将养虾水塘分割成5m×5m的5个养虾单元,引入等量的虾苗(规格基本一致,保证养殖密度),分别洒入等量的上述不同例中的复合益生素组合物(一次/周,约用1公斤益生素组合物,可用水稀释后洒入;另一个为不加入复合益生素组合物的空白样),采用相同龙虾饲料喂养(饲料市售,饲养条件基本一致)1月;在洒入复合益生素组合物时,可以发现使用实施例1至实施例3中复合益生素组合物的养虾单元水色变得略黄,但仍保持较高的透明度和光洁度;使用对比例1中复合益生素组合物的养虾单元水色变得较黄,透明度和光洁度明显下降,使用手电照射可以看到黄色微粒;使用实施例1至实施例3中复合益生素组合物的养虾单元中龙虾个头明显大于对比例1中的,且未见死虾(即成活率高于对比例1中的),而对比例2中的有较多的死虾而成活率较低且个头最小。

(b)将发酵后的复合益生素组合物倒入水中稀释,发酵后的所述复合益生素组合物和水的质量比为1:50~100;
(c)根据养殖塘面积确定稀释液的使用量,将所述稀释液洒入养殖塘中进行喂食,直至捕捞;喂食频率为1次/周。
