本发明涉及纺织领域,尤其涉及一种麻纤维印花墙布。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,对室内装饰的功能及环境要求也随着增加,特别是墙壁的装饰。以往人们用油漆刷墙面,使得墙面干净美观,但油漆含有大量对人体有害的物质,另外,粉刷墙面的工程复杂,而且不耐脏,脏后也不易修补。为解决这些问题,墙纸越来越普遍,受到广大人们群众的喜爱,然而在墙纸制造过程中会产生大量的污染,而且粘贴墙纸时需要大量的胶水,同时对室内环境造成污染,而且在潮湿天气,墙纸吸湿后易脱落,长霉,变形,破坏墙面的美观性。随后,人们开始使用织物装饰墙面,但织物价格昂贵,难以与墙壁很好地粘合,而且使用寿命短。
发明内容
本发明正是为了克服上述不足,所要解决的技术问题是提供一种价格低廉、天然环保、使用寿命长的麻纤维印花墙布。
技术方案:本发明所述的一种麻纤维印花墙布,其麻纤维含量为28%,低熔点纤维含量为72%。
所述的低熔点纤维是熔点为100-150°的皮芯结构。
所述的低熔点纤维为ES纤维或4080纤维。
该麻纤维无纺基布克重为100-150g/l,厚度为0.7-1.2mm。
有益效果:本发明的麻纤维印花墙布天然环保,麻纤维吸湿放湿性好,对空间有调节湿度的作用,而且不会因天气潮湿而发霉、长菌、脱落及变形;制备工艺简单、成本低廉,使用寿命长。
具体实施
一种麻纤维印花墙布,其麻纤维含量为28%,低熔点纤维含量为72%,其中低熔点纤维是ES纤维的皮芯结构,其熔点为100-150°。该麻纤维无纺基布克重为100-150g/l,厚度为0.7-1.2mm。
上述麻纤维印花墙布的制作工艺为:将麻纤维与低熔点纤维按比例进行混合,然后依次经过梳理、铺网、针刺、热轧、印花,然后打卷成型,其中,热轧温度为140-160℃。
