Abstract
本发明属于粉末涂料的制备领域,具体涉及一种斑纹效果的美术型粉末涂料及其制备方法。该涂料由A粉、B粉和珠光粉按重量比90:5:5混合制得;所述的A粉由以下原料组成:环氧树脂40wt%,端羧基聚酯树脂40wt%,沉淀硫酸钡5wt%,醋酸丁酸纤维素0.2wt%,钛白粉14wt%,炭黑0.8 wt%;所述的B粉由以下原料组成:端羟基聚酯树脂90wt%,颜料5wt%,聚醚聚合物5wt%。所制得的涂料耐候性好,附着力明显提高,明显降低了涂层擦拭时的颜料颗粒脱落现象,产品质量品质得到全面提升。

技术领域
本发明属于粉末涂料的制备领域,具体涉及一种斑纹效果的美术型粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
美术型粉末涂料是粉末涂料的重要品种之一,目前美术型粉末涂料主要有砂皱、橘纹、锤纹、浮花、闪光、金属色等种类,其中斑纹粉末涂料则以优选的外观视感、突出的凹凸触感、优异的物理机械性能以及良好的遮盖效果不断获得人们的青睐。
然而在斑纹粉末涂料的应用中发现,斑纹涂膜还存在明显的抹擦掉色现象,这是由于纹理颜料与基料树脂润湿先天不足造成的,即使是采用热混工艺生产的产品也无法消除。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种斑纹效果的美术型粉末涂料及其制备方法。该粉末涂料由以环氧树脂/端羧基聚酯树脂为主要原料的A组分以及以端羟基聚酯树脂为主要原料的B组分通过热粘合工艺制成,对原料之间的配比进行了优选,提高了原料之间的分散性,耐候性好,附着力明显提高,明显降低了涂层擦拭时的颜料颗粒脱落现象,产品质量品质得到全面提升。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种斑纹效果的美术型粉末涂料,由A粉、B粉和珠光粉按重量比90:5:5混合制得;
所述的A粉由以下原料组成:环氧树脂40wt%,端羧基聚酯树脂40wt%,沉淀硫酸钡5wt%,醋酸丁酸纤维素0.2wt%,钛白粉14wt%,炭黑0.8 wt%;
所述的B粉由以下原料组成:端羟基聚酯树脂90wt%,颜料5wt%,聚醚聚合物5wt%。
所述聚醚聚合物为聚氧化丙烯二醇或聚氧乙烯中的一种。
一种制备如上所述的斑纹效果的美术型粉末涂料的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将环氧树脂、端羧基聚酯树脂、沉淀硫酸钡、醋酸丁酸纤维素、钛白粉和炭黑经混合、挤出、压片破碎、磨粉筛分,制得A粉;
2)将端羟基聚酯树脂、颜料和聚醚聚合物经混合、挤出、压片破碎、磨粉筛分,制得B粉;
3)将A粉、B粉和珠光粉按重量比加入混合机中,进行干混、热粘合(55℃)处理,当粘结过程完成时,经高速混合均匀后立即出料、筛分。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)该粉末涂料由以环氧树脂/端羧基聚酯树脂为主要原料的A组分以及以端羟基聚酯树脂为主要原料的B组分通过热粘合工艺制成,提高了原料之间的分散性,耐候性好,附着力明显提高,明显降低了涂层擦拭时的颜料颗粒脱落现象,产品质量品质得到全面提升;
2)本发明对该粉末涂料原料的配方进行了反复研究,最终确定了最佳配比,在该配比上,粉末涂料在应用时,凹凸触感突出,耐候性好,附着力明显比其他配比时高,经擦拭测试时完全没有抹擦掉色现象;而当改变配比时,均有一定程度的少量抹擦掉色现象。

本发明用下列实施例来进一步说明本发明,但本发明的保护范围并不限于下列实施例。
实施例1
一种斑纹效果的美术型粉末涂料,由A粉、B粉和珠光粉按重量比90:5:5混合制得;
所述的A粉由以下原料组成:环氧树脂40wt%,端羧基聚酯树脂40wt%,沉淀硫酸钡5wt%,醋酸丁酸纤维素0.2wt%,钛白粉14wt%,炭黑0.8 wt%;
所述的B粉由以下原料组成:端羟基聚酯树脂90wt%,颜料5wt%,聚醚聚合物5wt%。
所述聚醚聚合物为聚氧化丙烯二醇。
一种制备如上所述的斑纹效果的美术型粉末涂料的方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将环氧树脂、端羧基聚酯树脂、沉淀硫酸钡、醋酸丁酸纤维素、钛白粉和炭黑经混合、挤出、压片破碎、磨粉筛分,制得A粉;
2)将端羟基聚酯树脂、颜料和聚醚聚合物经混合、挤出、压片破碎、磨粉筛分,制得B粉;
3)将A粉、B粉和珠光粉按重量比加入混合机中,进行干混、热粘合(温度55℃)处理,当粘结过程完成时,经高速混合均匀后立即出料、筛分。

1.一种斑纹效果的美术型粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的粉末涂料由A粉、B粉和珠光粉按重量比90:5:5混合制得;
所述的A粉由以下原料组成:环氧树脂40wt%,端羧基聚酯树脂40wt%,沉淀硫酸钡5wt%,醋酸丁酸纤维素0.2wt%,钛白粉14wt%,炭黑0.8 wt%;
所述的B粉由以下原料组成:端羟基聚酯树脂90wt%,颜料5wt%,聚醚聚合物5wt%;所述聚醚聚合物为聚氧化丙烯二醇或聚氧乙烯中的一种;
制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将环氧树脂、端羧基聚酯树脂、沉淀硫酸钡、醋酸丁酸纤维素、钛白粉和炭黑经混合、挤出、压片破碎、磨粉筛分,制得A粉;
2)将端羟基聚酯树脂、颜料和聚醚聚合物经混合、挤出、压片破碎、磨粉筛分,制得B粉;
3)将A粉、B粉和珠光粉按重量比加入混合机中,进行干混、在55℃热粘合处理,当粘结过程完成时,经高速混合均匀后立即出料、筛分。
