Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an external traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin diseases, in particular to an external traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating furuncle and acne, belonging to the technical field of external traditional Chinese medicine preparations.
Background
When the traditional Chinese medicine is used for treating inflammation and infection such as acne and furuncle, in the field of western medicine treatment, antibiotics, hormones and antifungal medicines are used, so that the side effect is large, the recurrence is easy, and scars can be formed after healing.
The traditional Chinese medicine is mainly attributed to 'internal damp-heat and external wind-evil and heat evil', and the treatment with the medicines for clearing heat and removing toxicity, dispelling wind and eliminating dampness can be said to be symptomatic medicine, but years of clinical practice shows that the simple evil-eliminating therapy can play a certain curative effect, but has three defects:
(1) although the effect is quick, the effect is obviously reduced after a plurality of days of treatment, and a long time is often needed for healing;
(2) for intractable patients, especially those who are not cured by long-term illness, the effect is not good;
(3) after healing, the skin of a patient often has obvious scars, and the skin is particularly unacceptable for patients with diseases on the face.
The applicant of the invention tries to develop the invention by using a treatment idea of strengthening body resistance as a main part and eliminating evil as an auxiliary part, and clinical application shows that the invention has obvious curative effect on acne and furuncle, has special effect on recovery of skin damage and scar after disease elimination, can quickly cure acne and furuncle after most patients (including patients who are not cured for a long time before treatment) are treated by the formula, basically recovers the skin to a normal state, and has no scar after most patients are cured, which is particularly important for patients with diseases on the face.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing an external traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating skin diseases aiming at the defects in the prior art, the traditional Chinese medicine composition has the effects of diminishing inflammation, sterilizing, relieving itching, healing wounds and promoting tissue regeneration, can quickly relieve skin inflammatory reaction, has obvious curative effects on diseases such as acne, furuncle and the like, and has good effects on healing and recovering skin lesions caused by corresponding diseases.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a topical Chinese medicinal composition for treating dermatogic disease is prepared from the following raw materials by percolation or soaking method: 50-200 parts of dragon's blood, 30-80 parts of lithospermum, 12-30 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 12-30 parts of honeysuckle and 10-30 parts of liquorice.
In the technical scheme, the raw materials in parts by mass are preferably as follows: 100 parts of dragon's blood, 40 parts of lithospermum, 20 parts of sophora flavescens, 20 parts of honeysuckle and 12 parts of liquorice.
In the technical scheme, the external traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the skin diseases is prepared by a percolation method, and the method comprises the following steps: grinding 30-80 parts of lithospermum, 12-30 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 12-30 parts of honeysuckle and 10-30 parts of liquorice into coarse powder, placing the coarse powder into a percolation cylinder, continuously adding 95 percent (volume fraction) of ethanol which is 12 times (volume: mass) of the coarse powder into the coarse powder from the upper part of the percolation cylinder, and dynamically leaching and extracting to obtain a leaching solution A; 50-200 parts of dragon's blood is dissolved in 95 percent ethanol with the volume of 4 times (volume: mass) to obtain liquid B; mixing the liquid A and the liquid B, standing for 24h, filtering, and diluting the evaporated liquid to 5-10 times of the total weight of the raw materials (volume: mass) to obtain the topical Chinese medicinal composition for treating dermatosis;
preferably, the 12 times amount refers to the volume of 95% ethanol: the mass of the coarse powder is 12: 1; the 4 times of the ethanol refers to the volume of 95% ethanol: the mass of the dragon's blood is 4: 1; the 5-10 times refers to the volume after constant volume: 5-10 of the total mass of the raw materials: 1;
preferably, the particle size of the coarse powder is 0.1-0.8 cm;
preferably, when 12 times of 95% ethanol of the coarse powder is continuously added to the coarse powder from the upper part of the percolation cylinder for dynamic leaching extraction, the 95% ethanol is added within 20-30 h;
preferably, the temperature of evaporation does not exceed 65 ℃.
In the technical scheme, the external traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the skin diseases is prepared by a soaking method, and the method comprises the following steps: grinding 50-200 parts of dragon's blood, 30-80 parts of lithospermum, 12-30 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 12-30 parts of honeysuckle and 10-30 parts of liquorice into coarse powder, soaking the coarse powder in 95% ethanol with the amount of 10 times (volume: mass) of the coarse powder for 4-5 days, stirring the coarse powder for several times every day, filtering the mixture, and fixing the volume of the filtrate to 5-10 times (volume: mass) of the total mass of the raw materials to obtain the external traditional Chinese medicine composition for treating the skin diseases;
preferably, the 10-fold amount refers to the volume of 95% ethanol: the mass of the coarse powder is 10: 1; the 5-10 times refers to the volume after constant volume: 5-10 of the total mass of the raw materials: 1;
preferably, the particle size of the coarse powder is 0.1-0.8 cm.
The invention also provides an external traditional Chinese medicine preparation for treating skin diseases, which is prepared by concentrating the external traditional Chinese medicine composition obtained by the percolation method or the soaking method into fluid extract or drying the fluid extract into powder, then adding the matrix commonly used in the field, uniformly mixing the mixture and preparing the acceptable preparation according to the conventional method in the field;
