技术领域
本发明属面料技术领域,涉及一种多功能涂层布的制作工艺。
背景技术
涂层布主要是指在布料的基础上采用特殊工艺涂布一层具有特殊功能的材料,使布料增加了特殊的功能。所以也称为功能性涂层面料。涂层布根据涂层材质的不同,有PVC涂层、PU涂层和半PU涂层三大类,根据涂层工艺的不同,又有丝光革、雾面、防真皮、皱革儿等。根据功能、特点分类,有涂色胶、涂PVC、涂银、轧光、阻燃、PA透湿、PU透湿透明等等。特殊涂层:橡胶感涂层、纸感加工、防水透湿透气、珠光系列、油腊感涂层、PU金胶银胶、高耐水压系列加工等等。涂层布加工过程中需要使用专用的涂料设备,目前使用的涂料设备自动化程度较低,多为人工控制;目前生产涂层布的工艺工序复杂,生产质量较差,生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种多功能涂层布的制作工艺,本发明具有提高生产质量的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种多功能涂层布的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、基布制作:采用75D高强涤纶丝编织而成;
S2、涂料配制:涂料由以下重量份的原料制得PVC树脂粉80,大豆油5-7,钛白粉6-8,碳酸钙30,稳定剂2-4,抗老化剂2-6,抗静电剂1-3;
S3、基布涂层:将S2中的涂料放入一种涂层布的涂料装置中,通过这种涂层布的涂料装置对S1中的基布进行涂料,制得半成品涂层布;
S4、面料烘干:通过烘干装置对S3中的半成品涂层布进行烘干,烘干温度在80-100℃,烘干时间在30-40分钟;
S5、面料冷却:通过冷却装置对S4中的半成品涂层布进行冷却,冷却稳定在10-20℃,冷却时间在20-30分钟;一种涂层布的涂料装置,包括收料辊、皮带轮、皮带和电动机;
S6、表面处理:采用氟硅整理剂对S5中的进行表面处理。
本多功能涂层布的制作工艺通过基布制作、涂料配制、基布涂层、面料烘干、面料冷却、表面处理制得,制得的涂层布具有防水、抗静电、抗老化的优点,本制作工艺能够大大提高生产质量。

本涂层布的涂料装置工作原理是这样的:将所需要的涂层胶粒和对应的溶剂通过所述加料口加入到所述涂料溶解箱中,经过充分的溶解后,涂料进入所述涂料箱中,根据涂料的不同调整所述调节块与所述刮刀的相对位置,调节所述控制箱上的相关按钮,设定所述烘干箱的工作温度,之后启动所述电动机,布料从所述放料辊供应至所述收料辊,所述刮刀将所述涂料箱中的涂料均匀的刷在布料的表层,刷过涂料的布料之后进入所述烘干箱内烘干,将刷在布料上的涂料固化,使涂料在布料的表面形成一层均匀的覆盖胶料,从而达到防水、防风、透气等功能,利用所述刮刀刷涂料,涂刷均匀,涂刷之后直接进行烘干,避免工序之间的运输,有效的提高生产效率,确保产品质量,同时,装置的自动化程度高,大大降低人工的劳动强度。

如图1-4所示,一种多功能涂层布的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、基布制作:采用75D高强涤纶丝编织而成;
S2、涂料配制:涂料由以下重量份的原料制得PVC树脂粉,大豆油5-7,钛白粉6-8,碳酸钙30,稳定剂2-4,抗老化剂2-6,抗静电剂1-3;
S3、基布涂层:将S2中的涂料放入一种涂层布的涂料装置中,通过这种涂层布的涂料装置对S1中的基布进行涂料,制得半成品涂层布;
S4、面料烘干:通过烘干装置对S3中的半成品涂层布进行烘干,烘干温度在80-100℃,烘干时间在30-40分钟;
S5、面料冷却:通过冷却装置对S4中的半成品涂层布进行冷却,冷却稳定在10-20℃,冷却时间在20-30分钟;
S6、表面处理:采用氟硅整理剂对S5中的进行表面处理。氟硅整理剂为现有市场上能够买到的产品。

为了进一步提高涂料的效果,底座5与立柱6之间通过螺纹连接,底座5的高度可以调节,立柱6与机架8之间通过焊接固定,放料辊12和收料辊1与机架8的连接位置设置有轴承,固定块13与机架8之间通过螺钉固定连接,支撑架14通过螺栓固定在机架8上,支架10通过螺栓固定安装在机架8上,安装板19与支撑架14之间通过焊接固定,涂料溶解箱17通过螺栓固定安装在安装板19上,烘干箱9通过螺栓固定在机架8上,烘干灯安装座22与烘干箱9之间通过螺钉连接,烘干灯21设置有三个,刮刀15通过螺钉固定在涂料箱16的侧壁上,温度传感器20与烘干箱9之间通过螺纹连接,控制箱7内设置有控制电路板,控制箱7与温度传感器20之间通过信号线连接,控制箱7通过螺栓固定安装在立柱6的一侧,电动机4通过螺栓固定在立柱6的一侧。
本多功能涂层布的制作工艺通过基布制作、涂料配制、基布涂层、面料烘干、面料冷却、表面处理制得,制得的涂层布具有防水、抗静电、抗老化的优点,本制作工艺能够大大提高生产质量。

Claims (6)
1.一种多功能涂层布的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、基布制作:采用75D高强涤纶丝编织而成;
S2、涂料配制:涂料由以下重量份的原料制得PVC树脂粉80,大豆油5-7,钛白粉6-8,碳酸钙30,稳定剂2-4,抗老化剂2-6,抗静电剂1-3;
S3、基布涂层:将S2中的涂料放入一种涂层布的涂料装置中,通过这种涂层布的涂料装置对S1中的基布进行涂料,制得半成品涂层布;
S4、面料烘干:通过烘干装置对S3中的半成品涂层布进行烘干,烘干温度在80-100℃,烘干时间在30-40分钟;
S5、面料冷却:通过冷却装置对S4中的半成品涂层布进行冷却,冷却稳定在10-20℃,冷却时间在20-30分钟;一种涂层布的涂料装置,包括收料辊、皮带轮、皮带和电动机;
S6、表面处理:采用氟硅整理剂对S5中的进行表面处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述收料辊设置在机架的一端,所述收料辊的一侧设置有所述皮带轮,所述皮带轮通过所述皮带与所述电动机连接,所述电动机设置在立柱的一侧,所述立柱的下端设置有底座,所述立柱的另一侧设置有控制箱,所述立柱的上端设置有所述机架,所述机架的另一端设置有放料辊,所述放料辊的上方设置有固定块,所述机架上设置有支架和支撑架,所述支架上设置有支撑辊,所述支撑架上端设置有安装板,所述安装板上设置有涂料溶解箱,所述涂料溶解箱的上方设置有加料口,所述涂料溶解箱的下方一侧设置有涂料箱,所述涂料箱内设置有调节块,所述调节块的一端设置有螺柱,所述螺柱上安装有锁紧螺母,所述调节块的一侧设置有刮刀,所述支撑架的一侧设置有烘干箱,所述烘干箱的顶部设置有烘干灯安装座,所述烘干灯安装座上设置有烘干灯,所述烘干箱内设置有温度传感器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的多功能涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述底座与所述立柱之间通过螺纹连接,所述底座的高度可以调节,所述立柱与所述机架之间通过焊接固定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的多功能涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述放料辊和所述收料辊与所述机架的连接位置设置有轴承,所述固定块与所述机架之间通过螺钉固定连接,所述支架通过螺栓固定安装在所述机架上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的多功能涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述支撑架通过螺栓固定在所述机架上,所述安装板与所述支撑架之间通过焊接固定,所述涂料溶解箱通过螺栓固定安装在所述安装板上。
6.根据权利要求2所述的多功能涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述烘干箱通过螺栓固定在所述机架上,所述烘干灯安装座与所述烘干箱之间通过螺钉连接,所述烘干灯设置有三个。
