Abstract

液压推动行走升降车是一种机械装置,由四条或多条油缸,四个或多个车轮,电机(发动机),高压油泵,油路分配器,高压油管,油箱、上车架平面板、下车架平面板,液压马达,手控或电控开关等组成如(图1)用机械转动带动液压传动,液压传动带动液压马达转动,液压马达带动车轮行走,车辆行走可把货物送到不同的位置。另液压传动推动液压油缸升缩,油缸升缩推动整车升降,整车升降就把货物送到不同的高度。这样一辆液压推动行走升降车就可以把货物或车辆送到同一排不同高度的位置,是发展的多层智能停车位的革新技术。

液压推动行走升降车
一、技术领域
本发明技术是一种机械装置,是用机械转动带动液压传动推动油缸起到升降作用。机械能转化为液压能,液压能再转化为机械能,起到本装置行走作用。
二、背景技术
本新型技术是液压推动行走升降车,用电机带动液压泵,液压泵通过油路分配器把液压油分配给油缸,使油缸起到升降作用,油缸升降把整车升起式降落如(图1),油路分配器把液压油分配给液压马达,液压油推动液压马达转动,液压马达带动车轮转动,整车就可以行走。如挖掘机一个液压泵带动液压臂上下转动,起到挖土式放土作用。液压泵推动液压油,液压油推动液压马达,液压马达带动传动齿轮转动推动整台挖掘机行走。
三、发明内容
本新型技术是以电动机或(发动机)转动带动液压泵转动,液压泵推动液压油,液压油通过油路分配器推动油缸升缩起到整车升降作用。另液压油推动液压马达转动,液压马达转动又起到整车行走作用。

五、具体实施方式
1、启动电动机式(发动机)带动液压泵转动,液压泵转动将液压油输送到分配器。
2、按下分配器行走开关,使车辆行走到指定位置。
3、按下上升开关,使液压油缸推动整车上升到指定位置。
4、将货物顺利运送到另一位置。

Claims (1)

1.液压推动行走升降车是由油缸、车轮、电机(发动机)、高压油泵、分配器、高压油管、油箱、上车架平面板、下车架平面板、液压马达、手控式电控开关等组成。
电机(发动机)转动带动液压泵转动,液压泵将液压油输送到分配器,分配器将液压油分配给液压马达,并推动液压马达转动,液压马达带动车轮转动,车轮转动整车就可以行走。另分配器将液压油分配到液压油泵,油缸升缩推动整车上升式下降,可以行走又可以升降构成的液压推动行走升降车。
