Abstract
一种黏合用组成物用来将织物与乙烯‑丙烯‑二烯系橡胶材单元黏合,且包含橡胶胶乳、酚醛聚合物组分、交联剂及促进剂。该交联剂选自于丙烯酸酯系化合物、甲基丙烯酸酯系化合物、丙烯酸盐系化合物、甲基丙烯酸盐系化合物、N,N’‑间苯双马来酰亚胺,或上述任意的组合,且以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该交联剂的含量范围为0.1以上至小于1.0重量份。通过该交联剂及其含量的设计,提升该黏合用组成物与该织物及该乙烯‑丙烯‑二烯系橡胶材单元的接着力,使该织物与该乙烯‑丙烯‑二烯系橡胶材单元黏合在一起而不易脱离彼此,且于长期高温下使用也不易脱离彼此。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种黏合剂,特别是涉及一种包含橡胶胶乳及酚醛聚合物的黏合用组成物、经处理的织物及复合积层体。
背景技术
公开号为1314977的中国专利文献揭示一种输送带,包含两层黏合橡胶层以及多条黏合埋设于所述黏合橡胶层间的经处理芯线。所述黏合橡胶层皆由乙烯-α-烯烃-二烯橡胶所构成。所述经处理芯线是利用间苯二酚-甲醛水溶液-胶乳黏合剂组合物含浸在多条芯线中后进行一黏合处理所形成。该黏合处理包括于200℃至240℃的加热干燥程序。该间苯二酚-甲醛水溶液-胶乳黏合剂组合物包含胶乳、金属氧化物及含硫的硫化促进剂,且该胶乳的固体组分中包括50wt%至100wt%的氯磺化聚乙烯系高分子,而该氯磺化聚乙烯系高分子选自于氯磺化聚乙烯及/或烷基化氯磺化聚乙烯。通过氯磺化聚乙烯系高分子,使得所述经处理芯线与所述黏合橡胶层间具有优异的动态黏结力,因而使得该输送带具有优异的动态特性。
虽该输送带具有优异的动态特性,但所述经处理芯线与所述黏合橡胶层间的黏合力仍不佳,使得所述经处理芯线与所述黏合橡胶层长期使用下易于相互脱离,甚至当该输送带长期处于高温下,所述经处理芯线与所述黏合橡胶层间的接着力变差而更易于相互脱离,导致该输送带无法被使用,而使得该输送带的使用期限不符合业者所需,因而造成设备成本的增加。
发明内容
本发明的第一目的在于提供一种至少能够解决先前技术所述的一缺点的黏合用组成物。
本发明黏合用组成物用来将一织物与乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元黏合。该黏合用组成物包含橡胶胶乳、酚醛聚合物组分、交联剂及促进剂。该交联剂选自于丙烯酸酯系化合物、甲基丙烯酸酯系化合物、丙烯酸盐系化合物、甲基丙烯酸盐系化合物、N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺(N,N'-m-phenylenedimaleimide,简称PDM),或上述任意的组合,且以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该交联剂的含量范围为0.1重量份以上至小于1.0重量份。
本发明的第二目的,即在提供一种经处理的织物。
本发明经处理的织物,利用将上述的黏合用组成物与一织物接触,并进行一加热处理所形成。
本发明的第三目的,即在提供一种复合积层体。
本发明复合积层体,利用将上述的黏合用组成物与一织物接触并进行一加热处理,接着与乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元接触并进行一热压处理所形成。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过该交联剂及其含量的设计,提升该黏合用组成物与该织物及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元的接着力,以使该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元黏合在一起,而不易脱离彼此,且于长期高温下使用,也不易脱离彼此。
以下将就本发明内容进行详细说明。
<织物>
该织物的材质例如但不限于聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(polyethyleneterephthalate,简称PET)、聚酰胺酯(polyamide,简称PA),或聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(polyethylene naphthalate,简称PEN)等。
为使该织物与本发明黏合用组成物间具有更佳的接着力,该织物包括一织物本体及数个设置在织物本体的活化组分。该活化组分用来与本发明黏合用组成物形成化学键结,以提升该织物与本发明黏合用组成物间的接着力。所述活化组分设置在该织物本体的内部或/及表面。该织物本体具有多条相互交织的纱线。所述活化组分分别设置于所述纱线内。每一活化组分包括至少一活化剂。该活化剂可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该活化剂例如但不限于环氧系化合物或异氰酸酯系化合物等。
该环氧系化合物为一具有至少两个环氧基的环氧系化合物。该环氧系化合物利用卤化环氧化物与具有至少两个羟基的化合物进行反应所形成。该具有至少两个羟基的化合物可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该具有至少两个羟基的化合物,例如但不限于多元醇系化合物或多元酚系化合物等。该多元醇系化合物,例如但不限于乙二醇(ethyleneglycol)、丙三醇(glycerin)或山梨糖醇(sorbitol)等。该多元酚系化合物,例如但不限于双酚A(bisphenol A)。
该异氰酸酯系化合物可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该异氰酸酯系化合物,例如但不限于二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(methylenediphenyl diisocyanate,简称MDI)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(toluene diisocyanate,简称TDI)或封端型(blocked)异氰酸酯系化合物等。为避免该异氰酸酯系化合物的反应官能基与水反应,使得能与本发明黏合用组成物反应的反应官能基减少,较佳地,该异氰酸酯系化合物为封端型异氰酸酯系化合物。该封端型异氰酸酯系化合物是由封端剂与具有反应官能基的异氰酸酯系化合物的反应官能基反应所形成。该封端型异氰酸酯系化合物于高温下使用,会解封而重新生成具有反应官能基的异氰酸酯系化合物及封端剂。该封端剂,例如但不限于含活泼氢的化合物。该含活泼氢的化合物可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该含活泼氢的化合物例如但不限于己内酰胺(caprolactam)、甲基乙基酮肟(methylethylketoxime)、丙二酸二乙酯(diethylmalonate,简称DEM)、乙酰乙酸乙酯(ethyl acetoacetate),或亚硫酸氢钠(sodiumbisulfite)等。
<乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元>
该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元包括至少一层乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材。该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材包含共聚物,且该共聚物是一由包含乙烯系化合物、丙烯系化合物与二烯系化合物的组分进行聚合反应所形成。为提升该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材的耐热接着性,该组分还包含过氧化物。该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材例如但不限于乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片、乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶块或乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶膜等。
<<黏合用组成物>>
该黏合用组成物包含橡胶胶乳、酚醛聚合物组分、交联剂及促进剂。较佳地,该黏合用组成物的总量为100wt%计,该黏合用组成物的固形分的含量范围为10wt%至30wt%。
<橡胶胶乳>
该橡胶胶乳,例如但不限于丁苯胶乳、丁苯吡胶乳或氯磺化聚烯烃胶乳等。较佳地,该橡胶胶乳为氯磺化聚烯烃胶乳。该氯磺化聚烯烃胶乳包含氯磺化聚烯烃。该氯磺化聚烯烃,例如但不限于氯磺化聚乙烯(chlorosulfonated polyethylene)。该氯磺化聚乙烯具有乙烯重复单元(CH2CH2)、氯乙烯重复单元及氯磺化乙烯重复单元
<酚醛聚合物组分>
该酚醛聚合物组分包含酚醛聚合物。该酚醛聚合物例如但不限于一由苯二酚系化合物与醛系化合物在碱性触媒存在下经缩合聚合反应所形成的酚醛聚合物。该苯二酚系化合物例如但不限于苯二酚。该醛系化合物例如但不限于甲醛。较佳地,该苯二酚系化合物与该醛系化合物的摩尔比例范围为1:3至3:1。较佳地,该缩合聚合反应的反应温度范围为20℃至40℃。较佳地,该缩合聚合反应的反应时间范围为4小时至6小时。以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该酚醛聚合物的含量范围为10重量份至35重量份。该碱性触媒例如但不限于氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾或氢氧化镁等。
<交联剂>
为使该黏合用组成物与该织物及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力更佳,较佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该交联剂的含量范围为0.1重量份至0.8重量份。更佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该交联剂的含量范围为0.1重量份至0.75重量份。又更佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该交联剂的含量范围为0.25重量份至0.75重量份。
该交联剂中的丙烯酸酯系化合物可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该丙烯酸酯系化合物例如但不限于三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯(trimethylolpropane triacrylate,简称TMPTA)或二丙烯酸乙二醇酯(ethylene glycol diacrylate,简称EGDA)等。该交联剂中的甲基丙烯酸酯系化合物可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该甲基丙烯酸酯系化合物例如但不限于三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯(trimethylolpropane trimethacrylate,简称TMPTMA)。该丙烯酸盐系化合物可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该丙烯酸盐系化合物例如但不限于丙烯酸锌系化合物。该丙烯酸锌系化合物例如但不限于二丙烯酸锌(zincdiacrylate,简称ZDA)。该甲基丙烯酸盐系化合物可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该甲基丙烯酸盐系化合物例如但不限于甲基丙烯酸锌系化合物。该甲基丙烯酸锌系化合物例如但不限于二甲基丙烯酸锌(zinc dimethacrylate,简称ZDMA)。较佳地,该交联剂选自于三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二丙烯酸乙二醇酯、N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺、二丙烯酸锌、二甲基丙烯酸锌,或上述任意组合。较佳地,该交联剂为N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺。
<促进剂>
本发明黏合用组成物还包含促进剂。该促进剂用来促进该交联剂与该织物间或该交联剂与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的交联反应。为有效地促进该交联剂与该织物间或该交联剂与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的交联反应,以提升该黏合用组成物与该织物及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力,且避免该黏合用组成物中的橡胶胶乳自身进行反应,导致降低该黏合用组成物与该织物及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力,较佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该促进剂的含量范围为1重量份至15重量份。更佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该促进剂的含量范围为3重量份至10重量份。又更佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该促进剂的含量范围为5重量份至8重量份。该促进剂可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该促进剂例如但不限于噻唑系(thiazole-based)促进剂、磺酰胺系(sulphenamide-based)促进剂、秋兰姆系(thiuram sulphide-based)促进剂,或二硫代胺基甲酸盐系(dithiocarbamate-based)促进剂等。该噻唑系促进剂例如但不限于二硫化二苯并噻唑(dibenzothiazyl disulfide,简称MBTS)。较佳地,该促进剂为噻唑系促进剂。
<金属氧化物>
本发明黏合用组成物还包含金属氧化物。该金属氧化物用来与该促进剂形成高反应性的错合物,以加速该交联剂与该织物间或该交联剂与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的交联反应,且避免该黏合用组成物中的橡胶胶乳自身进行反应,导致降低该黏合用组成物与该织物及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力,较佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该金属氧化物的含量范围为1重量份至10重量份。更佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该金属氧化物的含量范围为1重量份至5重量份。又更佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该金属氧化物的含量范围为1重量份至2重量份。该金属氧化物可单独一种使用或混合多种使用,且该金属氧化物例如但不限于氧化锌(ZnO)、氧化镁(MgO)或氧化铅(PbO)等。较佳地,该金属氧化物为氧化锌。
当该金属氧化物与该促进剂一同使用时,为使该黏合用组成物与该织物及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力更佳,较佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该金属氧化物及该促进剂的总量和范围为2重量份至25重量份。更佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该金属氧化物及该促进剂的总量和范围为4重量份至15重量份。又更佳地,以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该金属氧化物及该促进剂的总量和范围为6重量份至10重量份。
<<经处理的织物>>
该经处理的织物利用将上述的黏合用组成物与一织物接触,并进行一加热处理所形成。该织物如上所述,所以不再赘述。该黏合用组成物与该织物接触的方式例如但不限于辊涂法(gravure coating)、喷涂法(spray coating),或浸涂法(dip coating)。该加热处理是用来使该黏合用组成物与该织物间形成化学键结,以提升该黏合用组成物与该织物的接着力。该加热处理的温度及时间根据该织物的种类、厚度及在该织物上的该黏合用组成物的量进行调整。为使该黏合用组成物与该织物间有效地形成化学键结,且避免使该黏合用组成物与该织物间过度地反应,导致该黏合用组成物无法与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元形成化学键结,较佳地,该加热处理的操作温度范围为120℃至180℃。较佳地,该加热处理的操作时间范围为0.5分钟至3分钟。
<<复合积层体>>
该复合积层体利用将上述的黏合用组成物与一织物接触并进行一加热处理,接着与乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元接触并进行一热压处理所形成。该织物、该加热处理及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元如上所述,所以不再赘述。该热压处理是用来使该黏合用组成物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元形成化学键结,以提升该黏合用组成物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元的接着力。该热压处理的温度及时间根据在该织物上的该黏合用组成物的量及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元的量或厚度等进行调整。较佳地,该热压处理的操作温度范围为150℃至170℃。较佳地,该热压处理的操作时间范围为20分钟至40分钟。
该复合积层体可应用至一输送带中,并作为该输送带的一部分或全部。该输送带例如一用于输送发电厂的煤渣的输送带、一用于输送钢铁厂的烧结矿料或矿渣的输送带、一输送水泥厂的高温物料的输送带,或一输送冶炼厂的高温物料的输送带。
具体实施方式
本发明将就以下实施例来作进一步说明,但应了解的是,该实施例仅为例示说明用,而不应被解释为本发明实施的限制。
制备例1N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺水溶液
将1000克的水与4.4克的N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺混合并搅拌分散1小时。
制备例2三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯水溶液
将1000克的水与4.4克的三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯(triallyl isocyanurate)混合并搅拌分散1小时。
实施例1黏合用组成物
将200克的水与0.7克的氢氧化钠混合并搅拌至该氢氧化钠完全溶解,接着加入11克的间-苯二酚并搅拌至该间苯二酚完全溶解,然后加入16.2克且浓度为37wt%的甲醛溶液,并于30±2℃下搅拌5小时,形成酚醛聚合物组分。将浓度为10wt%的氢氧化钾水溶液加入氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳(住友精化制,型号:Sepolex CSM),使该氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳的pH值调整到6.5至7.5间,形成一经处理的氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳。将256.4克的经处理的氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳与该酚醛聚合物组分混合并搅拌均匀,接着加入14.65克的包含氧化锌及二硫化二苯并噻唑的功能试剂(住友精化制,型号:DZ42,固形分的含量为42%,氧化锌与二硫化二苯并噻唑的重量比例为1:5)及153.7克的水,并于30±2℃搅拌2小时后。然后,加入23.2克的制备例1的N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺水溶液后并搅拌0.5小时。
实施例2至4及比较例1至3
实施例2至4及比较例1至3是以与实施例1相同的步骤来制备黏合用组成物,不同的地方在于如表1所示。

应用例1复合积层体
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯织物(厂牌:亚东工业;型号:EE200AAY,活化纱)浸渍于实施例1的黏合用组成物,接着放入一定型烘干机(厂牌:Rapid制;型号:R-3),并于120℃进行120秒的干燥处理,以使水分被移除,然后,加热至150℃进行180秒的加热处理,以使该织物与该黏合用组成物间形成化学键结,形成一经处理的织物。提供一乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元,且该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元包括一厚度为0.8mm的第一乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片(厂牌:中国台湾三五橡胶厂股份有限公司制;型号:HP100)及一设置在该第一乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片上且厚度为2.5mm的第二乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片(厂牌:中国台湾三五橡胶厂股份有限公司制;型号:HR500;成分:乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶)。将该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元的第一乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片覆盖至该经处理的织物上,形成一叠层。接着将该叠层置入于一热压成型试验机(厂牌:宝大国际仪器制;型号:PT-3110)的模具内进行一热压处理,且该热压处理的操作温度为160℃、操作压力为10Mpa及操作时间为30分钟。待该热压处理结束后,静置于室温下使其冷却16小时,然后裁切成长为15cm且宽为2.5cm,形成一复合积层体。
应用例2至4及比较应用例1至3复合积层体
应用例2至4及比较应用例1至3是以与应用例1相同的步骤来制备复合积层体,不同的地方在于改变黏合用组成物,如表2所示。
比较应用例4
将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯织物(厂牌:亚东工业;型号:EE200AAY)浸渍于比较例1的黏合用组成物,接着放入一定型烘干机(厂牌:Rapid制;型号:R-3),并于120℃进行120秒的干燥处理,以使水分被移除,然后,加热至150℃进行180秒的加热处理,形成一半成品。将乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片(厂牌:中国台湾三五橡胶厂股份有限公司制;型号:HP100)以甲苯溶解,形成一涂布液。将该涂布液涂覆于该半成品的表面,接着以80℃进行加热3分钟,以去除甲苯,形成比较应用例4的经处理的织物。提供一乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元,且该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元包括一厚度为0.8mm的第一乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片(厂牌:中国台湾三五橡胶厂股份有限公司制;型号:HP100)及一设置在该第一乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片上且厚度为2.5mm的第二乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片(厂牌:中国台湾三五橡胶厂股份有限公司制;型号:HR500;成分:乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶)。将该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元的第一乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶片覆盖至该比较应用例4的经处理的织物上,形成比较应用例4的叠层。接着将该比较应用例4的叠层置入于一热压成型试验机(厂牌:宝大国际仪器制;型号:PT-3110)的模具内进行热压处理,且该热压处理的操作温度为160℃、操作压力为10Mpa及操作时间为30分钟。待该热压处理结束后,静置于室温下使其冷却16小时,然后裁切成长为15cm且宽为2.5cm,形成比较应用例4的复合积层体。
评价项目
初始接着力量测:使用一拉力测试机(厂牌:Instron制;型号:5566)依据标准方法ASTM D4393-04对应用例1至4及比较应用例1至4的复合积层体进行接着力测试,且测试的拉伸速度设定为100mm/min。
老化接着力量测:将初始接着力量测所述的应用例1至4及比较应用例1至4的复合积层体放入一温度设定在200℃的热风烘箱(厂牌:Prema制;型号:RHD-452)中4小时,接着自该热风烘箱取出并冷却,然后使用一拉力测试机(厂牌:Instron制;型号:5566)依据标准方法ASTM D4393-04对应用例1至4及比较应用例1至4的复合积层体进行接着力测试,且测试的拉伸速度设定为100mm/min。
橡胶覆盖率(单位:%):以目视观察经初始接着力量测后及经老化接着力量测后的应用例1至4及比较应用例1至4的复合积层体,并评量出该复合积层体中该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元覆盖在该经处理的织物的程度。○:70%至100%;△:40%至小于70%;╳:<40%。
浸胶率(Dipping pick up,简称DPU,单位:%):将应用例1至4及比较应用例1至4的经处理的织物通过式(1)计算出该黏合用组成物的含量。该式(1)为:浸胶率(%)=[(经处理的织物重量-织物重量)/织物重量]×100%。

由表2的应用例1至4及比较应用例1的实验数据可知,比较应用例1的复合积层体因所使用的黏合用组成物未包含交联剂,使得该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力不佳,而本发明应用例1至4的复合积层体因所使用的黏合用组成物包含交联剂,使得该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力变佳。
由表2的应用例1至4及比较应用例2的实验数据可知,比较应用例2的复合积层体因所使用的黏合用组成物的交联剂的含量过高,使得该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力不佳,而本发明应用例1至4的复合积层体因所使用的黏合用组成物的交联剂含量为0.1重量份至0.75重量份(以该氯磺化聚乙烯胶乳的固形分为100重量份计),使得该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力变佳。
由表2的应用例1至4及比较应用例3的实验数据可知,比较应用例3的复合积层体因所使用的黏合用组成物的交联剂为三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯,使得该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力不佳,而本发明应用例1至4的复合积层体因所使用的黏合用组成物的交联剂为N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺,使得该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力变佳。
由表2的应用例1至4及比较应用例4的实验数据可知,比较应用例4的复合积层体因所使用的黏合用组成物未包含交联剂且其虽使用一涂布液以辅助该黏合用组成物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力,但该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力仍不佳,而本发明应用例1至4的复合积层体因所使用的黏合用组成物包含交联剂,使得该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力变佳。
综上所述,通过该交联剂及其含量的设计,提升该黏合用组成物与该织物及该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元间的接着力,以使该织物与该乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元黏合在一起,而不易脱离彼此,且于长期高温下使用,也不易脱离彼此,所以确实能达成本发明的目的。
Claims (9)
1.一种黏合用组成物,用来将一织物与乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元黏合,其特征在于包含:
橡胶胶乳;
酚醛聚合物组分,包括酚醛聚合物;
交联剂,选自于丙烯酸酯系化合物、甲基丙烯酸酯系化合物、丙烯酸盐系化合物、甲基丙烯酸盐系化合物、N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺,或上述任意的组合,且以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该交联剂的含量范围为0.1重量份以上至小于1.0重量份;及
促进剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黏合用组成物,其特征在于:以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该交联剂的含量范围为0.1重量份至0.8重量份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的黏合用组成物,其特征在于:该交联剂选自于三羟甲基丙烷三丙烯酸酯、三羟甲基丙烷三甲基丙烯酸酯、二丙烯酸乙二醇酯、N,N’-间苯双马来酰亚胺、二丙烯酸锌、二甲基丙烯酸锌,或上述任意的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的黏合用组成物,其特征在于:以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该促进剂的含量范围为1重量份至15重量份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的黏合用组成物,其特征在于:该黏合用组成物还包含金属氧化物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的黏合用组成物,其特征在于:以该橡胶胶乳的固形分为100重量份计,该金属氧化物的含量范围为1重量份至10重量份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的黏合用组成物,其特征在于:该酚醛聚合物为一由苯二酚系化合物与醛系化合物经缩合聚合反应所形成的酚醛聚合物。
8.一种经处理的织物,其特征在于:利用将一如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的黏合用组成物与一织物接触,并进行一加热处理所形成。
9.一种复合积层体,其特征在于:利用将一如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的黏合用组成物与一织物接触并进行一加热处理,接着与乙烯-丙烯-二烯系橡胶材单元接触并进行一热压处理所形成。
