So wie in Fig.1 die Einze3e.träten auf einer Linie an- geordnet dargestellt sind, können derartige Einselma- tritzen auch auf zwei Rotationskörpern synchron zuein- ander angetrieben werden, so dass bei Drehung immer nur EMI2.2 .' Hatritse auf I1::ltri tze stösst. Die zwei durch Schmelzverbindung zu, verbindenden Flächen- gebilde (7 u. 8) werden gemeinsam so zwischen die ge- heizten Rotationskörper geführt, dass bei fortlaufender EMI2.3 Drehung eine fortlaufende Folge von p1.mkt:föx'migen Schmelz- verbindungen entsteht. Dabei v/erden wiedero-m die beiden Rotationskörper mit ihren Eirzelme,tr? t:e3 durch eine Kraft P aufeinandergedrückt, und; durch eine - nicht ge- zeichnete - Einstellung so auf Abstand gehalten, dass ein Spalt (11) entsteht, der in seinem Mass etwas kleiner ist als die Stärke der zwei Eilt einander durch Schmelzen zu EMI2.4 verbindend 'lächcngebildo.
Claims (1)
- Patentansprüche : 1.) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Schmelzverbindungen zweier aus thermoplastischen Kunststoffen oder deren Produkte bestehenden Flächengebilde mit Hilfe von Temperatur und Druck, sowie mit Hilfe von beheizten Formkörpern, zwischen denen die Flächengebilde auf- einandergepresst werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die- Formkörper als punktförmige Einzelmatritzen aus- gebildet sind und dadurch hintereinander oder neben- einander angeordnete punktförmige Einzelversch @l- zung entsteht, wodurch die Elastizität des Flächer- gebildes auch in den Schmelzungszonen erhalten bleibt.2.) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Schmelzverbindungen nach Anspruch 1 .dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ein- zelmatritzen, die die Schmelzverbindung durch Tem- peratur und' Druck bewirken, auf Abstand gehalten werden, wobei der Abstand so klein gehalten wird, dass sowohl eine gute Schmelzverbindung zwischen den beiden Flächengebilden entsteht als auch genügend plastische Masse zwischen den Matritzen verbleibt diese also nicht durch unmittelbare Berührung ver- drängt .3.) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Schmelzverbindungen @ nach Anspruch 1 und 2 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beheizte Einzelmatritzen, also Obermatritze und Unter- matritze zur besseren Wärmeübertragung - ggfso bei dickeren Flächengebilden auf gleiche Temperatur be- heizt werden.4.) Vorrichtung zur Herstellung von Schmelzverbindungen nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass geheizte Einzelmatritzen, also Ober- und Unterma- tritze, zur Abstimmung einer zweckentsprechenden Wärmeübertragung ggfs. bei dünnen oder unterschied- lich starken Flächengebilden - auf unterschiedliche Temperatur beheizt werden.
