本发明提供了一种改性发泡聚硫橡胶,包括如下重量份的组分:聚硫橡胶100‑150份,丁腈橡胶10‑30份,活性剂2‑10份,增塑剂10‑20份,补强剂10‑20份,发泡剂1‑20份,交联剂1‑10份,发泡废料50‑100份,改性剂甲基丙烯酸镁2‑10份。本发明的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,不仅保留了原聚硫橡胶具有的耐油性优点,同时大大改善了收缩性能,大大拓展了其应用,具有较大的经济价值。

一种改性发泡聚硫橡胶
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶加工领域,尤其涉及一种发泡聚硫橡胶。
背景技术
聚硫橡胶是由二卤代烷与碱金属或碱土金属的多硫化物缩聚而得的合成橡胶。有优异的耐油和耐溶剂性,工业产品有固体聚硫橡胶、液态聚硫橡胶和聚硫胶乳。主要用作建筑,复层玻璃,其他工业用的密封材料,以及环氧树脂的固化剂。固态聚硫橡胶有优异的耐油性,而且在成本与性能方面还能替代其他合成橡胶,但目前使用范围较窄,主要用于制造输油胶管、印刷胶辊、密封圈以及气量计的隔膜。
固态聚硫橡胶产品主要有三种:①A型聚硫橡胶,是二氯乙烷与碱金属四硫化物的缩聚物(Thiokol A)。②FA型聚硫橡胶,是二氯乙烷、双-2-氯乙基缩甲醛与碱金属二硫化物的缩聚物(Thiokol FA)。③ST型聚硫橡胶,是双二氯乙烯基缩甲醛、三氯丙烷与碱金属多硫化物的缩聚物(Thiokol ST)。因含有巯端基和2%的交联度,压缩变形比前两种聚硫橡胶有所改善,但耐油性能和贮存稳定性比Thiokol FA差。分子量较低(1200~3000)的液态聚硫橡胶,带有巯基、羟基、卤素、多胺、酰胺等端基,其中带巯端基的液态聚硫橡胶占聚硫橡胶产品的绝大部分,现有的聚硫橡胶的收缩性能比较差,大大限制了它的使用范围。
因此,现有的聚硫橡胶存在不足,需要进一步的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对现有聚硫橡胶收缩性能比较差的缺点,本提供一种改性发泡聚硫橡胶材料及其制备方法。
为此,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种改性发泡聚硫橡胶,包括如下重量份的组分:
聚硫橡胶100-150份,丁腈橡胶10-30份,活性剂2-10份,增塑剂10-20份,补强剂10-20份,发泡剂1-20份,交联剂1-10份,发泡废料50-100份,改性剂甲基丙烯酸镁2-10份;
优选地,聚硫橡胶选用FA型固体聚硫橡胶。
优选地,活性剂为氧化锌,硬脂酸或氧化镁。
优选地,增塑剂为白油膏。
优选地,补强剂为碳黑。
优选地,发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺。
优选地,发泡废料为生产过程中产生的发泡废料;
优选地,交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、双二五硫化剂或过氧化二叔丁基。
改性发泡聚硫橡胶的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1.将聚硫橡胶、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、补强剂混合后,在捏合机中捏合2H;2.室温静置12-36H,加入活性剂、发泡剂、交联剂、发泡废料、改性剂返炼,温度为145-170度,3.3H后90-100℃下烘片缩定3-5H即获得产品。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,不仅保留了原聚硫橡胶具有的耐油性优点,同时大大改善了收缩性能,大大拓展了其应用领域,具有较大的经济价值。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将FA型固体聚硫橡胶100份,丁腈橡胶10份、白油膏10份,碳黑15份室温混合后,在捏合机中捏合2h,室温静置24h,加入氧化锌5份、偶氮二甲酰胺3份,氧化二异丙苯2份,发泡废料50份,改性剂甲基丙烯酸镁3份返炼,温度为160℃,3h后90℃下烘片缩定3h即获得产品。
实施例2
将FA型固体聚硫橡胶100份,丁腈橡胶20份、白油膏10份,碳黑15份室温混合后,在捏合机中捏合2h,室温静置24h,加入氧化锌5份、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺5份,过氧化二叔丁基2份,发泡废料50份,改性剂甲基丙烯酸镁5份返炼,温度为150℃,3h后100℃下烘片缩定3h即获得产品。
实施例3
将FA型固体聚硫橡胶100份,丁腈橡胶30份、白油膏10份,碳黑10份室温混合后,在捏合机中捏合2h,室温静置36h,加入氧化镁5份、偶氮二甲酰胺10份,过氧化二异丙苯3份,发泡废料80份,改性剂甲基丙烯酸镁5份返炼,温度为170℃,3h后100℃下烘片缩定5h即获得产品。
收缩率检测:
在室温下,进行24个月的跟踪测定,结果如下:

1.一种改性发泡聚硫橡胶,其特征在于,包括如下重量份的组分:
聚硫橡胶100-150份,丁腈橡胶10-30份,活性剂2-10份,增塑剂10-20份,补强剂10-20份,发泡剂1-20份,交联剂1-10份,发泡废料50-100份,改性剂甲基丙烯酸镁2-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,其特征在于:所述聚硫橡胶选用FA型固体聚硫橡胶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,其特征在于:所述活性剂为氧化锌、硬脂酸或氧化镁。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,其特征在于:所述的增塑剂为白油膏。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,其特征在于:所述的补强剂为碳黑。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺、4,4-氧代双苯磺酰肼、二亚硝基五次甲基四胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,其特征在于:所述的发泡废料为生产过程中产生的发泡废料。
8.根据权利要求1所述的改性发泡聚硫橡胶,其特征在于:所述的交联剂为过氧化二异丙苯、双二五硫化剂或过氧化二叔丁基。
9.根据权利要求1所述的改性发泡聚硫橡胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)将聚硫橡胶、丁腈橡胶、增塑剂、补强剂混合后,在捏合机中捏合2h;
2)室温静置12-36h,加入活性剂、发泡剂、交联剂、发泡废料、改性剂返炼;
3)温度为145-170℃,3h后90-100℃下烘片缩定3-5h即获得产品。
