                      发明背景

冷却部分42和44冷却胶带30和32以及当多层密封通过胶带密封器的这一部分时冷却密封区域。每一个冷却部分以可调整的接触压力同各自的胶带接触。所有这些胶带只接触密封区域而不是层10和12的全部。要被密封的层在形成密封的点通过胶带密封器。调整加热器以形成牢固密封而在外层的外表面上没有缺陷。如图所示,外层10是下面的层,内部隔板层12搁在该层10上。加热器31调整为比加热器33的温度更高。形成密封的压力通过压力辊35(a)和36(b)相互之间的力调整,加热器部分加热它们各自的胶带。加热器31的温度使胶带30的温度保持至少大约为25℃-大约200℃,优选大约50℃-大约150℃。该温度高于加热器33加热的胶带32的温度。在一个优选的实施方式中,加热器33为室温,也就是说,加热器33为关停状态,密封热仅仅通过加热器31提供。加热器31通过加热器胶带30向内部隔板壁提供热。这种情况下,热不是直接施加到外壁10的外表面上。但是,胶带33通过同外层10接触变热,外层10就是管式容器壁的外表面。
压力辊35(a)和35(b)设定的压力大约为0.1kg/cm2-大约7kg/cm2,优选大约0.25kg/cm2-大约4kg/cm2。同样地,加热器部分31、33和冷却部分42、44以与压力辊大约相同的压力承受它们各自的胶带。加热器部分、压力辊和冷却部分的压力可以相同或不同。这些压力使变软了的塑料层压在一起形成牢固的密封粘合。在最后的胶带密封步骤中,密封了的层通过冷却部分。
要被粘合的内部隔板层和塑料外层可以是任何热塑性材料。这些材料包括聚烯烃例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯和聚丁二烯,乙烯与乙烯基化合物例如乙烯醇和醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物,丙烯腈(acrylonetule)-丁二烯-苯乙烯,和聚酯例如聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。外壁的厚度可以为大约0.2mm-大约0.5mm。内部隔板层的厚度通常小于外层的厚度。内部隔板壁的厚度大约为0.015-大约0.2mm。
图3是一段含有外壁10和内壁12的管式容器的管式体部分示意图。内壁12在边缘18和20处与外壁10相接。密封宽度大约为1mm-大约5mm或更多。密封是连续的,具有高强度,并且外壁10的外表面是光滑的,没有缺陷。下面的卷曲密封带22密封管的底部。上面的部分有喷嘴相接而构成完整的管式容器构造。
上面给出了将内部隔板壁密封到管式容器的管式体外壁上的方法的优选实施方式。体现本文公开的技术的任何变化形式都认为在本发明的范围之内。

Claims (9)

1、制备多腔管式容器的方法包括至少将一个第二层薄片覆盖在第一层薄片上并把所说的第二层薄片的纵向边缘密封到所说的第一层薄片上,使所说的第一层薄片的纵向边缘接触并将所说的第一层薄片的纵向边缘密封到一起形成管式体,并将出口喷嘴连接到所说的管式体的一端,改进之处包括通过胶带密封方法将所说的第二层薄片的纵向边缘密封到所说的第一层薄片上,同所说的第一层薄片接触的胶带比同第二层薄片接触的胶带具有更低的温度。
2、权利要求1的方法,其中同所说的第一层薄片接触的胶带的温度为25℃-200℃,低于同所说的第二层薄片接触的胶带的温度。
3、权利要求2的方法,其中同所说的第一层薄片接触的胶带的温度为50℃-150℃,低于同所说的第二层薄片接触的胶带的温度。
4、权利要求1的方法,其中所说的第一层薄片和所说的第二层薄片至少由一层聚烯烃组成。
5、权利要求1的方法,其中所说的聚烯烃选自聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚丁二烯、乙烯乙烯醇共聚物、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯、聚酯以及它们的混合物。
6、权利要求1的方法,其中所说的第一层薄片的厚度为0.2mm-0.5mm,所说的第二层薄片的厚度为0.015mm-0.2mm。
7、权利要求1的方法,其中在所说的第二层薄片的纵向边缘密封到所说的第一层薄片的至少部分时间内,向所说的第一层薄片和所说的第二层薄片上施加压力使所说的第一层薄片和所说的第二层薄片更紧密的接触。
8、权利要求7的方法,其中所说的压力为0.1kg/cm2-7kg/cm2
9、权利要求1的方法,其中所说的管式体的底部以卷曲带封合。
