Abstract

一种高效节能的分散/活性染色加除毛工艺,属漂染技术领域,包括前处理、分散染、活性染、除毛、酸洗、皂洗、2遍冷洗、固色出缸流程:前处理液含液碱15%,处理唯独98°C,时间30~60min;分散染的染液温度130°C,染时40min;活性染的染液温度60°C,染时30~60min;除毛的溶液含生物酶1%,温度55°C,时间50~60min;酸洗的溶液含染色酸0.15%,温度80°C后维,酸洗时间15 min;皂洗的溶液含皂洗剂0.05~0.2%,温度80~95°C,时间20min;还原洗的溶液含皂洗剂1.5%,在80°C温度环境里维持20min即可固色出缸;本发明在能耗方面每吨坯布耗水80吨、耗电315°、耗气4.3吨,分别只是传统工艺的32%、56%、63%。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种分散/活性染色工艺,特别涉及一种高效节能的分散/活性染色加除毛工艺,属漂染技术领域。
背景技术
在对化学纤维织物尤其针对混纺的进行染色时,为了融合色泽艳丽、耐洗牢度优良和染料与纤维生成共价键的染料特性,往往对同一批次织物进行染色时采用分别的分散染、活性染加除毛。传统工艺的流程对坯布进行前处理后需经过热洗、酸洗、3遍冷洗、除毛、热洗、冷洗、分散染、还原洗、酸洗、2遍冷洗、活性染、酸洗、热洗、皂洗、2遍冷洗后再固色出缸,在整个流程中每一吨坯布需要耗水250吨、耗电560°、蒸汽6.8吨,耗时每一缸15小时。可见其工艺繁杂、能耗极高和效率极低。
发明内容
为了解决上述传统分散/活性染色加除毛工艺流程复杂、能耗高和效率低的技术缺陷,本发明公开一种高效节能的分散/活性染色加除毛工艺。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种高效节能的分散/活性染色加除毛工艺,工艺流程包括前处理、分散染、活性染、除毛、酸洗、皂洗、2遍冷洗、固色出缸:
A、前处理为将坯布投入到含液碱15%的溶液后升温到98°C后维持30~60min;
B、分散染为将经前处理的坯布投入到含分散染料和助剂的染液后,将染液升温到130°C后维持40min;
C、活性染为将经分散染后的坯布投入到含活性染料和助剂的染液后,将染液升温到60°C后维持30~60min;
D、除毛为将经活性染的基布投入到含1%生物酶的溶液后,将溶液升温到55°C后维持50~60min;
E、酸洗为将经除毛工艺后的基布投入到含染色酸0.15%的溶液后,溶液升温到80°C后维持15 min;
F、皂洗为将经酸洗的基布投入到含0.05~0.2%皂洗剂的溶液后,将溶液升温到80~95°C后维持20min;
G、还原洗为将经皂洗后的基布投入到含1.5%皂洗剂的溶液后,将溶液升温到80°C维持20min即可固色出缸。
本发明的有益效果在于高效和节能。首先由传统工艺的17道工序、每缸15小时降低到本工艺的8道工序、每缸9小,耗时只是传统工艺的53%;节能方面本工艺每吨坯布耗水80吨、耗电315°、耗气4.3吨,分别只是传统工艺的32%、56%、63%。与此同时还因为工序和每一缸的耗时减少而大量较少用工成本和较少劳动强度。

具体实施方式
一种高效节能的分散/活性染色加除毛工艺,工艺流程包括前处理、分散染、活性染、除毛、酸洗、皂洗、2遍冷洗、固色出缸:
A、前处理是将坯布导入到前处理机,前处理液含液碱15%,温度调整到98°C设置恒定温度,然后根据不同克数坯布对时间要求的不同,调节坯布过液槽的时间在30~60min;
B、设定分散染的染缸为A缸,根据色泽要求将相应的分散染料和助剂投入到A缸充分分散后,将经前处理的坯布投入到A缸的染液后,将染液升温到130°C后维持40min即可出缸;
C、设定活性染的染缸为B缸,根据色泽要求将相应的活性染料和助剂投入到B缸充分分散后,将经分散染后的基布投入到B缸的染液后,将染液升温到60°C后,根据不同克数基布对时间的不同要求维持30~60min;
D、除毛槽的溶液含1%生物酶。将经活性染的基布投入到的除毛槽的溶液后,将溶液升温到55°C后,根据不同克数基布对时间的不同要求维持50~60min即可;
E、酸洗槽的溶液含0.15%的染色酸。将经除毛工艺后的基布投入到酸洗槽的溶液后,将溶液升温到80°C后维持15 min即可;
F、皂洗槽的溶液含0.05~0.2%的皂洗剂。将经酸洗后的基布投入到的皂洗槽后,根据不同克数基布对温度的不同要求,将溶液升温到80~95°C后维持20min即可;
G、还原槽的溶液含1.5%皂洗剂。将经皂洗后的基布投入到的还原槽的溶液后,将溶液升温到80°C维持20min即可固色出缸。
实施例:以220g/㎡的基布为例:
1、前处理是将坯布导入到前处理机,前处理液含液碱15%,温度调整到98°C设置恒定温度,然后根据不同克数坯布对时间要求的不同,调节坯布过液槽的时间在90min;
B、设定分散染的染缸为A缸,根据色泽要求将相应的分散染料和助剂投入到A缸充分分散后,将经前处理的坯布投入到A缸的染液后,将染液升温到130°C后维持40min即可出缸;
C、设定活性染的染缸为B缸,根据色泽要求将相应的活性染料和助剂投入到B缸充分分散后,将经分散染后的基布投入到B缸的染液后,将染液升温到60°C后,维持45min;
D、除毛槽的溶液含1%生物酶。将经活性染的基布投入到的除毛槽的溶液后,将溶液升温到55°C后,维持55min即可;
E、酸洗槽的溶液含0.15%的染色酸。将经除毛工艺后的基布投入到酸洗槽的溶液后,将溶液升温到80°C后维持15 min即可;
F、皂洗槽的溶液含0.125%的皂洗剂。将经酸洗后的基布投入到的皂洗槽后,将溶液升温到88°C后维持20min即可;
G、还原槽的溶液含1.5%皂洗剂。将经皂洗后的基布投入到的还原槽的溶液后,将溶液升温到80°C维持20min即可固色出缸。

1.一种高效节能的分散/活性染色加除毛工艺,其特征是:工艺流程包括前处理、分散染、活性染、除毛、酸洗、皂洗、2遍冷洗、固色出缸:
A、前处理为将坯布投入到含液碱15%的溶液后升温到98°C后维持30~60min;
B、分散染为将经前处理的坯布投入到含分散染料和助剂的染液后,将染液升温到130°C后维持40min;
C、活性染为将经分散染后的坯布投入到含活性染料和助剂的染液后,将染液升温到60°C后维持30~60min;
D、除毛为将经活性染的基布投入到含1%生物酶的溶液后,将溶液升温到55°C后维持50~60min;
E、酸洗为将经除毛工艺后的基布投入到含染色酸0.15%的溶液后,溶液升温到80°C后维持15 min;
F、皂洗为将经酸洗的基布投入到含0.05~0.2%皂洗剂的溶液后,将溶液升温到80~95°C后维持20min;
