申请EP-A-1 465 460通过提出这样的玻璃陶瓷而寻求解决该问题,所述玻璃陶瓷对所有可见光谱进行积分的光透射Y,对于3mm的厚度,大于或等于2.5%,并且可以直到15%。
然而该解决方案并非没有缺点,因为这样高的透射导致甚至在任何加热以外都可以看见在下方的加热元件的存在。此外,上面提到的申请主张使用经氧化母玻璃以便减少归因于氧化钒的着色。然而,在发明者看来,在实施这种方法时,在陶瓷化步骤期间氧化钒并未完全减少,由于板所经历的高温,随着烹饪板的使用,它继续减少。由此导致老化现象,在此期间板逐渐变暗。此外,所提出的组成包含砷和/或锑,这引起了毒性的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目标为通过提出不含砷和锑的铝硅酸锂类型的玻璃陶瓷板来避开这些缺点,并且对于4mm的厚度时,所述玻璃陶瓷板的光透射对在400至500nm之间的至少一个波长为0.2-4%。
根据本发明的板尤其是用于集成在烹饪台(table de cuisson)中的烹饪板,该烹饪台包括烹饪板和加热元件,例如辐射炉或卤素炉或感应元件。该烹饪台优选地包括基于电致发光二极管的显示装置,尤其是发射蓝光的显示装置。
具体实施方案
对于4mm的厚度时,对在400至500nm之间的至少一个波长的光透射优选地为0.4-1.5%。
有利地,对于4mm的厚度时,对在400至500nm之间的任何波长的光透射优选地为0.2-4%,尤其为0.4-1.5%。
这样,不仅可能使借助于蓝色或绿色的电致发光二极管实现的显示可见,而且还可能使它们可见而没有其颜色的重大失真。为了避免失真,优选的是在450至500nm之间的有相对平坦(plat)的透射光谱。有利地,在从450至500nm波长区间的最高透射与最低透射之间的差异小于或等于0.5%,甚至0.2%和更甚至0.1%。
更强的透射导致甚至在加热期间以外使这些元件可见,这是要排除的。相反,对于更弱的透射,蓝色或绿色显示的可见性是过低的。
在标准ISO 9050 :2003意义内的光透射,对于4mm的厚度的板,优选地小于或等于3%,甚至小于或等于2%和更甚至小于或等于1%。这样,当加热元件熄灭时,它们不是可见的。
“透射”,是指总透射,同时考虑直接透射和可能的漫射透射。因此,优选地,使用装有积分球(sphère intégrante)的分光光度计。在至少一个面上具有周期性凸起(尤其是尖齿状凸起(picots))的玻璃陶瓷板的情况下,板的厚度考虑了这些凸起。随后,按照本领域技术人员已知的方法,尤其在标准ISO 9050 :2003中包括的方法,把在给定厚度下所测量的透射换算为4mm的基准厚度。
“铝硅酸锂类型的玻璃陶瓷”优选地是指包含在下面以重量百分比表达的规定限度内的下述组分的玻璃陶瓷:

K2O 0 - 3%

这种玻璃陶瓷可以包含最高1重量%的非必需组分,其不影响母玻璃的熔融或形成玻璃陶瓷的最后反玻璃化。

优选地,氧化钡的含量为1-3%,尤其为2-3%,以便降低玻璃的粘度。由于同样的原因,二氧化硅的含量优选地小于或等于68%,尤其是小于或等于67%甚至小于或等于66%。本发明者还能证明石灰(CaO)含量对降低粘度的非常强的作用,甚至对于所添加的非常小含量而言也如此。由于该原因,CaO含量至少为0.2%,尤其0.3%和甚至0.4%。
对于低于或等于19.5%,尤其19%的氧化铝(Al2O3)含量,获得了最好的结果。
优选地,根据本发明的板的化学组成优选地包括0.01-0.1%重量含量的氧化钒。甚至优选地,该含量低于或等于0.05%,甚至0.04 或0.03%,或进一步0.025或0.02%。氧化钒的优选含量为0.01-0.03%。
高的氧化钒含量导致板变暗和因此低的显示可见度,特别是在蓝光中。相反,较低的含量允许使烹饪板透明。
为了更好地遮蔽加热元件,根据本发明的板此外可以包含,尤其与氧化钒组合地,在下列重量限度内的下列着色剂:
Fe2O3 0-1%,
NiO 0 - 1%,
CuO 0 - 1%,
MnO 0 - 1%,
这些着色剂的百分比总量为至少等于0.02%,优选地,至少等于0.045%和不超过2%。然而,优选地,根据本发明的烹饪板不包含氧化钴和氧化镍,其包括在氧化钒含量为0.01-0.03%时。氧化铬(Cr2O3) 是经常分布在大部分原材料,特别是金红石类型的钛载体中的杂质。此外,某些构成熔融炉的耐火材料包含氧化铬或由氧化铬构成。为了获得所希望的性质,非常优选的是,在根据本发明的板中氧化铬的重量含量低于或等于25 ppm (1 ppm =0.0001重量%)、尤其20 ppm、甚至15 ppm、甚至10 ppm或甚至5 ppm。限制至这样低的含量迫使认真选择原材料并避免存在与熔融玻璃接触的氧化铬耐火材料。
根据本发明的板的化学组成可以包括0.1-0.5%重量含量的氧化锡。这是因为,氧化锡使得能够有利于在陶瓷化步骤中减少钒,钒导致颜色的出现。此外,在母玻璃的熔融期间,它有助于精制该母玻璃,即有助于促进熔融玻璃体内的气体夹杂物的消除。除锡以外的其他还原剂还显示更有效,尤其是金属硫化物,如在下文中更详细地解释的那样。根据本发明的烹饪板的化学组成因此可以没有氧化锡。
根据本发明的板的化学组成没有锑和砷,这是由于环境的原因和因为这些氧化物显示与浮法(其中将熔融玻璃注入熔融的锡浴上)类型的成型方法不相容。
优选地,根据本发明的玻璃陶瓷在残留玻璃相内包含β-石英结构的晶体。其膨胀系数的绝对值通常小于或等于15×10-7/℃,甚至5×10-7/℃。
本发明的目标还为获得根据本发明的板的方法。该方法包含母玻璃的熔融和精制步骤,然后陶瓷化步骤。
优选地,该熔融借助于至少一个燃烧器在玻璃熔融炉中进行。将原材料(硅石、锂辉石等)引入炉中并在高温作用下经历各种化学反应,例如脱碳酸化反应,确切地说熔融.....。
精制步骤相当于消除在熔融的玻璃体中囚禁的气体夹杂物。通常,精制在至少等于熔融温度的温度下借助于产生气泡来进行,所述气泡将不希望的夹杂物夹带到熔融玻璃体的表面。
该精制尤其借助于以二氧化锡形式引入的氧化锡来进行。在精制开始时,在高温下使二氧化锡还原为氧化锡将产生大量氧的放出。随后,在陶瓷化步骤期间,氧化锡将用于还原氧化钒。
该精制优选地借助于添加金属硫化物来进行。硫化物还用于获得还原的母玻璃,其在陶瓷化过程中有助于氧化钒的完全还原。在借助于硫化物的精制的情况下,根据本发明的组成还可以包括在前面所指出含量的氧化锡;然而,优选地,该组成不包括它。
优选地,金属硫化物选自过渡金属的硫化物,例如硫化锌,碱金属的硫化物,例如硫化钾、硫化钠和硫化锂;碱土金属的硫化物,例如硫化钙、硫化钡、硫化镁和硫化锶。优选的硫化物是硫化锌、硫化锂、硫化钡、硫化镁和硫化锶。硫化锌被证明是特别有利的,因为它对玻璃或玻璃陶瓷的着色没有贡献。当玻璃陶瓷应当包含氧化锌时,也优先使用它:在这种情况下,硫化锌起着还原剂/精制剂以及氧化锌源的双重作用。
也可以将硫化物以玻璃熔渣或玻璃配料的形式引入可玻璃化的原材料中,所述玻璃熔渣或玻璃配料富含硫化物,其具有加速非熔融物(infondus)的煮解(digestion)、改善玻璃的化学均匀性和其光学质量的优点。然而,众所周知,熔渣还包含大量的铁,其降低红外线的透射。从这点来看,优选使用这样的玻璃配料:其化学组成,尤其是铁的组成,可以得到完全的控制。
优选地,以低于该可玻璃化材料的总重量的2%,有利地低于1%和更好地在0.07-0.8%的量将硫化物添加至可玻璃化材料中。0.3-0.7%的含量是优选的。
为了充分地发挥其精制剂作用,优选地将硫化物,尤其是硫化锌与还原剂例如焦炭相结合。所引入的焦炭的含量优选地为800至2000ppm,尤其为1200至1800ppm(1 ppm =0.0001质量%)。
还可以将硫化物与氧化剂(优选地硫酸盐)相结合。硫酸盐具有不在玻璃或玻璃陶瓷中形成着色物质的优点。该硫酸盐尤其可以是硫酸钠、硫酸锂甚至硫酸镁。所引入的硫酸盐的含量,以SO3计,优选地为0.2-1质量%,尤其为0.4-0.8质量%。
优选地,母玻璃的熔融和精制在低于或等于1700℃、尤其1650℃、甚至1600℃的温度下进行。
在精制步骤后,将获得的母玻璃在用于生产玻璃陶瓷的常规条件下进行处理。
因此,通过将熔融玻璃漂浮在熔融的锡浴上的操作的方法的条件下使玻璃成型,例如成型为带的形式,随后将所述带切割为板,或直接通过轧制成型为板的形式,或进一步被模塑为所期望的形式。
成型的玻璃随后经历热处理,用于将其转变为玻璃陶瓷。
在陶瓷化的步骤中,母玻璃可以尤其经历包含下述步骤的陶瓷化周期:
a) 升高温度直至通常在转变区(domaine de transformation)附近的成核区(domaine de nucléation),尤其以50-80℃/分钟升高温度,
b) 通过二十多分钟的成核区间(670-800℃),
c) 在15至30分钟内升高温度直至900-1000℃的陶瓷化平台温度T,
d) 使该陶瓷化平台温度T维持10至25分钟的时间,
e) 快速冷却至环境温度。
本发明的目标还为包含根据本发明的或根据本发明的方法获得的板和至少一个加热元件(例如辐射炉或卤素炉或感应元件)的烹饪台。该烹饪台优选地包括基于电致发光二极管,尤其是发射蓝光的电致发光二极管的显示器。
通过对下面的非限制性实施例的阅读,将更好地理解本发明。
在借助于氧-天然气燃烧器加热的炉中,使具有下面表1中指示的组成的不同的母玻璃熔融。熔融温度为约1650℃。通过轧制成型为板的母玻璃随后经历陶瓷化处理以形成玻璃陶瓷,该处理根据包括上面所描述的步骤a)至e)的周期来进行。
该表指示了添加至可玻璃化混合物的氧的重量含量、可能的焦炭或硫化锌的含量,和对于4mm的厚度时在450和500nm的光透射。
组成Cl (比较实施例)是这样的玻璃陶瓷:其在450至500nm的非常小的透射导致蓝色电致发光二极管几乎为零的可见度。
