我国正处于工业化、城市化快速发展阶段,能源消费快速增长,使资源和环境的承受力几近极限,能源对外依存度高涨,能源安全保障面临严峻挑战,能源和环境问题,已成为制约经济社会发展的重要因素。
近年来,汽车工业发展迅猛,机动车保有量达3亿多辆,中国汽车工业高速发展令世界为之侧目的同时,巨大的机动车保有量造成大量污染物排放,大量污染物排放则对空气质量造成严重的影响。连年出现大范围严重灰霾污染也与机动车排放污染密切相关,机动车直接排放的颗粒物和二次形成的颗粒物是灰霾污染的重要组成部分。城市环境的恶劣态势日益凸显,特别是大中城市雾霾天气逐年增加,机动车污染防治的紧迫性日益凸显。治理机动车排放污染,已经成为治理空气污染、应对灰霾天气的重要和紧迫环节。近年来我国中东部地区多次爆发大规模雾霾污染,能见度大幅下降,PM2.5浓度爆表,引起国际社会、国内各界的高度关注。人民群众对严重的空气污染天气不满意,对清洁空气的诉求越来越强烈,良好空气指数已成为民生改善的当务之急,而机动车尾气排放正是环境污染的重要来源,如何有效控制汽车工业与环境改善的协调发展,成为亟待解决的问题。党和国家也下决心治理空气污染,把大气污染防治提高到国家意志层面向污染宣战。
汽车工业的高速发展还产生了大量的废机油,废机油中含有大量对人体有害物质,如有致癌性的多环芳烃、多氯联苯,以及各种重金属超微粒子等。废机油不管是燃烧、焚烧,还是土埋,排入下水道或是注入江河湖海,都会对空气、土壤和水源产生污染,危害环境和人类的健康。废机油燃烧产生大量的二氧化碳、二噁英、硫磷有机化合物等有害物质,对环境极不友好,并且通过各种渠道危害人类。大量的废机油如果没有合理的处理方法,通过倾倒、焚烧来解决,这不仅仅是造成了巨大的能源浪费,而且形成了严重的生态污染,威胁着人类赖以生存的环境。随着石油资源的逐渐减少和人们对环保的日益提高,废机油的回收再生利用受到高度重视。在我国,废机油有效的资源化再生处理和循环使用有着巨大的潜力,不仅能缓解能源短缺的压力,实现有限资源利用的最大化,还能使环境污染最小化。废机油再生是一项利国利民的事业,无论从节约石油资源的角度,还是从环境保护的角度,都应当得到重视和发展。将废机油经过适当的工艺处理,除去变质成分及外来污染物后,提炼成为废机油再生油,不但利用了废弃资源,还减少了环境污染。
废机油蒸出的再生油有很多缺点,十六烷值不够,因为还含有一些汽油组分,所以闪点很低,再就是颜色发黑,刚蒸出来时还是黄色,由于游离酸和硫醇的存在,油品很快发黑,并且有很强的刺激性气味。废机油再生油具有碳氢链长,不含氧,不能完全燃烧,污染物排放多,含硫量高,腐蚀性强,低温下易增大粘度,形成结冻,造成低温流动性差,热值低,动力性差等不足。废机油再生油如果直接用于车辆燃料或部分与车用柴油混合使用,在车辆内燃机中燃烧时,由于活塞运动很快,燃烧时间很短,雾化不良,供氧不足,缺氧燃烧,导致燃烧不充分,燃料不容易燃烧完全。因燃烧不完全,致使燃烧废气中污染物含量增加,有害成分增多,含尘颗粒物增加,形成车辆尾气超标排放。因燃烧不完全,燃烧后在烟气中含有重金属氧化物、多环芳烃氧化物、多氯联苯类化合物、二氧杂芑等有毒有害成分,这些有毒有害成分都是对生物及人类健康有害的。因燃烧不完全,容易产生烟粒子,在较低温度下的氧化能生成有机酸、沉淀物、过氧化物、和氢过氧化物,这些沉淀物与水、油、烟粒子一起能生成低温油泥,有机酸在氢过氧化物的共同作用下,能迅速腐蚀发动机中的金属,特别是轴承金属。所以不宜这样使用,必须走无污染燃烧的路,因为这些有毒有害成分是比较难燃烧的,要达到无污染燃烧是相当困难的,只有对废机油再生油改性提质,通过催化剂优化燃烧,调节燃烧性能,才能达到无污染燃烧,车辆尾气达标排放,降低污染物排放,提高空气质量,改善生态环境,建设生态文明,共建美丽中国。

本发明的技术方案,一种适用于车辆用的绿色环保柴油,主要由以下重量百分比的组分原料,按一定的生产方法步骤制备而成:
所述的一定的生产方法步骤是:
(1)按上述比例分别计量各种组分原料备用;
(2)先将废机油再生油预加热,加热温度控制在50℃至90℃之间,泵入常温常压搅拌罐内;
(3)开启搅拌器,边搅拌边加入组分原料,按顺序加入碳酸二甲酯、脂肪酸甲酯、甲缩醛、甲醇,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(4)搅拌器继续搅拌中,边搅拌边加入组分原料,再按顺序加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、司盘80、醋酸甲酯,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(5)搅拌器继续搅拌中,边搅拌边加入组分原料,再按顺序加入聚甲氧基二甲醚、硝酸异辛酯,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(6)搅拌器继续搅拌中,边搅拌边加入组分原料,再按顺序加入双戊烯、茶多酚、氟碳表面活性剂、石油磺酸钡,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(7)搅拌器继续搅拌中,边搅拌边加入组分原料,再按顺序加入二茂铁、过氧化锌、氧化石墨烯,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(8)用静态混合器循环混合30分钟,搅拌混合均匀后,静置30分钟,过滤后即为一种适用于车辆用的绿色环保柴油。

一种绿色环保柴油,具体是一种适用于车辆用的绿色环保柴油,本燃油具有热值高,易点火,火力强劲;含硫低,不易生成有机酸、油泥,对内燃机腐蚀小,可延长内燃机使用寿命;含氧成分高,易形成富氧燃烧,提高燃烧效率;粘度低,流动性好,易雾化,雾化颗粒细小,雾化良好,燃烧充分,不易结焦,积灰少,减少积炭和磨损,不易堵塞烧嘴;燃烧完全,易形成无污染燃烧,烟气中的重金属氧化物、多环芳烃氧化物、多氯联苯类化合物、二氧杂芑有毒有害成分明显降低,污染物排放少,对空气污染小,环保效果好。绿色环保柴油是一种绿色的、清洁的、环保的可再生能源,是传统车用柴油的替代品。开发新能源,发展替代清洁燃料,保护人类生存环境,符合可持续发展、科学发展的理念。节约能源,改善能源结构,保护生态环境和应对气候变化,建立以新能源和可再生能源为主体的可持续能源体系,是实现绿色低碳发展的根本途径。

下面通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明,但不限于实施例,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。以下各实施例所述的份量均为重量份量。

一种适用于车辆用的绿色环保柴油,按重量份数计量选取组分原料备用:
废机油再生油:40公斤;碳酸二甲酯:5公斤;脂肪酸甲酯:10公斤;甲缩醛:10公斤;甲醇:15公斤;蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚:0.5公斤;司盘80:0.5公斤;醋酸甲酯:5公斤;聚甲氧基二甲醚:8公斤;硝酸异辛酯:1公斤;双戊烯:3公斤;茶多酚:0.1995公斤;氟碳表面活性剂:0.3公斤;石油磺酸钡:0.5公斤;二茂铁:0.5公斤;过氧化锌:0.5公斤;氧化石墨烯:0.0005公斤。
一种适用于车辆用的绿色环保柴油,生产制备的方法步骤是:

废机油再生油:35公斤;碳酸二甲酯:5公斤;脂肪酸甲酯:15公斤;甲缩醛:10公斤;甲醇:15公斤;蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚:0.5公斤;司盘80:0.5公斤;醋酸甲酯:8公斤;聚甲氧基二甲醚:5公斤;硝酸异辛酯:2公斤;双戊烯:2公斤;茶多酚:0.199公斤;氟碳表面活性剂:0.5公斤;石油磺酸钡:0.3公斤;二茂铁:0.5公斤;过氧化锌:0.5公斤;氧化石墨烯:0.001公斤。

1.一种适用于车辆用的绿色环保柴油,主要由以下重量百分比的组分原料,按一定的生产方法步骤制备而成:

(3)开启搅拌器,边搅拌边加入组分原料,按顺序加入碳酸二甲酯、脂肪酸甲酯、甲缩醛、甲醇,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(4)搅拌器继续搅拌中,边搅拌边加入组分原料,再按顺序加入蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、司盘80、醋酸甲酯,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(5)搅拌器继续搅拌中,边搅拌边加入组分原料,再按顺序加入聚甲氧基二甲醚、硝酸异辛酯,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(6)搅拌器继续搅拌中,边搅拌边加入组分原料,再按顺序加入双戊烯、茶多酚、氟碳表面活性剂、石油磺酸钡,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(7)搅拌器继续搅拌中,边搅拌边加入组分原料,再按顺序加入二茂铁、过氧化锌、氧化石墨烯,加完后继续搅拌10分钟;
(8)用静态混合器循环混合30分钟,搅拌混合均匀后,静置30分钟,过滤后即为一种适用于车辆用的绿色环保柴油。
