Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,其组装结构为由热传导体且可弯曲的薄板形成且两侧具有能够增加表面积的至少一个以上的突出部的金属印刷电路板通过所述突出部与背板结合。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,其组装结构为由热传导体且可弯曲的薄板形成且两侧具有能够增加表面积的至少一个以上的突出部的金属印刷电路板通过所述突出部与背板结合。
背景技术
一般而言,LED因消耗电力不多且寿命长,不会产生造成环境污染的污染物质,因此主要用于手机的液晶显示装置(LCD)或电光板,以及汽车用仪表板。
但近期,这种LED的应用范围扩大到汽车的室内灯或牌匾,以及液晶显示装置的背光模块(BLU),除此之外,还用于一般照明或汽车的前灯等。
尤其,应用于汽车等的LED灯模块(M)包括:反射器,用于反射从LED产生的光;基板,向安装的LED供应电源等以进行控制;散热片,向外部释放从LED产生的热;以及后盖,用于安装该散热片。
而且,近期指出用于包括LED的多种部件的基板散热效果低,从而为了解决这个问题,使用铝或铜合金等金属材料的金属基板(以下称金属基板)开始在市场上备受关注。
尤其,关于LED封装用金属基板的需求,近期提出能够进行弯曲或冲压等工具性成型的LED封装用金属基板的需求。
与此相关的车灯用金属PCB组装体技术已被韩国专利第1589017号公开,其构成如图1,车灯用金属PCB组装体10包括:金属PCB14;至少一个单位图案(未图示),设置在金属PCB14上,3面被切割,1面连接到金属PCB14,从金属PCB14以预定角度倾斜的状态突出;注塑物,与金属PCB14结合,在水平面突出的支撑部支撑所述单位图案以维持预定角度,所述金属PCB14组装体在金属基板14的下面形成预定深度的弯曲凹槽24,以该弯曲凹槽为中心,向前方推安装各LED的单位图案而使其弯曲,从而以较少的力量,使得金属PCB组装体10形成阶梯形状。
在此,也切割所述单位图案的外部3面20a、20b、20c,所述单位图案的1面20d是与金属PCB14以一体连接的状态,因此单位图案不会从金属PCB14完全分离,而是以一侧被连接的状态,以既定的角度倾斜地突出。
但是,所述的车灯用金属PCB组装体为了形成单位图案而需要在金属基板的下面形成一定深度的弯曲凹槽,因此增加作业工序,还会造成金属基板断裂等问题。
发明内容
为了解决所述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,能够使散热效果最大化且应用于多种形状,能够简化工序,减少成本及作业人员,通过简化背板的结构来缩短开发费用及时间,通过简化结构来使组装时的不良率最小化。
为了达成所述目的,本发明提供一种具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,其组装结构为由热传导体且可弯曲的薄板形成且两侧具有能够增加表面积的至少一个以上的突出部的金属印刷电路板通过所述突出部与背板结合。
进而,本发明的金属印刷电路板在基底具有多个芯片安装部,所述基底和芯片安装部通过相对的弯曲,以设置成芯片安装部朝向相同的方向。
并且,本发明的金属印刷电路板由薄板形成且在宽度方向具有维持相同间隔的多个突出部。
进而,本发明的背板对应基底或芯片安装部地形成,为了对应芯片安装部的倾斜,以一体具备多个贴紧支撑颚。
进而,本发明的背板被设置成从上部向下部宽度缩小地形成倾斜,所述突出部以弯曲状态被压装并固定。
并且,本发明的背板具有挂接钩,以固定突出部所具有的弹性支撑板。
继而,本发明的金属印刷电路板通过一面与基底连接,其周围具有开放或封闭的展开槽。
并且,根据本发明的金属印刷电路板,至少一个突出部以挂接钩形状弯曲而与背板所具有的固定颚结合。
并且,本发明的背板的上部以一体具备具有倾斜面的挂接钩而能够压装并固定突出部。
如上所述,本发明的效果在于,能够使散热效果最大化且应用于多种形状,能够简化工序,减少成本及作业人员,通过简化背板的结构来缩短开发费用及时间,通过简化结构来使组装时的不良率最小化。

下面参照附图详细说明本发明的实施例。
本发明的前灯模块由金属印刷电路板110与背板150的组装结构形成。
并且,所述金属印刷电路板110由热传导体且可弯曲的薄板形成,两侧具有能够增加表面积的至少一个以上的突出部111,从而弥补厚度减少导致的体积的减少。
在此,所述突出部111为了与背板150结合而由多种形状形成。
并且,所述背板150的上部以一体具备阶梯型或倾斜型的支撑面151,以与金属印刷电路板贴紧结合,下部面以一体形成安装部153,与灯壳等对应地安装。
进而,所述金属印刷电路板110如图3及图4,所述基底112与芯片安装部114被设置成通过基底的弯曲或芯片安装部弯曲的相对的弯曲来使得多个芯片安装部朝向相同的方向。
并且,所述金属印刷电路板由铝材板或铜板形成,且由薄板形成。
在此,可在宽度方向上沿着金属印刷电路板的长度方向,以相同间隔设置所述突出部111。
继而,所述背板150对应基底或芯片安装部地形成,为了对应芯片安装部的倾斜,在上部面以一体具备多个贴紧支撑颚。
并且,如图5,所述背板150从上部向下部宽度缩小地形成倾斜,所述突出部被压装而金属印刷电路板贴紧固定到背板。
而且,所述背板150具有环形状的挂接钩155,以固定突出部111具备的弹性支撑板111a。
继而,所述金属印刷电路板110在芯片安装部的形成时通过一面与基底112连接,其周围具有开放或封闭的展开槽118。
并且,如图6,所述金属印刷电路板110中,至少一个突出部以挂接钩111b形状弯曲而与背板所具有的固定颚157结合。

如图2至图9所示,本发明的前灯模块由金属印刷电路板110与背板150的组装结构形成。

进而,所述金属印刷电路板110在两侧具有能够增加表面积的至少一个以上的突出部111,从而弥补厚度减少导致的体积的减少,从而能够实现所需的散热效果。
在此,所述金属印刷电路板通过为了散热和连接作业而突出的突出部111而与背板150容易地结合。
并且,所述背板150上部以一体具备阶梯型或倾斜型的支撑面151,以与金属印刷电路板贴紧结合,下部面以一体形成安装部153,与灯壳等对应地安装,从而安装到灯壳时,能够向各个方向照射光源,所述芯片安装部上安装有LED芯片(未图示)。
进而,所述金属印刷电路板110如图3及图4,所述基底112与芯片安装部114被设置成通过相对的弯曲来使得多个芯片安装部相互平行或朝向相同的方向,从而能够使芯片安装部朝向所需的方向。
并且,所述金属印刷电路板由铝材板或铜板形成,且由薄板形成,从而能够容易地弯曲而不使薄板受损。
在此,可在宽度方向上沿着金属印刷电路板的长度方向,以相同间隔设置所述突出部111,从而能够在整体上维持均匀的结合力。
继而,所述背板150对应基底或芯片安装部地形成,为了对应芯片安装部的倾斜,在上部面以一体具备多个贴紧支撑颚158,从而在金属印刷电路板的安装时,芯片安装部能够维持正确的倾斜。

即,如上述,本发明以多种形状制作突出部而无需另外的工具也能将突出部结合到背板,从而能够迅速实现金属印刷电路板与背板的结合作业。
本发明涉及一种具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,由热传导体且可弯曲的薄板形成的金属印刷电路板在两侧具有能够增加表面积且能够与背板结合的突出部,从而能够按照背板的形状,向所需方向容易地弯曲并结合。

1.一种具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,
其组装结构为由热传导体且可弯曲的薄板形成且两侧具有能够增加表面积的至少一个以上的突出部的金属印刷电路板通过所述突出部与背板结合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,其特征在于,
所述金属印刷电路板在基底具有多个芯片安装部,所述基底和芯片安装部通过任意一个的相对弯曲而设置成芯片安装部朝向相互平行或相同的方向。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,其特征在于,
所述金属印刷电路板由薄板形成,在宽度方向以一体具有维持相同间隔的多个突出部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,其特征在于,
所述背板对应基底或芯片安装部地形成,为了对应芯片安装部的倾斜,以一体具备多个贴紧支撑颚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的具有薄板型金属印刷电路板的前灯模块,其特征在于,
