Abstract
本发明涉及切割设备技术领域,具体公开了一种新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,包括机架、送料压料机构、分切机构和定长切料机构,其特征在于:所述的机架包括侧板和工作台面,分切机构包括分切电机、锯杆和安装在锯杆上的若干分切锯片,锯杆固定安装在侧板上,且锯杆的一端通过联轴器与分切电机连接,分切锯片露于工作台面用于切料,送料压料机构和定长切料机构分别位于工作台面的前后侧;可同时切割出多条指定长度厚薄的PVC小块,大大提升工作效率,减少工人劳动强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及切割设备技术领域,具体涉及一种新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机。
背景技术
PVC板是以PVC为原料制成的截面为蜂巢状网眼结构的板材。又称为装饰膜、附胶膜,是一种真空吸塑膜,用于各类面板的表层包装,应用于建材、包装、医药等诸多行业。
目前,传统的PVC板材一般由人工手动用刀片进行切割,由于人工切割工作效率低,长度和厚度不均匀,后期还要有人工筛选,工人劳动强度大;而且人工切割过程中容易切到手指,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,可同时切割出多条指定长度厚薄的PVC小块,大大提升工作效率,减少工人劳动强度。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,包括机架、送料压料机构、分切机构和定长切料机构,其特征在于:所述的机架包括侧板和工作台面,分切机构包括分切电机、锯杆和安装在锯杆上的若干分切锯片,锯杆固定安装在侧板上,且锯杆的一端通过联轴器与分切电机连接,分切锯片露于工作台面用于切料,送料压料机构和定长切料机构分别位于工作台面的前后侧。
作为优选的,所述的送料压料机构包括送料装置和压料装置。
进一步的,所述的送料装置包括送料电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、上辊筒和下辊筒,上辊筒和下辊筒分别安装在侧板上,主动齿轮和从动齿轮相啮合,且主动齿轮连接送料电机,从动齿轮与下辊筒相连,上辊筒可上下活动的设置在侧板上,压料装置位于上辊筒的下方,且上辊筒两侧上端设有调节螺栓。
进一步的,所述的压料装置包括压板,压板位于工作台面的上端,压板的一端通过弹力组件与上辊筒连接,压板的另一端设有防止分切后PVC板材重叠的压杆组件。
进一步的,所述的弹力组件包括沉头和弹簧,沉头一端与压板之间通过紧固螺母固定,另一端与上辊筒活动连接,弹簧套设在沉头上,弹簧与上辊筒之间设有垫片。
进一步的,所述的压杆组件包括压杆和位于压杆两侧的拉力弹簧,压杆可上下活动的安装在侧板上,拉力弹簧的一端与压杆连接,另一端固定在侧板上。
优选的,所述的定长切料机构包括导轨、传送电机、齿轮、齿条、支架和电据,导轨安装在侧板的上端,齿条固定在导轨上,传送电机和电据安装在支架上,支架通过滑块活动设置在导轨上,齿轮设于传送电机的输出端并与齿条啮合。
进一步的,所述的导轨上安装设有感应器。
进一步的,所述的支架和导轨之间设有用于安装传送电机和电据的电源线和信号线的拖链,拖链一端安装在支架上,另一端通过拖链支架固定在齿条的端部。
优选的,所述工作台面的前侧设有滑道。
本发明的有益效果是:可同时切割出多条指定长度厚薄的PVC小块,大大提升工作效率,减少工人劳动强度。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明所解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图与实施例,对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-5所示,本发明一种新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,包括机架、送料压料机构、分切机构和定长切料机构,机架包括侧板1和工作台面2,工作台面2的前侧设有滑道3。分切机构包括分切电机4、锯杆5和安装在锯杆5上的若干分切锯片6,锯杆5通过轴承固定安装在侧板上,且锯杆5的一端通过联轴器7与分切电机4连接,分切锯片6露于工作台面2用于切料,通过分切电机4驱动锯杆5转动并带动锯杆5上的若干分切锯片6运转。送料压料机构和定长切料机构分别位于工作台面2的前后侧,PVC板材送料压料机构输送至工作台面2,并通过若干分切锯片6分切成多块条形PVC板,然后在通过定长切料机构将其切割成设定长度的条形PVC板。
其中,送料压料机构包括送料装置和压料装置。
送料装置包括送料电机8、主动齿轮9、从动齿轮10、上辊筒11和下辊筒12。上辊筒11和下辊筒12分别安装在侧板1上,主动齿轮9和从动齿轮10相啮合,且主动齿轮9连接送料电机8,从动齿轮10与下辊筒12相连,通过送料电机8驱动主动齿轮9带动从动齿轮10转动,从而使下辊筒12跟随转动。送料过程中,通过下辊筒12转动并配合上辊筒11将PVC板材输送至工作台面2。其中,上辊筒11可上下活动的设置在侧板1上,压料装置位于上辊筒11的下方,在上辊筒11两侧上端设置有调节螺栓13。PVC板材在工作台面2和压料装置之间运动,给予上辊筒11向上的推力,此时可通过拧动调节螺栓13,调节和限定上辊筒11的最高位置。由于PVC板材有一定的延展性,可达到对PVC板材厚度的调整和限定的作用。
压料装置包括压板14,压板14位于工作台面2的上端,压板14的一端通过弹力组件与上辊筒11连接,且压板14的端部向上弯曲,便于PVC板材的进入。压板14的另一端设有压杆组件,用于防止分切后PVC板材重叠,通过弹力组件和压力组件配合对PVC板材进行压紧。如图3所示,弹力组件包括沉头15和弹簧16,沉头15一端与压板之间通过紧固螺母17固定,另一端与上辊筒11活动连接,弹簧16套设在沉头15上,弹簧16与上辊筒11之间设有垫片18。压杆组件包括压杆19和位于压杆19两侧的拉力弹簧20,压杆19可上下活动的安装在侧板1上,拉力弹簧20的一端与压杆19连接,另一端固定在侧板1上。
如图2和5所示,定长切料机构包括导轨21、传送电机22、齿轮23、齿条24、支架25和电据26,导轨21安装在侧板1的上端,齿条23固定在导轨21上,传送电机22和电据26安装在支架25上,支架25通过滑块27活动设置在导轨21上,齿轮23设于传送电机22的输出端并与齿条24啮合,通过传送电机22驱动带动齿轮23转动,使齿轮23在齿条24上来回移动,同时使传送电机22和电据26跟随支架25通过滑块27在导轨21上来回移动,移动过程中电据26工作,带动电据26上面的锯片转动,对已经分切成条形的PVC板进行横向切割,切割成多条设定长度的条形PVC板。在导轨21上安装设置有感应器28,感应器28与切割机的控制系统连接,可事先在控制面板上设定所需的长度,然后通过感应器感28应并传送信息给控制系统控制定长切料机构复位,对PVC板进行定长切割。支架25和导轨21之间设有用于安装传送电机22和电据26的电源线和信号线的拖链29,拖链29一端安装在支架25上,另一端通过拖链支架30固定在齿条24的端部。

Claims (10)
1.一种新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,包括机架、送料压料机构、分切机构和定长切料机构,其特征在于:所述的机架包括侧板和工作台面,分切机构包括分切电机、锯杆和安装在锯杆上的若干分切锯片,锯杆固定安装在侧板上,且锯杆的一端通过联轴器与分切电机连接,分切锯片露于工作台面用于切料,送料压料机构和定长切料机构分别位于工作台面的前后侧。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述的送料压料机构包括送料装置和压料装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述的送料装置包括送料电机、主动齿轮、从动齿轮、上辊筒和下辊筒,上辊筒和下辊筒分别安装在侧板上,主动齿轮和从动齿轮相啮合,且主动齿轮连接送料电机,从动齿轮与下辊筒相连,上辊筒可上下活动的设置在侧板上,压料装置位于上辊筒的下方,且上辊筒两侧上端设有调节螺栓。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述的压料装置包括压板,压板位于工作台面的上端,压板的一端通过弹力组件与上辊筒连接,压板的另一端设有防止分切后PVC板材重叠的压杆组件。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述的弹力组件包括沉头和弹簧,沉头一端与压板之间通过紧固螺母固定,另一端与上辊筒活动连接,弹簧套设在沉头上,弹簧与上辊筒之间设有垫片。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述的压杆组件包括压杆和位于压杆两侧的拉力弹簧,压杆可上下活动的安装在侧板上,拉力弹簧的一端与压杆连接,另一端固定在侧板上。
7.根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述的定长切料机构包括导轨、传送电机、齿轮、齿条、支架和电据,导轨安装在侧板的上端,齿条固定在导轨上,传送电机和电据安装在支架上,支架通过滑块活动设置在导轨上,齿轮设于传送电机的输出端并与齿条啮合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述的导轨上安装设有感应器。
9.根据权利要求7所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述的支架和导轨之间设有用于安装传送电机和电据的电源线和信号线的拖链,拖链一端安装在支架上,另一端通过拖链支架固定在齿条的端部。
10.根据权利要求1所述的新型PVC板材定长定厚切割机,其特征在于:所述工作台面的前侧设有滑道。
