Abstract
本发明公开了一种线路板自动固定切割装置,包括机架,在机架上设有滑动切刀,在滑动切刀下端的机架上设有工作台,在滑动切刀正下端的工作台上设有下刀片,在下刀片前侧的工作台上设有进料传送带和前出料传送带,在进料传送带和前出料传送带之间的工作台上设有升降台,在升降台前端的工作台上设有前推板,在前推板下端的工作台上压板,在进料传送带与升降台之间的工作台上设有升降推送装置,在下刀片后侧的工作台上设有后出料传送带,在后出料传送带后侧的工作台上设有后推板,在前推板和后推板上端均设有防止线路板向上翘起的防翘板。本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅能够将对多个线路板进行切割,同时还能自动将切割好的线路板传送走。

技术领域
本发明涉及PVB板分板设备,具体的说是一种线路板自动固定切割装置。
背景技术
现有技术中PVB板分板机在对线路板进行切割时需要人工拿着线路板进行切割,而且切割好的两块线路板需要人工取走,每次只能对一块线路板进行切割,切割效率低。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题本发明提供了一种能够对多个线路板进行切割、不需要人工固定线路板的线路板自动上料切割装置。
为了达到上述目的本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
1、本发明是一种线路板自动固定切割装置,包括机架,其特征在于:在机架上设置有滑动切刀,在滑动切刀下端的机架上设置有工作台,在滑动切刀正下端的工作台上设置有下刀片,在下刀片前侧的工作台上设置有进料传送带和前出料传送带,在进料传送带和前出料传送带之间的工作台上设置有升降台,在升降台前端的工作台上设置有前推板,在前推板下端的工作台上设置有防止第二块线路板前端搭在第一块线路板后端的压板,在进料传送带与升降台之间的工作台上设置有升降推送装置,在下刀片后侧的工作台上设置有后出料传送带,在后出料传送带后侧的工作台上设置有后推板,在前推板和后推板上端均设置有防止线路板向上翘起的防翘板。
2、本发明的进一步改进在于:在下刀片两端的工作台上设置有下挡板。
3、本发明的进一步改进在于:滑动切刀设置在刀片座在,在滑动切刀两侧的刀片座上设置有上挡板。
4、本发明的进一步改进在于:后出料传送带的上表面高度与下刀片的高度相同,前出料传送带和进料传送带的高度比下刀片的高度低。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在工作台的前后两侧均设置有支撑座,在支撑座上端设置有两个气缸,前推板和后推板分别设置在工作台前侧和后侧的气缸上,在前推板下端的支撑座上设置有感应升降台的红外线感应器。
本发明的进一步改进在于:在前推板和后推板上均设置有压力传感器。
5、本发明的进一步改进在于:升降推送装置包括升降座,升降座设置在工作台上的凹槽中,在升降座降到最低状态下升降推送装置的上表面与进料传送带和升降台的上表面在同一平面,在升降座上设置有挡块,在贴近升降台一侧的挡块上设置有推动板,推动板通过微型自动推杆带动。
本发明的进一步改进在于:压板通过设置在工作台上的气缸带动。
本发明的有益效果是:线路板由进料传送带传送到升降台上,在升降台上设置有感应线路板的感应器,在感应器感应到线路板后压板在气缸的带动下向后收缩,升降台升起与下刀片保持同样高度,在前推板和后推板的固定下确保线路板被切割的位置处于滑动切刀的正下方,线路板被切割下来的一半落在后出料传送带上并被后出料传送带传送走,另一半落处在升降台上,升降台降在于进料传送带的同一水平面上时升降推送装置将升起,推动板在微型自动推杆的带动下向前推送线路板,线路板被推送到前出料传送带上,不需要人工固定线路板,同时还能对多个线路板进行切割,切割好的线路板能够被自动传送走,减轻了工人的劳动量,同时提高了加工速度。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅能够将对多个线路板进行切割,同时还能自动将切割好的线路板传送走。

为了加强对本发明的理解,下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步的详细描述,该实施例仅用于解释本发明,并不对本发明的保护范围构成限定。
如图1-3所示,本发明是一种线路板自动固定切割装置,包括机架,其特征在于:在机架上设置有滑动切刀2,在滑动切刀2下端的机架上设置有工作台1,在滑动切刀2正下端的工作台1上设置有下刀片3,在下刀片3前侧的工作台1上设置有进料传送带4和前出料传送带5,在进料传送带4和前出料传送带5之间的工作台1上设置有升降台6,在升降台6前端的工作台1上设置有前推板7,在前推板7下端的工作台1上设置有防止第二块线路板前端搭在第一块线路板后端的压板8,在进料传送带4与升降台6之间的工作台1上设置有升降推送装置,在下刀片3后侧的工作台1上设置有后出料传送带9,在后出料传送带9后侧的工作台1上设置有后推板10,在前推板7和后推板10上端均设置有防止线路板向上翘起的防翘板,在下刀片3两端的工作台1上设置有下挡板,滑动切刀2设置在刀片座在,在滑动切刀2两侧的刀片座上设置有上挡板,后出料传送带9的上表面高度与下刀片3的高度相同,前出料传送带5和进料传送带4的高度比下刀片3的高度低,被切割下来的线路板直接被后出料传送带9传送走,在工作台1的前后两侧均设置有支撑座11,在支撑座11上端设置有两个气缸,前推板7和后推板10分别设置在工作台1前侧和后侧的气缸上,在前推板7下端的支撑座11上设置有感应升降台6的红外线感应器,在升降台6上设置的感应线路板的感应器感应到线路板后,进料传送带、前出料传送带和后出料传送带停止传送,设置在工作台前端的自动伸缩拨杆将停留在升降推送装置的线路板推到升降台6上,压板8通过设置在工作台1上的气缸带动下向后收缩,升降台6向上升起,升降推送装置包括升降座12,升降座12设置在工作台1上的凹槽中,在升降座12降到最低状态下升降推送装置的上表面与进料传送带4和升降台6的上表面在同一平面,在升降座12上设置有挡块13,在贴近升降台6一侧的挡块13上设置有推动板14,推动板14通过微型自动推杆带动,挡块13成倒立的L行,推动板14收缩状态下处于挡块13形成的槽内。
本发明结构简单、设计合理,不仅能够将对多个线路板进行切割,同时还能自动将切割好的线路板传送走。

1.一种线路板自动固定切割装置,包括机架,其特征在于:在所述机架上设置有滑动切刀(2),在所述滑动切刀(2)下端的所述机架上设置有工作台(1),在所述滑动切刀(2)正下端的所述工作台(1)上设置有下刀片(3),在所述下刀片(3)前侧的所述工作台(1)上设置有进料传送带(4)和前出料传送带(5),在所述进料传送带(4)和前出料传送带(5)之间的所述工作台(1)上设置有升降台(6),在所述升降台(6)前端的所述工作台(1)上设置有前推板(7),在所述前推板(7)下端的所述工作台(1)上设置有防止第二块线路板前端搭在第一块线路板后端的压板(8),在所述进料传送带(4)与所述升降台(6)之间的所述工作台(1)上设置有升降推送装置,在所述下刀片(3)后侧的所述工作台(1)上设置有后出料传送带(9),在所述后出料传送带(9)后侧的所述工作台(1)上设置有后推板(10),在所述前推板(7)和所述后推板(10)上端均设置有防止线路板向上翘起的防翘板。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种线路板自动固定切割装置,其特征在于:在所述下刀片(3)两端的所述工作台(1)上设置有下挡板。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种线路板自动固定切割装置,其特征在于:所述滑动切刀(2)设置在刀片座在,在滑动切刀(2)两侧的所述刀片座上设置有上挡板。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种线路板自动固定切割装置,其特征在于:所述后出料传送带(9)的上表面高度与下刀片(3)的高度相同,所述前出料传送带(5)和进料传送带(4)的高度比所述下刀片(3)的高度低。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种线路板自动固定切割装置,其特征在于:在工作台(1)的前后两侧均设置有支撑座(11),在所述支撑座(11)上端设置有两个气缸,所述前推板(7)和所述后推板(10)分别设置在所述工作台(1)前侧和后侧的所述气缸上,在所述前推板(7)下端的所述支撑座(11)上设置有感应升降台(6)的红外线感应器。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种线路板自动固定切割装置,其特征在于:在所述前推板(7)和所述后推板(10)上均设置有压力传感器。
7.根据权利要求1所述一种线路板自动固定切割装置,其特征在于:所述升降推送装置包括升降座(12),所述升降座(12)设置在所述工作台(1)上的凹槽中,在升降座(12)降到最低状态下所述升降推送装置的上表面与所述进料传送带(4)和所述升降台(6)的上表面在同一平面,在所述升降座(12)上设置有挡块(13),在贴近升降台(6)一侧的所述挡块(13)上设置有推动板(14),所述推动板(14)通过微型自动推杆带动。
8.根据权利要求1所述一种线路板自动固定切割装置,其特征在于:所述压板(8)通过设置在所述工作台(1)上的气缸带动。
