Abstract

本发明公开了一种玻璃清洗剂,其由如下物质组成:去离子水80‑90份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠5‑10份,二甲苯磺酸钠4‑8份,木质素4‑8份,月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚‑93‑6份,乳化硅油2‑5份和乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.5‑2份。本发明还公开了玻璃清洗剂的制备方法。使用本发明的玻璃清洗剂可以去除油污、脏垢、金属离子等多种玻璃表面的脏污,用木质素做摩擦剂,其硬度小,不会轻易划伤玻璃,同时本发明的玻璃清洗剂在清洗后的玻璃表面形成疏水的硅油保护膜,减少了玻璃因静电而吸附尘埃的量,延长了玻璃清洗周期。

技术领域
本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,特别是涉及一种玻璃清洗剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃因其不影响视觉效果,透光度高以及对建筑物美观度的提升等作用,而被广泛应用于建筑无和交通工具中。但是,玻璃一旦受到灰尘或脏污等的污染后,不仅影响视线和美观,甚至可能造成严重的事故,因此要及时对脏污的玻璃进行清洗。但是,在清洗玻璃的过程中可能由于玻璃表面的尘埃等的作用下而在玻璃表面带来划痕,且清洗完毕的玻璃由于受静电作用很快又吸附了大量灰尘,因而不得不再次清洗玻璃。因此,开发出一款不会划损玻璃表面同时又可以令玻璃较长时间保持洁净的玻璃清洗剂具有重要意义。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:在清洗玻璃时易于划伤玻璃及清洗后玻璃很快又被污染的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:本发明提供了一种玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:
去离子水 80-90份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5-10份,
二甲苯磺酸钠 4-8份,
木质素 4-8份,
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚-9 3-6份,
乳化硅油 2-5份,
乙二胺四乙酸二钠 0.5-2份。
较佳的,所述木质素为粉末状。
较佳的,所述木质素的粒径为50-100目。
较佳的,所述乙二胺四乙酸二钠的重量份为0.5-1份。
较佳的,所述乳化硅油的粒径为50-100微米。
本发明还提供了一种玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)室温下,将乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶于水中,缓慢升温至70摄氏度,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,二甲苯磺酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚-9,溶解完全后开始降温;
2)降温至50摄氏度以下,缓慢投入木质素,分散均匀后加入乳化硅油,搅拌至均匀即可。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的玻璃清洗剂采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠和二甲苯磺酸钠作为去除油污的表面活性剂,添加了粉末状的木质素,可以对玻璃表面的污物进行摩擦去除,同时木质素的硬度一般,因而不会划伤玻璃表面,本发明的玻璃清洗剂添加了水溶性硅油,可以在清洗时减小摩擦力,并在清洗后在玻璃表面形成一层硅油保护膜,减少了静电的形成,因而极大减少了玻璃的再次污染,同时本发明的玻璃清洗剂添加了乙二胺四二酸二钠,起到了螯合金属离子的作用。本发明的玻璃清洗剂配方结构合理,可以去除油污、脏垢、金属离子等多种玻璃表面脏污,用木质素做摩擦剂,其硬度小,不会轻易划伤玻璃,同时本发明的玻璃清洗剂在清洗后的玻璃表面形成疏水的硅油保护膜,减少了玻璃因静电而吸附尘埃的量,延长了玻璃清洗周期。

玻璃清洗剂实施例1-5的制备步骤为:
1)室温下,将乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶于水中,缓慢升温至70摄氏度,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,二甲苯磺酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚-9,溶解完全后开始降温;
2)降温至50摄氏度以下,缓慢投入木质素,分散均匀后加入乳化硅油,搅拌至均匀即可。
本发明的玻璃清洗剂采用十二烷基苯磺酸钠和二甲苯磺酸钠作为去除油污的表面活性剂,以粉末状的木质素作为摩擦剂,可以对玻璃表面的污物进行摩擦去除的同时不会划伤玻璃表面,本发明的玻璃清洗剂添加了水溶性硅油,既可以在清洗时减小摩擦力,又能在清洗后在玻璃表面形成一层硅油保护膜,减少了静电的形成,因而极大减少了玻璃的再次污染,添加了乙二胺四二酸二钠起到了螯合金属离子的作用。本发明的玻璃清洗剂配方结构合理,可以去除油污、脏垢、金属离子等多种玻璃表面脏污,同时本发明的玻璃清洗剂在清洗后的玻璃表面形成疏水的硅油保护膜,减少了玻璃因静电而吸附尘埃的量,延长了玻璃清洗周期。

1.一种玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,由以下原料组成:
去离子水 80-90份,
十二烷基苯磺酸钠 5-10份,
二甲苯磺酸钠 4-8份,
木质素 4-8份,
月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚-9 3-6份,
乳化硅油 2-5份,
乙二胺四乙酸二钠 0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述木质素为粉末状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述木质素的粒径为50-100目。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述乙二胺四乙酸二钠的重量份为0.5-1份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,所述乳化硅油的粒径为50-100微米。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)室温下,将乙二胺四乙酸二钠溶于水中,缓慢升温至70摄氏度,依次加入十二烷基苯磺酸钠,二甲苯磺酸钠和月桂醇聚氧乙烯醚-9,溶解完全后开始降温;
2)降温至50摄氏度以下,缓慢投入木质素,分散均匀后加入乳化硅油,搅拌至均匀即可。
