Abstract
一种新能源环保柴油,其成份和重量百分比为:国标柴油60%‑‑70%,99.9%甲醇15%‑‑30%,或H2O、15%‑‑30%,纳米助剂5%‑‑20%。纳米助剂由:油酸10%‑‑30%,脂肪酸脂20%‑‑55%,乙醇胺2%‑‑8%,环己胺6%‑‑10%,异丁醇2%‑‑8%,硝酸脂1%‑‑3%,二茂铁1%‑‑3%组成。经过纳米级洁净技术设备洁净催化合成为新能源环保燃料油。本发明的新能源环保柴油,用于柴油发动机,不需要改发动机,不损伤发动机,燃烧效果好,产品的技术指标达到国标柴油标准。尾气总排放优于欧盟排放标准,而且节约石化能源25‑‑35%,新能源环保柴油是全球节能减排的洁净能源。

技术领域:
本发明属于新能源领域,特别涉及一种新能源环保柴油。
背景技术:
进入21世纪,清洁能源问题已成为困扰全球各国经济发展重大问题,石油这一工业发展黑色血液已经逐渐枯竭,人们不断的寻找新的能源,逐步改变目前的用能方式及结构。洁净燃料的生产和使用,是人们渴望的一种洁净新能源。
工业生产、机动车尾气排放、烧煤等导致大气中的颗粒物(包括粗颗粒物PM10和细颗粒物PM2.5)浓度增加,是雾霾产生的重要因素。如今很多城市的污染物排放水平已处于临界点。近年来汽车越来越多,汽车尾气污染物排放加重了雾霾,柴油发动机的尾气排放的污染物较高,使用柴油的大型车包括大公交、以及大型运输卡车等,城市有毒颗粒物的来源:首先就是汽车尾气,使用柴油的车子排放细颗粒物,比如氮氧化物等,在碰上雾天很容易转化为二次颗粒污染物加重雾霾。工业燃煤和生活商业用煤污染合计占42%,机动车污染占28%,工业燃油污染占5%,采矿业污染占7%,其他工业活动污染占8%,农业活动污染占10%。最新的数据显示北京雾霾颗粒中机动车尾气污染占23.2%。燃煤污染占16.7%,扬尘污染占16.3%,工业污染占15.7%。随着汽车技术进步以及油品质量的上升,仍需要控制机动车排放标准,减少雾霾天气的形成。
目前的一些柴油配方存在油与醇、油与H2O比例不合理,燃烧性能差,未能达到产品的质量标准。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种新能源环保柴油,是由国标柴油,加入甲醇或H2O和纳米助剂,经过纳米级洁净技术设备、洁净催化合成为新能源环保柴油。本技术生产的环保柴油稳定性好,燃烧充分更环保。
采用的技术方案是:
一种新能源环保柴油,其成份和重量百分比为:国标柴油60%--70%,99.9%甲醇15%--30%,或H2O.15%--30%,纳米助剂5%--20%。其纳米助剂成份由油酸10%--30%,脂肪酸脂20%--55%,乙醇胺2%--8%,环己胺6%--10%,异丁醇2%--8%,硝酸脂1%--3%,二茂铁1%--3%组成。经过纳米级洁净技术设备洁净催化合成为新能源环保柴油。
其优点在于:本发明中使用的甲醇或H2O混入柴油,使用稳定性好,无腐蚀性,燃烧率高,用于柴油发动机不需要改发动机,不损害发动机,燃烧效果好,燃烧后尾气总排放优于欧盟排放标准。

国标柴油60%--70%,99.9%甲醇15%--30%,或H2O 15%--30%,纳米助剂5%--20%,纳米助剂成份由油酸15%--30%,脂肪酸脂20%--55%,乙醇胺2%--8%,环己胺6%--10%,异丁醇2%--8%,硝酸脂1%--3%,二茂铁1%--3%组成。
