Abstract
本发明提供了一种带有限位机构的自动切块机,属于包装纸箱制作领域。其技术方案为:包括操作台、设置在操作台上的切割机、设置在切割机一侧的传送带;传送带分上下两层分别为上传送带和下传送带,上传送带设置在切割机锯片一侧并靠近切割机的锯片,上传送带上设置有限位机构,限位机构包括设置在上传送带的挡板上的限位板和设置在上传送带靠近切割机一侧的压紧机构,下传送带位于切割机一侧的所述挡板上设置有导向滑车。本发明的有益效果为:利用双层传送带与限位机构的配合使用,使垫块的切割稳定、收集更加简便,操作简单、省时省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装纸箱制作领域,尤其涉及一种带有限位机构的自动切块机。
背景技术
随着整个国际市场对包装物环保性要求的日益提高,为了达到快速商检通关以实现快速物流的要求,托盘生产商们成功研制出高强度的纸托盘,纸托盘制作时,将若干纸板粘在一起作为纸托盘的顶板,将若干纸板粘在一起切割成条状再加工成块状的底部垫块,再将垫块粘在顶板底部压实后,形成一个完整的纸托盘,在进行垫块的切割时,一般都是先良好尺寸或放在固定的带有尺寸标注的模板上用切割锯进行切割收集,费时费力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种切割稳定、收集更加简便,操作简单、省时省力的带有限位机构的自动切块机。
本发明是通过如下措施实现的:
一种带有限位机构的自动切块机,其特征在于,包括操作台、设置在所述操作台上的切割机、设置在所述切割机一侧的传送带;
所述传送带分上下两层分别为上传送带和下传送带,所述上传送带设置在所述切割机锯片一侧并靠近所述切割机的锯片,所述上传送带上传送面与所述操作平台齐平,所述下传送带靠近所述切割机一端长于所述上传送带,所述上传送带和所述下传送带两侧设置有挡板,所述挡板上分别设置有驱动所述上传送带的电机A和驱动所述下传送带的电机B,所述上传送带向所述切割机一侧进行传送,所述下传送带传送方向和所述上传送带传送方向相反;将原料放置在所述上传送带上进行输送,利用传送方向与所述上传送带传送方向相反的所述下传送带就行垫块收集;
所述操作台上所述切割机两侧设置有竖杆,所述两侧竖杆之间设置有横杆,所述横杆上设置有气缸,所述气缸上端与所述横杆下端面铰接,所述气缸的活塞杆与所述切割机前端锯座铰接,远离所述上传送带的所述竖杆中间位置设置有短杆,所述短杆上设置有与所述切割机的皮带保护壳接触的铁感应传感器,所述铁感应传感器与所述上传送带的所述驱动电机A相连;
所述上传送带上设置有限位机构,所述限位机构包括设置在所述上传送带的所述挡板上的限位板和设置在所述上传送带靠近所述切割机一侧的压紧机构,所述下传送带位于所述切割机一侧的所述挡板上设置有导向滑车。

所述压紧机构包括固定在所述上传送带的所述挡板外侧的升降机构和设置在所述升降机构上的转滚,所述升降机构包括设置在两侧所述挡板上的L形固定板,所述L形固定板设置有电缸,所述电缸的电推杆上端与所述转滚的边框相连。
所述限位板包括固定板和固定杆,所述挡板侧面开设有若干贯穿的圆孔,所述固定杆穿过所述圆孔位于所述挡板内侧一端设置有所述固定板,所述圆孔正上方所述挡板上端面开设有与所述圆孔连通的螺纹孔,所述螺纹孔内设置有螺栓,所述固定杆通过所述螺栓固定在所述圆孔内,所述固定板底部略高于所述上传送带的传送面。
所述导向滑车包括后挡板、左挡板和右挡板,所述导向滑车内所述左挡板和所述右挡板之间设置有倾斜的导向板,所述后挡板内侧设置有与所述上传送带上传送面齐平的支撑板B,所述支撑板B上方所述后挡板上设置有分别与所述气缸和所述电缸连接的压力传感器,所述左挡板和所述右挡板下端面设置有滚轮,所述下传送带的所述挡板上设置配合所述滚轮使用的滑道,所述左挡板和所述右挡板外侧底部设置有转板,所述转板底部和所述下传送带的所述挡板上开设有对应的螺纹孔,所述转板上端固定在所述导向滑车侧面,所述转板下端通过螺栓固定在所述下传送带的所述挡板上。
远离所述切割机一侧的所述限位板的所述固定板底部并排设置有若干滑轮,依靠所述导向滑车的滑动,调节切割垫块的大小,切割成型的垫块掉落到所述导向滑车上,沿所述导向板落到所述下传送带上。
所述操作台上设置有一对竖板,所述切割机下端面设置有一对连接板,所述连接板通过转轴设置在所述竖板之间,所述连接板与所述竖板之间设置有扭簧。
所述两侧限位板之间所述上传送带皮带上设置有若干方形拨片。
工作时,将纸板粘成一定厚度,并切割成长条状,先根据长条原料的宽度将两侧所述限位板调节到适合的距离,打开控制开关,当所述切割机处于初始状态,所述皮带保护壳碰触到所述铁感应传感器时,所述上传送带处于工作状态,将所述长条原料放置在两侧限位板的滚轮上,所述上传送带的所述拨片将所述原料推到所述上传送带上,所述上传送带将原料传送到所述切割机方向,当所述原料碰触到所述压力传感器时,所述压力传感器控制所述气缸与所述电缸伸缩,依靠所述电缸,使所述转滚压紧所述原料,当所述气缸推动所述切割机时,所述皮带保护壳与所述铁感应传感器脱离,所述上传送带停止传动,所述切割机将输送来的原料切成垫块,所述垫块掉入所述导向滑车落入所述下传送带,所述下传送带将垫块运送到工人位置方便收集,切割完后,所述切割机复位,所述皮带保护壳碰触到所述铁感应传感器,所述上传送带工作,继续输送原料,持续进行切割工作。
本发明的有益效果为:利用双层传送带与限位机构的配合使用,使垫块的切割稳定、收集更加简便,操作简单、省时省力。

参见图1,一种带有限位机构的自动切块机,其特征在于,包括操作台1、设置在操作台1上的切割机2、设置在切割机2一侧的传送带;
参见图1-4,传送带分上下两层分别为上传送带3和下传送带4,上传送带3设置在切割机2锯片一侧并靠近切割机2的锯片,上传送带3上传送面与操作平台齐平,下传送带4靠近切割机2一端长于上传送带3,上传送带3和下传送带4两侧设置有挡板13,挡板13上分别设置有驱动上传送带3的电机A9和驱动下传送带4的电机B8,上传送带3向切割机2一侧进行传送,下传送带4传送方向和上传送带3传送方向相反;将原料放置在上传送带3上进行输送,利用传送方向与上传送带3传送方向相反的下传送带4就行垫块收集;
参见图1和7,操作台1上切割机2两侧设置有竖杆24,两侧竖杆24之间设置有横杆25,横杆25上设置有气缸28,气缸28上端与横杆25下端面铰接,气缸28的活塞杆与切割机2前端锯座铰接,远离上传送带3的竖杆24中间位置设置有短杆26,短杆26上设置有与切割机2的皮带保护壳27接触的铁感应传感器29,铁感应传感器29与上传送带3的驱动电机A9相连;
参见图1和图4,上传送带3上设置有压紧机构6,压紧机构6包括设置在上传送带3的挡板13上的限位板7和设置在上传送带3靠近切割机2一侧的压紧机构,下传送带4位于切割机2一侧的挡板13上设置有导向滑车5。
参见图1、图4和图5,压紧机构包括固定在上传送带3的挡板13外侧的升降机构和设置在升降机构上的转滚19,升降机构包括设置在两侧挡板13上的L形固定板22,L形固定板22设置有电缸21,电缸21的电推杆23上端与转滚19的边框20相连。
参见图1、图4和图6,限位板7包括固定板15和固定杆14,挡板13侧面开设有若干贯穿的圆孔18,固定杆14穿过圆孔18位于挡板13内侧一端设置有固定板15,圆孔18正上方挡板13上端面开设有与圆孔连通的螺纹孔,螺纹孔内设置有螺栓17,固定杆14通过螺栓17固定在圆孔18内,固定板15底部略高于上传送带3的传送面。
参见图1-8,导向滑车5包括后挡板13、左挡板13和右挡板13,导向滑车5内左挡板13和右挡板13之间设置有倾斜的导向板,后挡板13内侧设置有与上传送带3上传送面齐平的支撑板B34,支撑板B34上方后挡板13上设置有分别与气缸28和电缸21连接的压力传感器33,左挡板13和右挡板13下端面设置有滚轮10,下传送带4的挡板13上设置配合滚轮10使用的滑道12,左挡板13和右挡板13外侧底部设置有转板11,转板11底部和下传送带4的挡板13上开设有对应的螺纹孔,转板11上端固定在导向滑车5侧面,转板11下端通过螺栓固定在下传送带4的挡板13上。
参见图1-8,远离切割机2一侧的限位板7的固定板15底部并排设置有若干滑轮16,依靠导向滑车5的滑动,调节切割垫块的大小,切割成型的垫块掉落到导向滑车5上,沿导向板落到下传送带4上;操作台1上设置有一对竖板32,切割机2下端面设置有一对连接板30,连接板30通过转轴31设置在竖板32之间,连接板30与竖板32之间设置有扭簧;两侧限位板7之间上传送带3皮带上设置有若干方形拨片。
参见图1-8,工作时,将纸板粘成一定厚度,并切割成长条状,先根据长条原料的宽度将两侧限位板7调节到适合的距离,打开控制开关,当切割机2处于初始状态,皮带保护壳27碰触到铁感应传感器29时,上传送带3处于工作状态,将长条原料放置在两侧限位板7的滚轮10上,上传送带3的拨片将原料推到上传送带3上,上传送带3将原料传送到切割机2方向,当原料碰触到压力传感器33时,压力传感器33控制气缸28与电缸21伸缩,依靠电缸21,使转滚19压紧原料,当气缸28推动切割机2时,皮带保护壳27与铁感应传感器29脱离,上传送带3停止传动,切割机2将输送来的原料切成垫块,垫块掉入导向滑车5落入下传送带4,下传送带4将垫块运送到工人位置方便收集,切割完后,切割机2复位,皮带保护壳27碰触到铁感应传感器29,上传送带3工作,继续输送原料,持续进行切割工作。
