本发明涉及一种涤纶箱包布染浅色/鲜艳色的坯布除脏工艺,它包括(1)在退浆水洗联合机槽内,加入每升3克的除油剂和每升3克的烧碱,温度升到100℃,将坯布平幅送入退浆水洗联合机进行润湿、热膨胀和乳化;(2)经过热水轧洗3次,冷水轧洗1次。本发明处理时间短、速度快,脏迹、油点等去除干净,经过处理后的染色成品,布面更加平整、丰满,色泽更加光亮鲜艳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种坯布除脏工艺,具体涉及一种涤纶箱包布坯布除脏工艺。
背景技术
印染加工过程中,坯布往往带有脏迹、油点等,如果在染色过程中去除不干净这些脏迹、油点,将严重影响产品的质量,因脏迹开剪造成很多次布,会给企业带来很大的损失,而目前印染企业大多采用单独用除油剂、烧碱进行高温前处理,在染缸内经过130℃保温50分钟的工艺才能清除脏迹,还要再用热水、冷水洗清布面上的碱液,然后再进行染色,这样将耗用大量的水、电、汽等生产成本,而且加工时间又长,企业经济效益很难提高,如果将除油剂、烧碱与染料同浴一起染色处理,由于染料不耐碱性,造成色变,不能采用一浴法,如果不加烧碱,只加除油剂与染料一浴法,去污效果又不好,布面仍有50%污迹存在。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种处理时间短、速度快,脏迹、油点等去除干净,经过处理后的染色成品,布面更加平整、丰满,色泽更加光亮鲜艳的涤纶箱包布染浅色/鲜艳色的坯布除脏工艺。
技术方案:为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所述的涤纶箱包布染浅色/鲜艳色的坯布除脏工艺,它包括以下步骤,
(1)在退浆水洗联合机槽内,加入每升3克的除油剂和每升3克的烧碱,温度升到100℃,将坯布平幅送入退浆水洗联合机进行润湿、热膨胀和乳化;
(2)经过热水轧洗3次,冷水轧洗1次。
根据权利要求1所述的涤纶箱包布染浅色/鲜艳色的坯布除脏工艺,所述除油剂,按重量份数计,它包括,
(1)异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1302 42-55份;
(2)异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1307 30-40份;
(3)脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 15-22份;
(4)表面活性剂1227 8-14份;
(5)十二烷基磺酸 3-9份;
(6)氨水 3-8份;
(7)氧化银 2-5份;
(8)工业酒精 2-4份;
(9)消泡剂 1-3份;
(10)去离子水 1-2份。
有益效果:本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点是:本发明通过严谨的加工步骤,处理后的染色成品,布面更加平整、丰满,色泽更加光亮鲜艳,整体处理时间短,速度快,由原来染缸内3个小时处理一缸布缩短到现在只要30分钟就可以处理一缸布,节约了水、电、汽和加工时间,为企业获得了可观的经济效益,采用通过精确组分配比的除油剂,确保脏迹、油点等都能迅速除去。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
本发明所述的涤纶箱包布染浅色/鲜艳色的坯布除脏工艺,它包括以下步骤,
(1)在退浆水洗联合机槽内,加入每升3克的除油剂和每升3克的烧碱,温度升到100℃,将坯布平幅送入退浆水洗联合机进行润湿、热膨胀和乳化;
(2)经过热水轧洗3次,冷水轧洗1次。

(1)异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1302 52份;
(2)异构十三醇聚氧乙烯醚1307 38份;
(3)脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠 16份;
(4)表面活性剂1227 12份;
(5)十二烷基磺酸 8份;
(6)氨水 6份;
(7)氧化银 4份;
(8)工业酒精 3份;
(9)消泡剂 2份;
(10)去离子水 1.5份。
本发明通过严谨的加工步骤,处理后的染色成品,布面更加平整、丰满,色泽更加光亮鲜艳,整体处理时间短,速度快,由原来染缸内3个小时处理一缸布缩短到现在只要30分钟就可以处理一缸布,节约了水、电、汽和加工时间,为企业获得了可观的经济效益,采用通过精确组分配比的除油剂,确保脏迹、油点等都能迅速除去。
本发明提供了一种思路及方法,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。

1.涤纶箱包布染浅色/鲜艳色的坯布除脏工艺,其特征在于:它包括以下步骤,
(1)在退浆水洗联合机槽内,加入每升3克的除油剂和每升3克的烧碱,温度升到100℃,将坯布平幅送入退浆水洗联合机进行润湿、热膨胀和乳化;
(2)经过热水轧洗3次,冷水轧洗1次。
