Abstract

本发明公开一种环保柴油及其制备方法,该柴油由以下重量百分比的各组分制备:植物油脂12-20%;蒸馏废油提取液30-60%;杂醇油15-30%;抽余油15-30%,其制备方法为:计量各种原料的质量配比,混合搅拌,计量泵入常温常压容器中,通过高剪切乳化混合机,循环2-3遍,静置过夜,过滤即为本产品。本发明的环保柴油,其优点有:充分利用部分废旧资源和可再生能源,可缓解石油资源的开采和消耗,原料来源广泛,成本低,经济效益好。富含氧,燃烧性能好,燃烧完全充分,热效率高,尾气排放污染物少,含硫量低,减少了机械的腐蚀性和硫化物的排放,可广泛应用在运输车、船舶、工程机械馆等使用石化柴油的应用领域。

环保柴油及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明公开一种可替代石化燃料油的环保柴油技术领域,具体涉及一种环保柴油及其制备方法。 
背景技术
随着国际上对原油开采的贫乏,石油资源已越来越少,不久的将来,资源将完全匮乏,价格将上涨。国际上、国内外已大力开发废旧资源与可再生资源的再生利用,以及对节能减排提出了更高的要求。而目前的柴油价格不断攀升,尾气排放大,含硫量高等缺点,正需要改进。 
发明内容
本发明针对现有柴油的不足,提供一种廉价的可再生的资源及废物回收利用,含氧量高,含硫量低,尾气排放污染物少的清洁的环保柴油。 
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种环保柴油,该柴油由以下重量百分比的各组分制备:植物油脂12-20%;蒸馏废油提取液30-60%;杂醇油15-30%;抽余油15-30%。 
 作为优选,本发明的环保柴油,该环保柴油由以下重量百分比的各组分制备:植物油脂15-20%;蒸馏废油提取液30-60%;杂醇油15-25%;抽余油10-20%。 
本发明上述的植物油脂是油脂厂剩余的大豆油、花生油以及精制地沟油、脂肪酸甲酯。 
本发明上述的蒸馏废油提取液指的是废机油、废柴油、废液压油、废白油、废石蜡油、废煤油、废机械油等经过蒸馏提取,脱色精制之后的油类。 
本发明上述的杂醇油为酒精厂副产品,提高含氧量的作用。 
本发明上述的抽余油为溶剂萃取方法得到的剩余物料。 
发明的优点和有益效果
本发明上述的植物油脂是油脂厂剩余的大豆油、花生油以及精制地沟油、脂肪酸甲酯。本发明合理的解决了废食用油的再利用问题,投产后可大量消耗废食用油,减少餐饮废油,减少二次餐饮废物的产生和流通。
本发明上述的蒸馏废油提取液指的是废机油、废柴油、废液压油、废白油、废石蜡油、废煤油、废机械油等经过蒸馏提取,脱色精制之后的油类。本发明利用废油,回收废油,充分发掘废油的再生价值,并且消耗废油,经过本发明处理的废油,能以充分燃烧的形式被消耗,成为清洁、环保的能源。 
本发明上述的杂醇油为酒精厂副产品,提高含氧量的作用。本发明的杂醇油,可提高植物油脂和蒸馏废油提取液的燃烧性,使其充分燃烧,减少黑烟,减少积碳。 
本发明上述的抽余油为溶剂萃取方法得到的剩余物料。本发明的抽余油作为一种溶剂油,低粘度,低密度,增加油品的流动性,起到调节粘度,使油品充分雾化,增加油品动力以及能效。 
本发明的环保柴油,硫含量低,启动性能好,燃烧完全,尾气排放污染物少,热值高。 
本发明的环保柴油,可替代一切石化燃料油应用的领域,可缓解目前石油资源的紧缺。 
本发明的环保柴油,原料来源广泛,成本低廉。 
本发明的环保柴油,充分利用部分废旧资源和可再生能源,可缓解石油资源的开采和消耗,原料来源广泛,成本低,经济效益好。富含氧,燃烧性能好,燃烧完全充分,热效率高,尾气排放污染物少,含硫量低,减少了机械的腐蚀性和硫化物的排放,可广泛应用在运输车、船舶、工程机械馆等使用石化柴油的应用领域。 
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例进一步详细描述本发明,但本发明不仅仅局限于以下实施例 
本发明实施例使用的各种原料,均为市售产品
实施例1
称取重量百分比的植物油脂18%;蒸馏废油提取液52%;杂醇油10%;抽余油20%,把上述原料植物油脂,蒸馏废油提取液,杂醇油,抽余油,称量后,混合搅拌,计量泵入常温常压容器中,通过高剪切乳化混合机,循环2-3遍,静置过夜,过滤即为本产品。
实施例2
称取植物油脂25%;蒸馏废油提取液50%;杂醇油10%;抽余油15%,制备方法同例1  。
对本发明上述实施例制备的样品,进行性能检测:
取以上本产品2公斤放在固定的6匹高速柴油机油箱内,手柄摇。在常温下,摇动几下即会启动,冒黑烟量小,逐渐加大油门,不冒黑烟,噪音低,说明本产品启动着火性好,低温启动性好。
取以上本产品10公斤放入3吨载重空车上(事先3吨载重空车的油箱已放完石化柴油),在常温下,点火既启动,并能加速行驶。 
使用本产品两个月,拆卸检验,油泵喷嘴无堵塞,不积碳,行驶正常。 
在实施(2)的前提下,3吨载重车运载3吨货物,在平坦公路上行驶正常,在坡度≥30°的斜坡上,3吨满载重运载3吨车照常爬坡有劲,说明车辆启动性好,加速性能好,无堵塞,不积炭。 
从上述实施例测试表明,本发明的环保柴油,启动性能好,冒黑烟量小,噪音低,喷嘴不堵塞,不积碳,爬坡有劲,加速性能好等,因此,它是一种完全可以替代目前现有石化柴油的可再生、可废旧资源利用的环保柴油。 

Claims (7)

1.一种环保柴油,其特征在于:该柴油由以下重量百分比的各组分制备;植物油脂12-20%;蒸馏废油提取液30-60%;杂醇油15-30%;抽余油15-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的植物油脂是油脂厂剩余的大豆油、花生油以及精制地沟油、脂肪酸甲酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蒸馏废油提取液指的是废机油、废柴油、废液压油、废白油、废石蜡油、废煤油、废机械油等经过蒸馏提取,经过脱色精制之后的油类。
4.根据权利要求1所述的杂醇油为酒精厂副产品,其醇类含量在95%以上,甲醇的比例小于2%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抽余油为溶剂萃取方法得到的剩余物料。
6.一种环保柴油的制备方法,其特征在于:制备过程为,按比例混合各种原材料,计量泵入反应罐,该反应罐为常温常压容器,通过高剪切乳化混合机,循环2-3遍,静置过夜,过滤即为本产品。
7.制备周期短,制备过程所消耗能源少为该制备方法的优点。
