Abstract

本发明公开了一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:(1)将欧橡类地板木屑与脲醛胶均匀混合成混合料;(2)将干燥处理后的混合料形成板材;(3)通过机器辊涂的方式或者手工涂装的方式,将质量浓度为35‑50%的三氯化铁溶液涂饰在板材上;(4)通过恒温恒湿工艺对板材进行表面化学反应并进行平衡,存放24小时后,取出;(5)通过机器辊涂或者手工涂装的方式,用H2O2溶液对板材表面进行涂饰;(6)将地板放入恒温恒湿室进行反应并平衡,放置24小时之后取出;(7)对板材表面进行机器抛光;(8)对板材表面进行油漆UV涂装。本发明加工简单、成本低,加工效率高,采用化学变色处理方法提升地板表面视觉效果。

一种地板表面处理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种地板处理加工工艺,特别是一种地板表面处理工艺。
背景技术
地板是每个家庭必备的日常用品。但是传统工艺需要较多的大块的木料资源,产生较多的木屑,这些木屑大多只用作附加值低的燃料使用,在目前木料资源紧缺,造成生产成本较高,并且传统工艺加工时间长,生产效率低。
目前,市场上对于仿古系列产品以及灰色系列产品的需求在日益增加,而这类产品的表面处理一般都采用三色系上色原理,即常规的水性着色,按照红、黄、黑三色色精或者色浆进行按照一定比例调制成所需要的颜色,采用的是表面机器着色或者手工着色,色精依附在木材表面呈现出需要的颜色。因而,它是靠地板表面呈现颜色来达到着色效果,仿古年代感较差,已不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种地板表面处理工艺,加工简单、成本低,加工效率高,采用化学变色处理方法提升地板表面视觉效果。
本发明的技术方案:一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将欧橡类地板木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为4-7:2-5均匀混合成混合料;
(2)将干燥处理后的混合料置于模具中,在温度为180-220摄氏度,压力为180-250磅下,热压成型150-240s,脱模后形成板材;
(3)通过机器辊涂的方式或者手工涂装的方式,将质量浓度为35-50%的三氯化铁溶液涂饰在板材上,涂布量控制在60~80g/m2;
(4)通过恒温恒湿工艺对板材进行表面化学反应并进行平衡,存放24小时后,取出;
(5)通过机器辊涂或者手工涂装的方式,用质量浓度为10-15%的H2O2溶液对板材表面进行涂饰,涂布量控制在40g~50g/m2;
(6)将地板放入恒温恒湿室进行反应并平衡,放置24小时之后取出;
(7)对板材表面进行机器抛光;
(8)对板材表面进行油漆UV涂装:通过机器辊涂的方式,涂饰附着底漆、耐磨底漆、哑光底漆、两道哑光面漆。
前述的一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中的欧橡类地板木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为5:4。
前述的一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的三氯化铁溶液的PH值控制在4~5。
前述的一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中的恒温恒湿工艺为:温度控制在28±2℃,湿度控制在50%±5%。
前述的一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(6)中的恒温恒湿室的条件为,温度控制在28±2℃,湿度控制在50%±5%。
前述的一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤(8)中,附着底漆的涂布量为18~23g/m2、耐磨底漆的涂布量为20~25g/m2、哑光底漆的涂布量为10~15g/m2、两道哑光面漆的涂布量为10~15g/m2。
与现有技术相比,本发明以木屑为原料,节约木材资源,降低了原料成本,同时能进行批量生产,生产效率高,加工方便,大大降低了生产的成本。
此外,本发明通过选择合适的化学试剂与欧橡木材内部单宁成分进行反应,通过比例调和和独特工艺,对欧橡类实木地板产品进行表面变色处理,达到所需要的产品颜色。与地板外部着色得到的颜色比较死板不同,本发明工艺所形成的颜色由内而外,且更加自然,就像木材本身产生的久远变化,能更加体现仿古的年代感,具有很好的视觉效果,给予消费者视觉享受,能更大程度满足消费者需求,提升产品的附加值。
具体实施方式
下面实施例对本发明作进一步的说明,但并不作为对本发明限制的依据。
实施例:一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将欧橡类地板木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为4-7:2-5均匀混合成混合料;
(2)将干燥处理后的混合料置于模具中,在温度为180-220摄氏度,压力为180-250磅下,热压成型150-240s,脱模后形成板材;
(3)通过机器辊涂的方式或者手工涂装的方式,将质量浓度为35-50%的三氯化铁溶液涂饰在板材上,涂布量控制在60~80g/m2;
(4)通过恒温恒湿工艺对板材进行表面化学反应并进行平衡,存放24小时后,取出;
(5)通过机器辊涂或者手工涂装的方式,用质量浓度为10-15%的H2O2溶液对板材表面进行涂饰,涂布量控制在40g~50g/m2;
(6)将地板放入恒温恒湿室进行反应并平衡,放置24小时之后取出;
(7)对板材表面进行机器抛光;
(8)对板材表面进行油漆UV涂装:通过机器辊涂的方式,涂饰附着底漆、耐磨底漆、哑光底漆、两道哑光面漆。
所述步骤(1)中的欧橡类地板木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为5:4。
所述步骤(3)中的三氯化铁溶液的PH值控制在4~5。
所述步骤(4)中的恒温恒湿工艺为:温度控制在28±2℃,湿度控制在50%±5%。
所述步骤(6)中的恒温恒湿室的条件为,温度控制在28±2℃,湿度控制在50%±5%。
所述步骤(8)中,附着底漆的涂布量为18~23g/m2、耐磨底漆的涂布量为20~25g/m2、哑光底漆的涂布量为10~15g/m2、两道哑光面漆的涂布量为10~15g/m2。

1.一种地板表面处理工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将欧橡类地板木屑与脲醛胶按重量比为4-7:2-5均匀混合成混合料;
(2)将干燥处理后的混合料置于模具中,在温度为180-220摄氏度,压力为180-250磅下,热压成型150-240s,脱模后形成板材;
(3)通过机器辊涂的方式或者手工涂装的方式,将质量浓度为35-50%的三氯化铁溶液涂饰在板材上,涂布量控制在60~80g/m2;
(4)通过恒温恒湿工艺对板材进行表面化学反应并进行平衡,存放24小时后,取出;
