技术领域
本发明属于机械传动领域,具体涉及一种传动轴清洗工艺。
背景技术
传动轴是由轴管、伸缩套和万向节组成,它的作用是与变速箱、驱动桥一起将发动机的动力传递给车轮,使汽车产生驱动力,有的车辆传动轴位于变速器和轮縠之间,位于车的前下方,位置既靠前又低矮,所以泥沙、污水会溅到传动轴外表,因此对进行清洗和保养可有效延长传动轴的使用寿命,减少不必要的浪费,为解决上述问题,开发一种传动轴清洗工艺很有必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,而提供一种低成本、清洗效果好、有效延长传动轴使用寿面的传动轴清洗工艺。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种传动轴清洗工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)除泥沙处理:采用毛刷除去传动轴表面的积尘、泥沙等杂物;
(2)清洗处理:采用除垢剂和去油剂将传动轴进行去油清洗后用自来水漂洗干净,采用过滤的干燥压缩空气吹干;
(3)打磨处理:将清洗后的传动轴经打磨机进行打磨,除去残留的锈迹、污渍等;
(4)酸洗处理:将传动轴通过酸洗槽,酸洗槽中采用浓度为120-160g/L的盐酸进行酸洗处理,经酸洗后送入冷水槽中采用10-30℃的冷水进行高压冲洗,冷水冲洗后送入热水槽中采用90-100℃的热水烫洗后采用过滤的干燥压缩空气吹干;
(5)超声波清洗:采用超声波设备进行超声清洗后放入冷水池中采用10-30℃冷水进行冲洗;
(6)干燥处理:采用120-170℃的干燥器进行干燥。
所述打磨机采用微型电动打磨机。
所述步骤(4)中酸洗处理均是在常温下进行。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:通过去油剂清洗、打磨、酸洗、超声波清洗一系列步骤,可有效去除传动轴表面泥沙、油污等物质,清洗方便快捷、成本低廉、有效延长传动轴使用寿命。

下面通过实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步具体的说明。
一种传动轴清洗工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)除泥沙处理:采用毛刷除去传动轴表面的积尘、泥沙等杂物;
(2)清洗处理:采用除垢剂和去油剂将传动轴进行去油清洗后用自来水漂洗干净,采用过滤的干燥压缩空气吹干;
(3)打磨处理:将清洗后的传动轴经打磨机进行打磨,除去残留的锈迹、污渍等;
(4)酸洗处理:将传动轴通过酸洗槽,酸洗槽中采用浓度为120-160g/L的盐酸进行酸洗处理,经酸洗后送入冷水槽中采用10-30℃的冷水进行高压冲洗,冷水冲洗后送入热水槽中采用90-100℃的热水烫洗后采用过滤的干燥压缩空气吹干;

1.一种传动轴清洗工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)除泥沙处理:采用毛刷除去传动轴表面的积尘、泥沙等杂物;
(2)清洗处理:采用除垢剂和去油剂将传动轴进行去油清洗后用自来水漂洗干净,采用过滤的干燥压缩空气吹干;
(3)打磨处理:将清洗后的传动轴经打磨机进行打磨,除去残留的锈迹、污渍等;
(4)酸洗处理:将传动轴通过酸洗槽,酸洗槽中采用浓度为120-160g/L的盐酸进行酸洗处理,经酸洗后送入冷水槽中采用10-30℃的冷水进行高压冲洗,冷水冲洗后送入热水槽中采用90-100℃的热水烫洗后采用过滤的干燥压缩空气吹干;
(5)超声波清洗:采用超声波设备进行超声清洗后放入冷水池中采用10-30℃冷水进行冲洗;
(6)干燥处理:采用120-170℃的干燥器进行干燥。
