:还包括锌液参数调整集成装置,所述的锌液参数调整集成装置中设置有泵组,所述的上锌液喷板(4)、下锌液喷板(5)、锌液流出槽(14)、导锌槽(8)均与锌液参数调整集成装置相连通,并由泵组提供动力,使符合镀锌要求参数的锌液从锌液参数调整集成装置送入上锌液喷板(4)和下锌液喷板(5),完成镀锌后从锌液流出槽(14)和导锌槽(8)流回锌液参数调整集成装置,再次进行锌液参数调整以及锌渣过滤。
