一种新能源环保汽油,其成份和重量百分比为:国标92号无铅汽油60%‑‑80%,99.9%甲醇15%‑‑30%,纳米助剂5%‑‑10%。纳米助剂由:油酸15%‑‑30%,脂肪酸30%‑‑60%,乙醇胺5%‑‑10%,环己胺8%‑‑15%,二茂铁1%‑‑5%组成。经过纳米级洁净技术设备洁净催化合成为新能源环保汽油。本发明的新能源环保汽油,用于汽油发动机不需要改发动机,不损伤发动机,燃烧效果好,产品的技术指标,分别达到M15、M25、M30的甲醇汽油标准。尾气总排放优于欧盟排放标准,而且节约石化能源30‑‑‑35%。新能源环保汽油是全球节能减排的洁净能源。

本发明属于新能源领域,特别涉及一种新能源环保汽油。
背景技术:
进入21世纪,清洁能源问题已成为困扰全球各国经济发展重大问题,石油这一工业发展黑色血液已经逐渐枯竭。人们不断的寻找新的能源,逐步改变目前的用能方式及结构。洁净燃料的生产和使用,是人们渴望的一种洁净新能源。
工业生产、机动车尾气排放、烧煤等导致大气中的颗粒物(包括粗颗粒物PM10和细颗粒物PM2.5)浓度增加,是雾霾产生的重要因素。如今很多城市的污染物排放水平已处于临界点。近年来汽车越来越多,汽车尾气污染物排放加重了雾霾,柴油发动机的尾气排放的污染物较高,使用柴油的大型车包括大公交、以及大型运输卡车等,城市有毒颗粒物的来源:首先就是汽车尾气,使用柴油的车子排放细颗粒物,比如氮氧化物等,在碰上雾天很容易转化为二次颗粒污染物加重雾霾。工业燃煤和生活商业用煤污染合计占42%,机动车污染占28%,工业燃油污染占5%,采矿业污染占7%,其他工业活动污染占8%,农业活动污染占10%。最新的数据显示北京雾霾颗粒中机动车尾气污染占23.2%。燃煤污染占16.7%,扬尘污染占16.3%,工业污染占15.7%。随着汽车技术进步以及油品质量的上升,仍需要控制机动车排放标准,减少雾霾天气的形成。
目前的一些甲醇汽油,配方存在油与醇比例不合理,燃烧性能差,未能达到产品的质量标准。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种新能源环保汽油,是由成品无铅汽油,加入甲醇和纳米助剂,经过纳米级洁净技术设备、洁净催化合成为新能源环保汽油。环保甲醇汽油稳定性好,燃烧充分更环保。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种新能源环保汽油,其成份和重量百分比为:国标92号无铅汽油60%--80%,99.9%甲醇15%--30%,纳米助剂5%--10%。纳米助剂由油酸15%--30%,脂肪酸30%--60%,乙醇胺5%--10%,环己胺8%--15%,二茂铁1%--5%。经过纳米级洁净技术设备洁净催化合成为新能源环保汽油。
本发明的新能源环保汽油,用于汽油发动机,不需要改发动机,不损伤发动机,燃烧效果好,产品的技术标准,分别达到M15、M25、M30的甲醇汽油标准。尾气总排放优于欧盟排放标准,而且节约石化能源30---35%。新能源环保汽油是全球节能减排的洁净能源。
其优点在于:本发明中使用甲醇混入无铅汽油,使用稳定性好,无腐蚀性,燃烧率高,用于汽油发动机不需要改发动机,不损害发动机,燃烧效果好,燃烧后尾气总排放优于欧盟排放标准。
