Abstract
本发明公开了一种纸张用表面预涂涂料,由填料、胶乳、流变性改良剂、分散剂、增白剂、防腐剂、消泡剂、pH调整剂和水组成。本发明通过对纸张表面进行预涂涂料的处理方式不仅可以有效提高工业预涂原纸白度、表面平整性、遮盖性和隔热性,而且涂布后可以大幅提高纸张表面柔软度、平滑度和适印性,并且成本低廉。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于造纸技术领域,涉及一种纸张用表面预涂涂料。
背景技术
造纸行业根据涂料配方来提高纸张白度,光泽度,表面平滑性,但是会影响印刷效果和印刷质量。影响纸品质量很重要的因素是纸张的填料和表面涂层,尤其是印刷用纸,设计涂料配方时需要考虑印刷方式和印刷油墨特性。因此设计纸张涂料配方时需要考虑纸面平滑性,纸张弹性,涂布层的油墨吸收性。
涂料配制是制造涂布纸最基本的技术,对产品用途具有关键性的影响,所以涂料须满足涂布作业的操作性及印刷适性等,并按这些条件进行设计制造;即涂料的设计与生产何种涂布纸有关。以数量来看,仍以普通涂布纸为主,但以技术层次而言,则希望拥有铜版纸类的技术。不同产品应使用其相对应的涂料、涂布方法和涂布机。虽然各种类必须达到规定的品质指针,但是最重要的是获得客户的肯定。
纸张涂布用的涂料种类很多,而其中较为普遍应用的是水基性涂料。水基性(Water base)涂料的组成大致上可分成四类:颜料、接着剂、添加助剂及水。这四类成份的组合与涂布后纸张的品质息息相关。
目前普遍采用颜料有白土(白色黏土)、碳酸钙、沙丁白、氢氧化铝、二氧化钛等作为填料和涂布料。用作涂布涂料的高岭土,特别是用于高档纸面涂,对其粒度、白度、粘浓度指标有很高的要求,且高岭土白度低,影响纸张的色彩。碳酸钙在涂布纸中被广泛应用,其使用量仅次于白土。沙丁白是从硝石灰和硫酸钡合成的白色颜料,从很早就被用做铜版纸的颜料。其具有很好的白度、光泽度、油墨吸收性、而且表面平滑。与这些相对应、也有涂料黏度高,膨胀性强等优点,但也导致涂布操作性差、接着剂需要量大等缺点。氢氧化铝具有良好的白度、不透明度及油墨吸收性。二氧化钛具有很高的不透明度,所以多用做微涂纸的涂料。但是由于价格高、磨耗性大,所以限制了它的使用。
接着剂分天然物及合成物,天然物有淀粉、奶酪素、大豆蛋白等。合成物则有各种合成乳胶、聚乙烯醇等。现在使用最广泛的是淀粉一合成乳胶的混合物。而合成乳胶的使用比例在不断增加,最近全乳胶系的接着剂也被开发出来,这和涂料的高浓度化发展是一致的。对任何接着剂均有下列要求: 对颜料有较强的黏结力。 对颜料有较好的适应性和稳定性,但不与颜料发生化学反应。 有合适的黏度及成膜性。 有合适的流动性,以利涂布作业并提高涂布均匀性。 颜色应浅,不含杂质异物,有良好的涂料操作性。由于一般的接着剂,不论是天然的或是合成者,仍有些性质无法改善,如保水度与流动性不足。目前常用的辅助接着剂有大豆蛋白(protein)、流变调整剂(rheoloe mdifier)。
添加剂有分散剂、润滑剂、防腐剂、荧光剂、耐水化剂、以及染料、油墨吸收性及改良剂等,其主要作用在补颜料与接着剂所不足者,并减少操作上之困扰。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有的造纸用涂料白度低、折射率低、成本高等不足,本发明提供一种纸张用表面预涂涂料,该涂料有效提高工业预涂原纸白度、表面平整性、遮盖性和隔热性,而且涂布后可以大幅提高纸张表面柔软度、平滑度和适印性,并且成本低廉。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该纸张用表面预涂涂料按重量计由以下组分组成:填料20~50份、胶乳15~30份、流变性改良剂0.5~1份、分散剂0.5~2份、增白剂0.1~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、pH调整剂0.05~0.2份、其余为水。
上述发明的纸张用表面预涂涂料中的填料是白瓷土、高岭土、碳酸钙和硫酸钡中的至少一种;
上述发明的纸张用表面预涂涂料中的胶乳是漆粕乳化液和硅酸钠的混合液;
流变性改良剂是造纸业常用的流变性改良剂,如羧甲基纤维素钠、 羟乙基纤维素(HEC)等;
分散剂是造纸业常用的分散剂,如聚丙烯酸钠、六偏磷酸钠;
增白剂是造纸业常用的增白剂,如荧光增白剂(VBU);
防腐剂是造纸业常用的防腐剂,如多菌灵、凯松;
消泡剂是造纸业常用的消泡剂,如甘油聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、有
机硅消泡剂;
pH调整剂是盐酸等无机酸或乙酸等有机酸。
漆树籽的加工和开发,是先通过漆树籽的皮和核仁的分离,皮和核仁在重量上各占50%,其中皮中含油达55%,主要用于加工木蜡,皮取油后的饼粕为漆粕。
经分析,漆树籽饼粕营养丰富:粗脂脂肪含量31.3%(不含50%的籽壳)和15.68%(含50%的籽壳),其中棕榈酸、亚油酸含量丰富(51.91%和14.88%);粗蛋白含量15.64%(不含50%的籽壳)和7.82%(含50%的籽壳)。
所述的胶乳是漆粕、水按一定液比(1:15~45)加热搅拌过滤后的乳化液,再加入硅酸钠(漆粕和水过滤后乳化液质量的0.5%~2%)搅拌均匀后形成的乳液。
本发明中所述的胶乳可用来替代传统预涂涂料中的胶黏剂、润滑剂和软化剂,从而有效利用了废弃资源并节约了成本。目前漆粕的市场价为800~1000元/吨,每吨可生产胶乳3~5吨,而传统预涂涂料中的胶黏剂(大豆酪素、干酪素)、润滑剂(尿素)和软化剂(甘油)价格分别在(大豆酪素、干酪素)28000~30000元/吨、(尿素)2000~2500元/吨、(甘油)6500~8500元/吨。
为了该涂料具有良好的流动性,其水分含量应维持在按重量百分比为35~45%。
优选地,在本发明中所述调整优化上述纸张用表面预涂涂料的参数范围为pH值7.5~8.0、固体量30%~45%、涂布量10~15g/m2时为较优。
上述发明的一种纸张用表面预涂涂料涂布工艺,是在纸的涂布层上用胶辊和刮刀均匀涂上预涂涂料。
本发明一种纸张用表面预涂涂料可以用于微涂纸、铜版纸及其它纸类,均属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明有益效果是有效提高工业预涂原纸白度、表面平整性、遮盖性和隔热性,而且涂布后可以大幅提高纸张表面柔软度、平滑度和适印性,并且成本低廉。
具体实施方式
该纸张用表面预涂涂料按重量计由以下组分组成:填料20~50份、胶乳15~30份、流变性改良剂0.5~1份、分散剂0.5~2份、增白剂0.1~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、pH调整剂0.05~0.2份、其余为水。
为了便于本领域技术人员理解,下面就实施实例举例说明。
实施例 1
本发明提供的一种纸张用表面预涂涂料,按重量百分比配方如下:
预涂涂料配方:填料30%(白瓷土、高岭土、碳酸钙各10%)、胶乳30%、流变性改良剂(羧甲基纤维素钠1%)、分散剂(聚丙烯酸钠0.5%)、荧光增白剂(VBU)0.2%、防腐剂(多菌灵0.1%)、消泡剂(甘油聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚0.1%)、pH调整剂(冰醋酸0.15%)、其余为水。
实施例2
本发明提供的一种纸张用表面预涂涂料,按重量百分比配方如下:
预涂涂料配方:填料40%(高岭土、碳酸钙各20%)、胶乳15%、流变性改良剂(羧甲基纤维素钠1%)、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠1%)、荧光增白剂(VBU)0.3%、防腐剂(多菌灵0.3%)、消泡剂(有机硅消泡剂0.2%)、pH调整剂(硫酸0.15%)、其余为水。
实施例3
本发明提供的一种纸张用表面预涂涂料,按重量百分比配方如下:
预涂涂料配方:填料50%(高岭土、碳酸钙和硫酸钡分别为20%、20%、10%)、胶乳30%、流变性改良剂(羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素各0.5%)、分散剂(六偏磷酸钠1.5%)、荧光增白剂(VBU)0.4%、防腐剂(多菌灵0.5%)、消泡剂(有机硅消泡剂0.4%)、pH调整剂(盐酸0.2%)、其余为水。
Claims (2)
1.一种纸张用表面预涂涂料,按重量计该纸张用表面预涂涂料由以下组分组成:填料20~50份、胶乳15~30份、流变性改良剂0.5~1份、分散剂0.5~2份、增白剂0.1~0.5份、防腐剂0.1~0.5份、消泡剂0.1~0.5份、pH调整剂0.05~0.2份、其余为水;
所述的胶乳是漆粕乳化液和硅酸钠的混合液;
所述的填料是白瓷土、高岭土、碳酸钙和硫酸钡中的至少一种;
所述流变性改良剂是羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素(HEC)中的至少一种;
所述分散剂是聚丙烯酸钠、六偏磷酸钠中的至少一种;
所述增白剂是VBU;
所述防腐剂是多菌灵、凯松中的至少一种;
所述消泡剂是甘油聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯醚、有机硅消泡剂中的至少一种;
所述pH调整剂是盐酸或乙酸中的至少一种;
所述胶乳是漆粕、水按1:15~45液比加热搅拌过滤后的乳化液,再加硅酸钠搅拌均匀后形成的乳液,所述硅酸钠为漆粕和水过滤后乳化液质量的0.5%~2%;
上述纸张用表面预涂涂料的参数范围为pH值7.5~8.0、固体量30%~45%、涂布量10~15g/m2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种纸张用表面预涂涂料,其特征在于:所述纸张用表面预涂涂料按重量百分比配比为:填料20~50%、胶乳15~30%、流变性改良剂0.5~1%、分散剂0.5~2%、增白剂0.1~0.5%、防腐剂0.1~0.5%、消泡剂0.1~0.5%、pH调整剂0.05~0.2%、其余为水,且各组分含量之和为100%。
