本发明公开了一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚12~20%、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚2~5%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3~0.8%、二氯四氟乙烷2~3%、三硝基甲苯0.1~0.3%、非离子表面活性剂0.1~0.4%、防雾剂20~30%、助剂0.1~0.2%,余量为去离子水。本发明提供的玻璃清洗剂为不含金属离子的玻璃清洗剂,具有良好的清洗效果,去污能力可达98%以上,而且不损伤精密玻璃部件;所述玻璃清洗剂具有长效防雾功能,擦后干净明亮,且不必水洗,避免玻璃制品在有温差的情况下与水汽产生雾膜,为人们的日常生活带来方便。

本发明涉及玻璃清洗/清洁剂领域,具体涉及一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂。
背景技术
玻璃清洗剂为主要适用于有机玻璃、无机玻璃、光学玻璃、树脂玻璃等各种玻璃用品和光学镜片、眼镜镜片、泳镜镜片、摄影器材镜头、高档精密玻璃仪器的高效清洁制剂。
在现实生活中,人们经常使用自来水或洗洁精来代替玻璃清洗剂用于玻璃的清洁,因为人们印象中玻璃为高耐腐蚀性制品,但事实上,当玻璃在大气和弱酸等介质中使用一段时间后,用肉眼即可观察到玻璃表面粗糙、污染和斑点腐蚀等迹象。长期使用自来水或劣质清洗剂将导致清洗效果差,也可导致精密玻璃部件腐蚀损坏、与玻璃连接的零配金属部件腐蚀和污损等情况的产生。
在日常生活中,玻璃在遇冷时产生的雾膜给我们造成了不少的麻烦。譬如在冬季,人们从温暖的室内走出室外时,眼镜立刻结出一层雾膜,进而模糊了视线,这种现象还经常出现在镜子、数码相机、望远镜的镜头等玻璃制品上;而在冬季或雨季,汽车车窗玻璃也会起雾,尤其是车前窗挡风玻璃和后视镜起雾时,严重影响驾驶员的视线,妨碍驾驶安全,如果长期打开空调来驱雾,效果并不明显,加上长期使用空调除湿还会增加不少油耗,司机为了清除前窗玻璃的雾而经常在驾驶过程中使用毛巾擦拭,存在极大的安全驾驶隐患。

针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,在取得良好清洁效果的同时,使玻璃具有长效防雾功能。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚12~20%、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚2~5%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3~0.8%、二氯四氟乙烷2~3%、三硝基甲苯0.1~0.3%、非离子表面活性剂0.1~0.4%、防雾剂20~30%、助剂0.1~0.2%,余量为去离子水。
进一步地,所述防雾剂为聚乙烯比咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙醇、异丙醇的复合物,所述聚乙烯比咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙醇、异丙醇的质量比为1:1~2:5~10:20~30。

一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将聚乙烯比咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙醇、异丙醇溶于部分去离子水中,配置防雾剂溶液;
将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚及壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚溶于剩余的去离子水中,加入步骤1所得防雾剂溶液及其余原料,混合均匀;
调节步骤2所得溶液的PH至7.0~9.0,除泡、包装即得本发明的玻璃清洗剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的玻璃清洗剂为不含金属离子的玻璃清洗剂,清洗效果好,很容易除去玻璃上的各种污垢,包括灰尘、各种食用油、虫胶等,而且不损伤精密玻璃部件;所述玻璃清洗剂呈弱碱性,对玻璃制品清洗以后,无任何残物,去污能力可达98%以上;所述玻璃清洗剂具有长效防雾功能,擦后干净明亮,且不必水洗,避免玻璃制品在有温差的情况下与水汽产生雾膜,为人们的日常生活带来方便。

实施例1:一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚16%、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚4%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.5%、二氯四氟乙烷2%、三硝基甲苯0.2%、非离子表面活性剂0.2%、防雾剂25%、助剂0.1%,去离子水52.0%;所述非离子表面活性剂为除壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚以外的洗涤剂领域常用的表面活性剂。

实施例5:一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚16%、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚5%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.4%、二氯四氟乙烷2%、三硝基甲苯0.2%、非离子表面活性剂0.4%、防雾剂23%、助剂0.1%,去离子水52.9%。
进一步地,所述防雾剂为聚乙烯比咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙醇、异丙醇的复合物,所述聚乙烯比咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙醇、异丙醇的质量比为1:1:8:25。
进一步地,所述助剂为染料和香料的复合物。
进一步地,所述玻璃清洗剂的PH7.0~9.0。
为了观察本发明产品的效果,对去污力、防雾性能进行实验测试,去污力采用CAS144标准,防雾性能按照标准的视图测试方法进行测试,将标准视图表悬挂好,并将视图表上各标志行从最低行向上依次命名等级为10、9、8……2、1,具体的,取实验玻璃片采用本发明的产品进行表面清洗,室温下晾干后置于冰箱内,5min后取出于室温环境中,置于眼前并站立于合适的位置,观察透过此玻璃能看到的标准视图表的最低行,并以该行的等级确定为该产品的防雾等级。以市面常见的玻璃洗涤剂(对照例1)和防雾剂(对照例2)作为对照例。具体测试结果如下表所示:
*防雾次数为截止到防雾等级降低到6时的次数。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚12~20%、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚2~5%、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚0.3~0.8%、二氯四氟乙烷2~3%、三硝基甲苯0.1~0.3%、非离子表面活性剂0.1~0.4%、防雾剂20~30%、助剂0.1~0.2%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:所述防雾剂为聚乙烯比咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙醇、异丙醇的复合物,所述聚乙烯比咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙醇、异丙醇的质量比为1:1~2:5~10:20~30。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:所述助剂为染料、香料中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂,其特征在于:所述玻璃清洗剂的PH7.0~9.0。
5.一种具有防雾功能的玻璃清洗剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将聚乙烯比咯烷酮、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、丙醇、异丙醇溶于部分去离子水中,配置防雾剂溶液;
(2)将辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸聚氧乙烯醚及壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚溶于剩余的去离子水中,加入步骤1所得防雾剂溶液及其余原料,混合均匀;
(3)调节步骤(2)所得溶液的PH至7.0~9.0,除泡、包装即得本发明的玻璃清洗剂。
