本发明公开了一种替代覆膜水性光油,由以下重量份配比的原料制成:丙烯酸聚合物、钛白粉、重金石粉、重质碳酸钙、高岭土、水溶性丙烯酸树脂、蜡乳液、中和剂为、润湿分散剂、增稠剂、杀菌防霉剂、水适量。本发明的有益效果:涂布于纸质包装箱表面,可形成一耐刮擦的防水层,使纸质包装箱具有防水功能,替代了传统技术中所用的塑胶薄膜,降低了生产成本,适用于各种啤酒、果蔬等包装箱的预印上光。

背景技术
20世纪80年代以来,随着对外开放和商品经济的快速发展,印刷产品日趋高档化、彩色化和多样化,各种上光技术获得了迅速的发展,上光加工日益普及,目前国内印刷品上光涂料(上光油)的年应用量已经超过万吨,已成为印刷后加工的一个重要领域。早期的上光涂料品种少、工艺简陋。如今上光涂料已形成多样化、多品种的系列产品,大致可分为溶剂型上光油、油性上光油、UV上光油和去离子水性上光油。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,提供一种替代覆膜水性光油。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种替代覆膜水性光油,由以下重量份配比的原料制成:丙烯酸聚合物30-45份、钛白粉5-15份、重金石粉5-10份、重质碳酸钙1-5份、高岭土5-8份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂15-20份、蜡乳液3-5份、中和剂为0.5-1份、润湿分散剂1-2份、增稠剂0.1-0.5份、杀菌防霉剂0.2-0.8份、水适量。
优选为,由以下重量份配比的原料制成:丙烯酸聚合物39份、钛白粉12份、重金石粉7份、重质碳酸钙3份、高岭土6份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂18份、蜡乳液3.5份、中和剂为0.8份、润湿分散剂1.6份、增稠剂0.3份、杀菌防霉剂0.5份、水适量。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:涂布于纸质包装箱表面,可形成一耐刮擦的防水层,使纸质包装箱具有防水功能,替代了传统技术中所用的塑胶薄膜,降低了生产成本,适用于各种啤酒、果蔬等包装箱的预印上光。

实施例2:一种替代覆膜水性光油,由以下重量份配比的原料制成:丙烯酸聚合物39份、钛白粉12份、重金石粉7份、重质碳酸钙3份、高岭土6份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂18份、蜡乳液3.5份、中和剂为0.8份、润湿分散剂1.6份、增稠剂0.3份、杀菌防霉剂0.5份、水适量。
实施例3:一种替代覆膜水性光油,由以下重量份配比的原料制成:丙烯酸聚合物45份、钛白粉15份、重金石粉10份、重质碳酸钙5份、高岭土8份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂20份、蜡乳液5份、中和剂为1份、润湿分散剂2份、增稠剂0.5份、杀菌防霉剂0.8份、水适量。

1.一种替代覆膜水性光油,其特征在于, 由以下重量份配比的原料制成:丙烯酸聚合物30-45份、钛白粉5-15份、重金石粉5-10份、重质碳酸钙1-5份、高岭土5-8份、水溶性丙烯酸树脂15-20份、蜡乳液3-5份、中和剂为0.5-1份、润湿分散剂1-2份、增稠剂0.1-0.5份、杀菌防霉剂0.2-0.8份、水适量。
