技术领域
本发明属于面料技术领域,涉及一种抗紫外线PVC涂层布的制作工艺。
背景技术
涂层布主要是指在布料的基础上采用特殊工艺涂布一层具有特殊功能的材料,使布料增加了特殊的功能。所以也称为功能性涂层面料。涂层布根据涂层材质的不同,有PVC涂层、PU涂层和半PU涂层三大类,根据涂层工艺的不同,又有丝光革、雾面、防真皮、皱革儿等。根据功能、特点分类,有涂色胶、涂PVC、涂银、轧光、阻燃、PA透湿、PU透湿透明等等。特殊涂层:橡胶感涂层、纸感加工、防水透湿透气、珠光系列、油腊感涂层、PU金胶银胶、高耐水压系列加工等等。涂层布加工过程中需要使用专用的涂料设备,目前使用的涂料设备自动化程度较低,多为人工控制;目前生产涂层布的工艺工序复杂,生产质量较差,生产效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种抗紫外线PVC涂层布的制作工艺,本发明具有提高生产质量的特点。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:
一种抗紫外线PVC涂层布的制作工艺,该制作工艺包括以下步骤:
S1、基布制作:采用60D高强涤纶丝编织而成;
S2、涂料配制:涂料由以下重量份的原料制得PVC树脂粉80,大豆油5-7,钛白粉6-8,碳酸钙30,稳定剂2-4,抗紫外线剂 3-6,抗静电剂1-3;
S3、基布涂层:将S2中的涂料放入一种涂层布的涂料装置中,通过这种涂层布的涂料装置对S1中的基布进行涂料,制得半成品涂层布;
S4、面料烘干:通过烘干装置对S3中的半成品涂层布进行烘干,烘干温度在80-100℃,烘干时间在30-40分钟;
S5、面料冷却:通过冷却装置对S4中的半成品涂层布进行冷却,冷却稳定在10-20℃,冷却时间在20-30分钟;一种涂层布的涂料装置,包括收料辊、皮带轮、皮带和电动机;
S6、表面处理:采用氟硅整理剂对S5中的进行表面处理。

3.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线PVC涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述底座与所述立柱之间通过螺纹连接,所述底座的高度可以调节,所述立柱与所述机架之间通过焊接固定。
4.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线PVC涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述放料辊和所述收料辊与所述机架的连接位置设置有轴承,所述固定块与所述机架之间通过螺钉固定连接,所述支架通过螺栓固定安装在所述机架上。
5.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线PVC涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述烘干箱通过螺栓固定在所述机架上,所述烘干灯安装座与所述烘干箱之间通过螺钉连接,所述烘干灯设置有三个。
6.根据权利要求2所述的抗紫外线PVC涂层布的制作工艺,其特征在于,所述控制箱内设置有控制电路板,所述控制箱与所述温度传感器之间通过信号线连接,所述控制箱通过螺栓固定安装在所述立柱的一侧,所述电动机通过螺栓固定在所述立柱的一侧。
