技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于对机动车的车身进行高度调节的设备。
背景技术
从DE102005001742中例如已知一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的特征所述的设备。执行器在接入弹性支承件的条件下支承在车身上。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提出一种根据权利要求1的前序部分的特征所述的设备,所述设备能够简单地连接到车身上。
根据本发明,该目的通过根据权利要求1所述的设备实现。用于对机动车的车身进行高度调节的设备设置有用于操纵悬架弹簧的高度可调节的弹簧座圈的执行器。设有用于将所述设备与车身连接的螺栓,所述螺栓的执行器侧的螺栓部段引导穿过执行器的支承盖的支承孔。弹性支承件在支承盖和在螺栓上设有的法兰之间至少设置在支承盖的车身侧的端侧上。
由此,根据本发明的设备能够以简单的方式连接到车身上。所述设备的螺栓例如能够旋入车身侧的螺纹孔中。法兰吸收沿着弹簧腿轴线作用的力,然而设置在支承盖和法兰之间的弹性支承件防止或者衰减执行器的振动传递到车身上。弹性支承件能够实现为,使得所述弹性支承件能够将全部在弹簧腿中作用的负荷传递到车身中。螺栓能够沿着其螺栓轴线相对于支承盖相对可移动地设置,使得由执行器产生的振动不传递到螺栓中,而是传递到弹性支承件中。

法兰能够在其一个端侧上构成用于支撑弹性支承件,而在其另一端侧上构成用于将螺栓支撑在车身上。以这种方式保证:在弹簧腿中沿着弹簧腿轴线作用的负荷可靠地经由弹性支承件传导到法兰中,并且最后经由螺栓传导到车身中。如果螺栓具有车身侧的带有螺纹的螺栓杆,那么该螺栓杆和/或法兰能够将该负荷安全地传递到车身中。
因此,螺栓能够以有利的方式具有执行器侧的以及车身侧的螺栓部段,所述执行器侧的以及车身侧的螺栓部段分别具有螺纹,其中法兰设置在这两个螺栓部段之间。
螺栓的车身侧的螺栓部段能够以规定的转矩旋入在车身侧提供的螺纹孔中。出于该目的,法兰能够构成为外六角形,例如用于安置扳手。以相对明显更小的转矩就足以将执行器与螺栓的执行器侧的螺栓部段旋紧。
支承盖以有利的方式设置在法兰和螺母之间,所述螺母旋紧到执行器侧的螺栓部段的螺纹上。以这种方式使具有执行器的设备无误地保持在车身上。

图1示出用于对机动车的车身3进行高度调节的设备。在此仅示意性地简略示出的执行器1在接入弹性支承件2的条件下支承在车身3上。简略示出具有车身3的纵向承载件20和后轴承载件21的部分。执行器连接到悬架弹簧15的在此未描绘的高度可调节的弹簧座圈上。
设有用于将执行器1与车身3连接的螺栓4,所述螺栓的执行器侧的螺栓部段10引导穿过执行器1的支承盖7的支承孔6。弹性支承件2的一个弹性部分8在支承盖7和在螺栓4上设有的法兰9之间设置在支承盖7的车身侧的端侧上。弹性支承件2的另一弹性部分22设置在支承盖7的执行器侧的端侧上。
法兰9在其一个端侧上构成用于支撑弹性支承件2的弹性部分8而在其另一端侧上构成用于将螺栓4支撑在车身3上。螺栓4具有执行器侧的以及车身侧的螺栓部段10、11,所述螺栓部段分别具有螺纹12、13,其中法兰9设置在这两个螺栓部段10、11之间。
支承盖7设置在法兰9和螺母14之间,所述螺母旋紧到执行器侧的螺栓部段10的螺纹12上。弹性支承件2的弹性部分22设置在螺母14和支承盖7之间。
螺栓4一件式地构成有彼此固定地连接的螺栓部段10、11。
图2示出根据图1的设备的一个变型形式。差别主要在于,螺栓4两件式地构成并且仅设有弹性支承件2的弹性部分8。车身侧的螺栓部分16承载车身侧的具有螺纹12的螺栓部段11,而执行器侧的螺栓部分17承载执行器侧的具有螺纹13的螺栓部段10。这两个螺栓部分16、17以可纵向移动的方式引导到彼此中。法兰9固定地与车身侧的螺栓部分16连接。
在第一变型形式的情况中,一件式的螺栓4相对于支承盖7沿着螺栓轴线可运动地设置。在这些相对移动的情况下,设置在支承盖7的这两侧的弹性部分8、22能够弹性变形。
在第二变型形式的情况下,支承盖7刚性地与螺栓4的执行器侧的螺栓部分17连接。在这两个螺栓部分16、17之间有相对移动的情况下,设置在法兰9和支承盖7之间的弹性支承件8能够弹性变形。
螺栓4的法兰9在这两个实施例中构成为外六角形,以便借助于工具将螺栓4旋入到车身侧的、在纵向承载件20中构成的螺纹孔18中,从而将所述设备保持在车身3上。

Claims (7)

1.一种用于对机动车的车身(3)进行高度调节的设备,所述设备具有用于操纵悬架弹簧(15)的高度能调节的弹簧座圈的执行器(1),其特征在于,设有用于将所述设备与所述车身(3)连接的螺栓(4),所述螺栓的执行器侧的螺栓部段(10)引导穿过所述执行器(1)的支承盖(7)的支承孔(6),其中弹性支承件(2)在所述支承盖(7)和在所述螺栓(4)上设有的法兰(9)之间至少设置在所述支承盖(7)的车身侧的端侧上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,所述设备的法兰(9)在其一个端侧上构成用于支撑所述弹性支承件(2)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,所述设备的法兰(9)在其另一端侧上构成用于将所述螺栓(4)支撑在所述车身(3)上。
4.根据权利要求1至3中至少一项所述的设备,所述设备的螺栓(4)具有执行器侧的以及车身侧的螺栓部段(10,11),所述执行器侧的以及车身侧的螺栓部段分别具有螺纹(12,13),其中所述法兰(9)设置在这两个螺栓部段(10,11)之间。
5.根据权利要求1至4中至少一项所述的设备,所述设备的支承盖(7)设置在所述法兰(9)和螺母(14)之间,所述螺母旋紧到车身侧的螺栓部段(10)的螺纹(13)上。
