技术领域
本发明涉及一种特别适用于主轴轴承的、根据权利要求1前序部分所述的滚珠轴承保持架。
背景技术
这种滚珠轴承保持架例如由EP 2 787 229 A1已知。该滚珠轴承保持架具有呈圆形且细长的沿轴承保持架的圆周方向延伸的滚动体兜孔。
具有非圆形的滚动体兜孔的另外的滚珠轴承保持架例如由DE 10 2010 047 962A1,由US 2007/0116395 A1以及由WO 2010/066293 A1已知。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,相对所述现有技术改进滚珠轴承保持架,所述滚珠轴承保持架具有滚动体兜孔,所述滚动体兜孔能够在滚动轴承的圆周方向上有间隙地引导滚动体,即滚珠,其中,即使在高转速特性的情况下(例如在机床中的主轴轴承中),也能够使用所述滚珠轴承。
根据本发明,该技术问题通过具有权利要求1的技术特征的滚珠轴承保持架解决。滚珠轴承保持架被设计为窗式保持架,其中,所有滚动体兜孔,即滚动轴承保持架的窗口均具有相同的形状。
在已知的基本结构中,滚珠轴承保持架具有两个周向的侧圈,两个侧圈通过连接部段优选一体式地相互连接。各个滚动体兜孔分别由侧圈的部段和两个沿周向相邻的连接部段限定。每个滚动体兜孔的侧边的导向轮廓相互平行且与侧圈平行。与侧边的导向轮廓不同,滚动体兜孔的、由连接部段构成的边界被称为边缘部段。然而,与侧向导向轮廓相反,滚动体,即滚珠不必须在边缘部段上滚动。相反,总共四个角部凸起在侧边的导向轮廓和连接部段之间的过渡区域中伸进滚动体兜孔中,角部凸起被设置用于与位于滚动体兜孔中的滚动体接触。因此,借助侧边的导向轮廓沿滚珠轴承的周向有间隙地引导滚动体,其中,滚动体和滚珠轴承保持架之间的接触区域同时借助角部凸起被减少,接触区域在滚动体沿周向滚向滚动体兜孔时与保持架摩擦相关。
滚动体兜孔的、具有直的侧边的导向轮廓和伸进滚动体兜孔的角部凸起的复杂形状同时提供了润滑剂存储器,因此润滑剂,特别是润滑脂,能够通过非常短的距离到达在滚动体和滚珠轴承保持架之间的接触面积。滚珠轴承保持架因低摩擦也适用于高转速特征的应用,其中,与传统的轴承设计不同,即使是在极端条件下仍然能够在没有外部冷却的情况下使用所述轴承。
在一个有利的设计方式中,向内伸进每个滚动体兜孔的角部凸起分别具有倒圆,其倒圆半径至少等于过渡半径,过渡半径在角部凸起和侧边的通过侧圈构成的导向轮廓之间形成。在此,在角部凸起上构成的倒圆形成弯曲部,该弯曲部与在角部凸起和侧边的导向轮廓之间的过渡区域中给出的弯曲部方向相反。总的来说,滚动体兜孔的边缘交替形成凹凸轮廓。
基本平行于滚珠轴承轴线定向的边缘部段在每两个角部凸起之间优选地形成滚动体兜孔的直线型的边界,该边界与侧边的导向轮廓垂直地定向。这至少在边缘部段和连接部段的外圆周之间的过渡区域中适用。因此,在滚珠轴承保持架的沿径向从外侧朝向轴承轴线的俯视图中,滚动体兜孔形成闭合的矩形的基本形状,其中,直角通过指向滚动体兜孔的中心的角部凸起改进,所以,近似地形成十二边形。
在一个有利的设计方案中,每个滚动体兜孔沿径向从外向内至少对于侧边的导向轮廓逐渐收缩。在此,侧边的导向轮廓以导向轨的形式延伸到滚珠轴承保持架的内周。在这种情况下,设置导向轨用于在保持滚动体的周向间隙的情况下在滚动体兜孔内侧沿径向引导滚动体。所有导向轨的整体位于小于滚珠轴承保持架的节圆的圆上。节圆是指穿过轴承的滚珠的中心的圆。由此通过滚动体在滚珠的内侧沿径向支撑滚珠轴承保持架。优选地,导向轨位于的圆的半径和滚动轴承的节圆的半径之间的差,一方面足够大,使得滚动体和轴承保持架之间具有足够稳定的沿径向的支撑,另一方面足够小,使得各个滚珠靠近其分别通过滚珠轴承保持架的旋转轴线接触,从而在滚珠表面和轴承保持架之间的相对速度和由此的滚动体和滚珠轴承保持架之间的摩擦保持较小。

滚珠轴承保持架1被设计为由塑料制成的窗式保持架,并且用于被标记为2的滚珠轴承。滚珠轴承保持架1由两个通过连接部段5相互连接的侧圈3,4组成,其中,在侧圈3,4的部段和连接部段5之间形成滚动体兜孔6,滚动体兜孔被设置用于分别引导滚动体7,即滚珠。

Claims (10)

1.一种滚珠轴承保持架(1),包括多个分别通过周向的侧圈(3,4)的部段和连接所述侧圈(3,4)的连接部段(5)构成的滚动体兜孔(6),所述滚动体兜孔被设计用于沿周向有间隙地引导滚动体(7),其中,所述滚动体兜孔(6)的侧边的导向轮廓(8)平行于所述侧圈(3,4),其特征在于,所述滚动体兜孔(6)具有在所述侧边的导向轮廓(8)和所述连接部段(3,4)之间的过渡区域中向内凸出的、被设置用于与滚动体(7)接触的角部凸起(11)。
