Abstract

本发明公开了一种冲压件新型覆膜工艺,准备背胶,将背胶预先冲切成型;将一片以上的背胶装入于载带中,背胶与载带之间固定连接,完成与载带之间的包装;背胶表面为一层离型纸,其底面通过粘胶粘合在准备的载带的上端面上;将组装完成的背胶与金属原材拉至冲切模具的对应位置实现两者的冲切,冲切时先去掉背胶表层的离型纸;冲切时,金属原材与载带同时进料,金属原材与载带之间呈“十”自进料方式设置;冲切完成后,利用排废胶带将与背胶贴合的载带进行剥离,实现排废;本发明解决模内排废的难题,取消使用覆膜机覆膜工站,降低膜起泡,贴偏等不良比率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种覆膜工艺,具体涉及一种冲压件新型覆膜工艺。
背景技术
现有技术是整张膜覆在冲压原材表面后,再冲切成所需的形状,这样的方式的弊端是先覆膜再冲切,导致后期模内排废困难,且整个过程需要使用覆膜机覆膜工站,降低膜起泡,贴偏等不良比率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种冲压件新型覆膜工艺,本发明先裁切背胶,再进行冲切,有效解决模内排废的难题,取消使用覆膜机覆膜工站,降低膜起泡,贴偏等不良比率。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种冲压件新型覆膜工艺,具体包括如下几个工艺步骤:
步骤一、准备背胶,将背胶预先冲切成型;
步骤二、将一片以上的背胶装入于载带中,背胶与载带之间固定连接,完成与载带之间的包装;
步骤三、背胶表面为一层离型纸,其底面通过粘胶粘合在准备的载带的上端面上;
步骤四、将组装完成的背胶与金属原材拉至冲切模具的对应位置实现两者的冲切,冲切时先去掉背胶表层的离型纸;
步骤五、冲切时,金属原材与载带同时进料,金属原材与载带之间呈“十”自进料方式设置;
步骤六、载带携带的背胶设置于金属原材的上端,金属原材则位于载带的底部;
步骤七、冲切完成后,利用排废胶带将与背胶贴合的载带进行剥离,实现排废。
作为优选的技术方案,所述载带的两侧分别设置有一个垫高层。
作为优选的技术方案,所述背胶上均自带有膜内小孔。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明先裁切背胶,再进行冲切,有效解决模内排废的难题,取消使用覆膜机覆膜工站,降低膜起泡,贴偏等不良比率。

如图1所示,首先准备背胶3,将背胶3预先冲切成型;将一片以上的背胶3装入于载带2中,背胶3与载带2之间固定连接,完成与载带2之间的包装;背胶表面为一层离型纸,其底面通过粘胶粘合在准备的载带的上端面上;将组装完成的背胶与金属原材拉至冲切模具的对应位置实现两者的冲切,冲切时先去掉背胶表层的离型纸;冲切时,金属原材与载带同时进料,金属原材与载带之间呈“十”自进料方式设置,如图2所示;载带携带的背胶设置于金属原材的上端,金属原材则位于载带的底部;冲切完成后,利用排废胶带将与背胶贴合的载带进行剥离,实现排废。其中,载带的两侧分别设置有一个垫高层1,背胶上均自带有膜内小孔。
工作过程:背胶预先冲切成型(包括膜内小孔),由载带包装,载带包含2侧垫高层,背胶(压合在载带表面)及离型纸;离型纸剥离后,背胶与金属原材拉至对应位置,冲切,再用排废胶带将与背胶贴合的PET载带剥离。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明先裁切背胶,再进行冲切,有效解决模内排废的难题,取消使用覆膜机覆膜工站,降低膜起泡,贴偏等不良比率。

Claims (3)

1.一种冲压件新型覆膜工艺,其特征在于,具体包括如下几个工艺步骤:
步骤一、准备背胶,将背胶预先冲切成型;
步骤二、将一片以上的背胶装入于载带中,背胶与载带之间固定连接,完成与载带之间的包装;
步骤三、背胶表面为一层离型纸,其底面通过粘胶粘合在准备的载带的上端面上;
步骤四、将组装完成的背胶与金属原材拉至冲切模具的对应位置实现两者的冲切,冲切时先去掉背胶表层的离型纸;
步骤五、冲切时,金属原材与载带同时进料,金属原材与载带之间呈“十”自进料方式设置;
步骤六、载带携带的背胶设置于金属原材的上端,金属原材则位于载带的底部;
步骤七、冲切完成后,利用排废胶带将与背胶贴合的载带进行剥离,实现排废。
2.如权利要求1所述的冲压件新型覆膜工艺,其特征在于,所述载带的两侧分别设置有一个垫高层。
