技术领域
本发明属于纺织品技术领域,更具体是涉及一种拒水拒油整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前纺织行业使用的拒水拒油整理剂主要为有机硅类和有机氟类整理剂,通过轧-烘-焙工艺使织物获得拒水拒油功能。有机硅类拒水整理剂在纤维表面形成柔性薄膜,产生拒水效果的同时往往会使织物手感变得柔软。这类整理剂有溶剂型和乳液型两种形式。乳液型拒水整理剂使用便捷,但是乳化剂的存在可能会降低拒水性。有机硅类拒水整理剂的分子结构中多含有反应性基团,在催化剂作用下,通过氧化作用或水解作用交联成膜。
目前效果优异的拒水拒油整理剂中含有含全氟长碳链的有机氟化合物,特别是PFOS与PFOA,因其低表面能,优异的憎水憎油性能,透气、防污等被作为纺织整理剂广泛应用于纺织行业,但是研究发现,PFOS的生物降解性低,生物累积程度高,因此,急需开发一种环保、易于降解、高效的拒水拒油整理剂。

一种拒水拒油整理剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:纳米颗粒3-5份、分散剂2-3份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物3-5份、柔软剂3-5份、乙醇10-20份、十二烷基甜菜碱5-7份、碱性助剂2-4份、烷基糖苷5-7份、柠檬酸3-5份、水性树脂5-10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、香料1-3份、去离子水30-40份。

本发明公开了一种拒水拒油整理剂,按照重量份数,包括以下组分:纳米颗粒5份、分散剂2份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物5份、柔软剂5份、乙醇10份、十二烷基甜菜碱7份、碱性助剂4份、烷基糖苷5份、柠檬酸3份、水性树脂10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、香料1份、去离子水30份。
本发明还提供了一种拒水拒油整理剂的制备方法,具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水30份,升高温度至80℃;
步骤2,加入脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物5份、水性树脂10份,900转/分钟,搅拌30分钟;
步骤3,加入碱性助剂4份、烷基糖苷5份,800转/分钟,搅拌10分钟;
步骤4,先将纳米颗粒5份、分散剂2份、乙醇10份进行超声分散,分散功率为500W,分散时间为20分钟;
步骤5,降低温度至40℃,将步骤4的混合液体加入步骤3的混合液中,900转/分钟,搅拌10分钟;
步骤6,加入柔软剂5份、十二烷基甜菜碱7份、柠檬酸3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠5份、香料1份,800转/分钟,搅拌35分钟;
步骤7,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体拒水拒油整理剂;
步骤8,静置冷却至反应釜中液体拒水拒油整理剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
测试例
采用实施例1、2、3、4的拒水拒油整理剂处理棉织物,将得到的棉织物进行性能测试,测试结果如下:

Claims (10)

1.一种拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述拒水拒油整理剂包括如下重量份数的原料:纳米颗粒3-5份、分散剂2-3份、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物3-5份、柔软剂3-5份、乙醇10-20份、十二烷基甜菜碱5-7份、碱性助剂2-4份、烷基糖苷5-7份、柠檬酸3-5份、水性树脂5-10份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、香料1-3份、去离子水30-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述的纳米颗粒的粒径为5-50nm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述的纳米颗粒为荷叶纳米粉末、云母粉、高岭土、硼砂中的一种或者一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为三乙醇胺、聚乙二醇、木质素磺酸钠、纤维素磺酸钠、六偏磷酸钠中的一种或者一种以上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述的柔软剂为食醋、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者一种以上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述的乙醇为无水乙醇,纯度为分析纯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述的碱性助剂为碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠中的一种或者一种以上。
8.根据权利要求1所述的拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述的香料是从芳香植物的叶、茎、干、树皮、花、果、籽和根等的分泌物等提取的有一定挥发性、成分复杂的芳香物质。
9.根据权利要求1所述的拒水拒油整理剂,其特征在于:所述的水性树脂为水性聚氨酯树脂、水性有机硅树脂、水性环氧树脂、水性丙烯酸树脂中的一种或者一种以上。
10.一种采用上述权利要求1-9中任一项所述拒水拒油整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体步骤包括:
步骤1,在反应釜中加入去离子水30-40份,升高温度至80-100℃;
步骤2,加入脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物3-5份、水性树脂5-10份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤3,加入碱性助剂2-4份、烷基糖苷5-7份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤4,先将纳米颗粒3-5份、分散剂2-3份、乙醇10-20份进行超声分散,分散功率为500-1000W,分散时间为20-30分钟;
步骤5,降低温度至40-60℃,将步骤4的混合液体加入步骤3的混合液中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌10-20分钟;
步骤6,加入柔软剂3-5份、十二烷基甜菜碱5-7份、柠檬酸3-5份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3-5份、香料1-3份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌30-40分钟;
步骤7,关停搅拌,得到配制好的液体拒水拒油整理剂;
步骤8,静置冷却至反应釜中液体拒水拒油整理剂低于20℃,放料封装,制得成品。
