Abstract
本发明提供一种耐高温粉末涂料,由以下原料构成:有机硅树脂、硅微粉、铬酸锶、磷酸锌、片状云母粉、沸石、玻璃粉、聚四氟乙烯腊、壳聚糖、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、聚乙烯醇、氮化铝,与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:涂料的保质期延长,可长达1年,避免了现有油漆涂料存在的贮存期容易胶化变质的问题,在500°C高温烘烤的24小时情况下,保光率≥50%,附着力≤2级。耐温性能得到大大提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明是一种耐高温粉末涂料,属于粉末涂料技术领域。
背景技术
耐高温粉末涂料是指能长期经受200°C以上温度,涂膜不变色、 不破坏、仍能保持适当的物理机械性能,起到保护作用的涂料。耐热涂料广泛用于机械设备的高温部位,通常的耐高温粉末涂料仅仅是在现有普通粉末涂料的基础上进行简单的改进,因此存在保光率低、及机械性能差等缺。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明目的是提供一种耐高温粉末涂料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种耐高温粉末涂料,由以下原料构成:有机硅树脂、硅微粉、铬酸锶、磷酸锌、片状云母粉、沸石、玻璃粉、聚四氟乙烯腊、壳聚糖、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、聚乙烯醇、氮化铝。
进一步地,将磷酸三钠溶液加入反应器中,在搅拌下缓慢加入硫酸锌溶液,于70-80℃下进行复分解反应,完全反应后经过滤、用水漂洗除去硫酸根离子,再经粉碎、于120℃下干燥,得成品,再将成品粉碎,过细筛制得原料中的磷酸锌。
进一步地,将硅酸钠水溶液、硫酸铝水溶液和溴化四丙基铵混合,在165±56℃温度下,在90~150 r/min的搅拌速度下,进行结晶反应48h,分离、洗涤、干燥制得原料中的沸石。
进一步地,取虾蟹壳用水洗净,然后用5%的盐酸除盐,形成除盐甲壳质,然后用10%的NaOH脱蛋白质,形成粗甲壳素,用1%的KMnO4脱色,然后用2%的NaHSO3还原,形成不溶性甲壳素,然后最后用40%NaOH脱乙酰基,形成原料中的壳聚糖。
进一步地,玻璃粉是一种易打磨抗划高透明粉料,粒径小、分散性好、透明度高、防沉效果较好,经过多次表面改进,具有良好的亲和能力,并且有较强的位阻能力,能方便地分散于涂料中,成膜后可增加涂料丰满度,制成的水晶透明底漆类,既保持清漆的透明度,又提供良好的打磨性。
进一步地,将重铬酸钠溶于水中配成重铬酸钠水溶液,另将碳酸钠溶于水中配成水溶液,搅拌下将上述两种溶液混合反应,生成铬酸钠溶液,称氯化锶溶于水中配成氯化锶溶液,然后在搅拌下将其加入制备好的铬酸钠溶液中,升温至45~50℃,搅拌20min,过滤、水洗、干燥、粉碎,得到原料中的铬酸锶。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的一种耐高温粉末涂料,涂料的保质期延长,可长达1年,避免了现有油漆涂料存在的贮存期容易胶化变质的问题,在500°C高温烘烤的24小时情况下,保光率≥50%,附着力≤2级。耐温性能得到大大提高。
具体实施方式
为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施方式,进一步阐述本发明。
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种耐高温粉末涂料,由以下原料构成:有机硅树脂、硅微粉、铬酸锶、磷酸锌、片状云母粉、沸石、玻璃粉、聚四氟乙烯腊、壳聚糖、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、聚乙烯醇、氮化铝。
将磷酸三钠溶液加入反应器中,在搅拌下缓慢加入硫酸锌溶液,于70-80℃下进行复分解反应,完全反应后经过滤、用水漂洗除去硫酸根离子,再经粉碎、于120℃下干燥,得成品,再将成品粉碎,过细筛制得原料中的磷酸锌。

1.一种耐高温粉末涂料,其特征在于:由以下原料构成:有机硅树脂、硅微粉、铬酸锶、磷酸锌、片状云母粉、沸石、玻璃粉、聚四氟乙烯腊、壳聚糖、聚甲基苯基硅氧烷、聚乙烯醇、氮化铝。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温粉末涂料,其特征在于:将磷酸三钠溶液加入反应器中,在搅拌下缓慢加入硫酸锌溶液,于70-80℃下进行复分解反应,完全反应后经过滤、用水漂洗除去硫酸根离子,再经粉碎、于120℃下干燥,得成品,再将成品粉碎,过细筛制得原料中的磷酸锌。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温粉末涂料,其特征在于:将硅酸钠水溶液、硫酸铝水溶液和溴化四丙基铵混合,在165±56℃温度下,在90~150 r/min的搅拌速度下,进行结晶反应48h,分离、洗涤、干燥制得原料中的沸石。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温粉末涂料,其特征在于:取虾蟹壳用水洗净,然后用5%的盐酸除盐,形成除盐甲壳质,然后用10%的NaOH脱蛋白质,形成粗甲壳素,用1%的KMnO4脱色,然后用2%的NaHSO3还原,形成不溶性甲壳素,然后最后用40%NaOH脱乙酰基,形成原料中的壳聚糖。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温粉末涂料,其特征在于:玻璃粉是一种易打磨抗划高透明粉料,粒径小、分散性好、透明度高、防沉效果较好,经过多次表面改进,具有良好的亲和能力,并且有较强的位阻能力,能方便地分散于涂料中,成膜后可增加涂料丰满度,制成的水晶透明底漆类,既保持清漆的透明度,又提供良好的打磨性。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐高温粉末涂料,其特征在于:将重铬酸钠溶于水中配成重铬酸钠水溶液,另将碳酸钠溶于水中配成水溶液,搅拌下将上述两种溶液混合反应,生成铬酸钠溶液,称氯化锶溶于水中配成氯化锶溶液,然后在搅拌下将其加入制备好的铬酸钠溶液中,升温至45~50℃,搅拌20min,过滤、水洗、干燥、粉碎,得到原料中的铬酸锶。
