随着经济的发展,人们的生活水平也在不断提高,人们对鸡肉和鸡蛋的需求量越来越大,对其质量要求越来越高。目前对肉鸡和蛋鸡的饲养通常采用集约化和机械化饲养,由于鸡被集中饲养,缺少必要的活动空间,因而造成其抗病能力低下,为了预防鸡生病,提高其抗病能力和成活率,往往在饲料中添加多种抗生素等化学药物,从而导致鸡肉和鸡蛋被抗生素污染,这样的鸡肉和鸡蛋进一步被人食用后会对人体造成伤害。
因此,人们对食物的基本要求不再停留在吃得饱上,更要求吃得安全,吃得放心。而目前对鸡的饲养方式无法全面满足消费市场的需求,也制约了养鸡业自身的发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服上述现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种生态土鸡的养殖方法。
本发明的技术方案是:一种生态土鸡的养殖方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择阳光充足的山坡地带用围栏或铁丝网进行围护作为鸡场选址,所述山坡地带包括林地、草地以及水塘;在山坡地带的山脚下建设鸡舍,鸡舍应该具备冬季供暖设施以及夏季降温设施,鸡舍应做到通风透光,保持内部环境干燥;
(2)对雏鸡在鸡舍中进行饲养,饲养用料:饲料为小麦、花生饼、大豆粉、苜蓿粉、磷酸氢钙;饲喂方法:按40%小麦、26%花生饼、15%大豆粉、10%苜蓿粉、5%磷酸氢钙、4%雏鸡用预混料的比例配置混合饲料,搅拌均匀;每天分别在上午7时、中午12时以及下午5时饲喂一次;所述雏鸡预混料可采用正昌饲料科技有限公司生产的蛋小鸡雏鸡预混料饲料添加剂,其产品型号为:T521;
(3)当饲养至2-3个月鸡龄时,打开鸡舍在所述山坡地带进行放养;在最初放养时,对土鸡用固定的播放声进行边呼唤边喂养的方式放水、放饲料,此外,在山坡地带的多个地方放置便于鸡啄食的碎砂石堆;在5月龄以上鸡的放养过程中,采用在鸡群中混入鸭或鹅的形式进行放养,同时在水塘中种植水草或养殖鱼类;
(4)白天将土鸡赶到林地内,晚上使其回鸡舍;让鸡在林地内充分运动,自由捕捉腐殖土内蚯蚓或者其他虫子;分早晚两次给鸡喂养饲料,所喂养的饲料由以下质量份组分加水搅拌均匀制成:玉米30~45份、小麦粒15~20份、大米粒5~10份、骨粉4~7份、大豆蛋白粉6~9份、白菜叶15~25份、沸石粉4~5份、硅藻土粉1~1.5份、食盐4~5份、当归粉1~3份、金银花粉3~5份、食用菌渣5~8份、乳酸菌3~6份;
(5)定期对鸡舍清扫、消毒,搞好鸡舍内卫生,检验舍内调温和通风透光设施,每天观察鸡群饮食情况是否正常,查看鸡粪是否正常,发现病鸡立即隔离治疗,对鸡做好疫苗注射预防疾病;定期对山坡地带进行消毒处理;定期杀蚊虫和消灭鼠害,减少鼠害和疾病;对鸡定期进行驱虫。
上述步骤(1)中,所述鸡舍顶部安装有太阳能发电装置,将太阳能发电装置所发电存储在蓄电池中,通过蓄电池向冬季供暖设施以及夏季降温设施提供电源。
上述步骤(3)中,所述碎砂石堆的碎砂石粒径为2~4mm;分别在鸡舍附近、山坡地带中部以及山坡地带底部放置1堆~3堆碎砂石堆,每堆碎砂石的质量为3kg~5kg。

(2)对雏鸡在鸡舍中进行饲养,饲养用料:饲料为小麦、花生饼、大豆粉、苜蓿粉、磷酸氢钙;饲喂方法:按40%小麦、26%花生饼、15%大豆粉、10%苜蓿粉、5%磷酸氢钙、4%雏鸡预混料的比例配置混合饲料,搅拌均匀;每天分别在上午7时、中午12时以及下午5时饲喂一次;所述雏鸡预混料可采用正昌饲料科技有限公司生产的蛋小鸡雏鸡预混料饲料添加剂,其产品型号为:T521。
(3)当饲养至2-3个月鸡龄时,打开鸡舍在所述山坡地带进行放养;在最初放养时,对土鸡用固定的播放声进行边呼唤边喂养的方式放水、放饲料,此外,在山坡地带的多个地方放置便于鸡啄食的碎砂石堆;在5月龄以上鸡的放养过程中,采用在鸡群中混入鸭或鹅的形式进行放养,同时在水塘中种植水草或养殖鱼类;
(4)白天将土鸡赶到林地内,晚上使其回鸡舍;让鸡在林地内充分运动,自由捕捉腐殖土内蚯蚓或者其他虫子;分早晚两次给鸡喂养饲料,所喂养的饲料由以下质量份组分加水搅拌均匀制成:玉米30~45份、小麦粒15~20份、大米粒5~10份、骨粉4~7份、大豆蛋白粉6~9份、白菜叶15~25份、沸石粉4~5份、硅藻土粉1~1.5份、食盐4~5份、当归粉1~3份、金银花粉3~5份、食用菌渣5~8份、乳酸菌3~6份;
(5)定期对鸡舍清扫、消毒,搞好鸡舍内卫生,检验舍内调温和通风透光设施,每天观察鸡群饮食情况是否正常,查看鸡粪是否正常,发现病鸡立即隔离治疗,对鸡做好疫苗注射预防疾病;定期对山坡地带进行消毒处理;定期杀蚊虫和消灭鼠害,减少鼠害和疾病;对鸡进行定期驱虫。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,所述鸡舍顶部安装有太阳能发电装置,将太阳能发电装置所发电存储在蓄电池中,通过蓄电池向冬季供暖设施以及夏季降温设施提供电源。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,所述碎砂石堆的碎砂石粒径为2~4mm;分别在鸡舍附近、山坡地带中部以及山坡地带底部放置1堆~3堆碎砂石堆,每堆碎砂石的质量为3kg~5kg。
进一步地,步骤(3)中,养殖鱼类包括草鱼、鲤鱼、鲢鱼以及鳙鱼。
进一步地,步骤(4)中,对山坡地带地表填埋树叶、秸秆这些能够在土层中制造腐殖质的有机物,并定期浇水使其腐烂,待腐烂后,挖开地表在腐殖质中放入能够在其中繁殖的幼虫或虫卵,并覆盖腐殖质,待虫子长大后定期犁开地表或疏松地表,以供土鸡啄食虫子。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种生态土鸡的养殖方法,通过将土鸡放养在山坡上,使其能够自由活动,提高了其抗病能力,通过在山坡地带地面内养殖虫子,使得土鸡能够自由扒开土面来啄食虫子,给其提供了天然蛋白质,同时也在寻找虫子的过程中使其得到了“锻炼”。通过设于鸡舍屋顶上的太阳能供电装置能够使用天然能源来给鸡舍的冬季供暖设施以及夏季降温设施提供能源。通过放置碎砂石堆能够使土鸡及时地啄食到帮助消化用的碎石子,促进了其消化,能够更好的使其生长发育。通过水塘能够给土鸡提供一个相对湿润的环境,此外还能兼顾养鸭养鹅及养鱼,最大限度的增加了土鸡生态养殖收入。本发明提供的土鸡生态养殖方法,能够减少养殖中土鸡的生病几率,能够给人们提供天然的鸡肉和鸡蛋产品,具备良好的市场推广前景。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是,本发明实施例并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种生态土鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)选择阳光充足的山坡地带用围栏或铁丝网进行围护作为鸡场选址,所述山坡地带包括林地、草地以及水塘;在山坡地带的山脚下建设鸡舍,鸡舍应该具备冬季供暖设施以及夏季降温设施,鸡舍应做到通风透光,保持内部环境干燥;
(2)对雏鸡在鸡舍中进行饲养,饲养用料:饲料为小麦、花生饼、大豆粉、苜蓿粉、磷酸氢钙;饲喂方法:按40%小麦、26%花生饼、15%大豆粉、10%苜蓿粉、5%磷酸氢钙、4%雏鸡预混料的比例配置混合饲料,搅拌均匀;每天分别在上午7时、中午12时以及下午5时饲喂一次;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种生态土鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述鸡舍顶部安装有太阳能发电装置,将太阳能发电装置所发电存储在蓄电池中,通过蓄电池向冬季供暖设施以及夏季降温设施提供电源。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种生态土鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述碎砂石堆的碎砂石粒径为2~4mm;分别在鸡舍附近、山坡地带中部以及山坡地带底部放置1堆~3堆碎砂石堆,每堆碎砂石的质量为3kg~5kg。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种生态土鸡的养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,养殖鱼类包括草鱼、鲤鱼、鲢鱼以及鳙鱼。
