本发明公开了一种罐体用的内打磨装置,包括工作台,所述工作台的中部设有圆形槽,所述工作台的前端面设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽与圆形槽连通,所述矩形槽内设有抽屉,所述圆形槽底部设有人字形的支杆,所述工作台上设有支架,所述支架侧面设有两个夹紧块一,所述工作台上还设有限位板和固定座,所述固定座上固定有气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆前端连接有夹紧块二,所述气缸的活塞杆从限位板中伸出且上端设有限位块,所述工作台上方设有做竖直方向直线运动的电机,所述电机的输出轴设有磨桶,所述磨桶与罐体的内壁紧密配合,本装置操作简单,打磨效率高,打磨后的废料集中回收,保证了工作台和罐体内部的清洁度。

技术领域
本发明涉及茶叶罐打磨装置领域,特别涉及一种罐体用的内打磨装置。
背景技术
在茶叶生产领域,往往使用铁罐来盛装茶叶,铁罐在生产过程中往往需要对其内部进行打磨,以去除铁罐在生产过程中所产生的毛边,增加铁罐内部的光滑程度,传统的打磨装置效率较低,操作复杂,打磨后毛边废料容易残留在铁罐内部,影响铁罐的包装质量,因此提供一种打磨效率高、操作简便,能同时清理打磨后产生的毛边废料,防止其残留在铁罐内部的打磨装置是本发明亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种罐体用的内打磨装置,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种罐体用的内打磨装置,包括工作台,所述工作台的中部设有圆形槽,所述工作台的前端面设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽与圆形槽连通,所述矩形槽内设有抽屉,所述圆形槽底部设有人字形的支杆,所述工作台上设有支架,所述支架侧面设有两个夹紧块一,所述工作台上还设有限位板和固定座,所述固定座上固定有气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆前端连接有夹紧块二,所述气缸的活塞杆从限位板中伸出且上端设有限位块,所述工作台上方设有做竖直方向直线运动的电机,所述电机的输出轴设有磨桶,所述磨桶与罐体的内壁紧密配合。
优选的,所述夹紧块一位于靠近罐体上端和下端的位置,所述夹紧块二位于靠近罐体中部的位置。
优选的,所述夹紧块一和夹紧块二的前端为与罐体侧面匹配的弧形结构。
优选的,所述夹紧块一和夹紧块二与罐体接触的端面设有橡胶垫。
优选的,所述限位块的端面设有垫皮。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明的一种罐体用的内打磨装置,工人将罐体放入圆形槽的支杆上,并且使罐体侧面紧靠夹紧块一,打开气缸推动夹紧块二前进,气缸活塞杆上的限位块触碰到限位板而停下,夹紧块二停下将罐体夹紧,限位板上的垫皮对限位块在触碰到限位板时提供一定的缓冲,夹紧块一和夹紧块二分布在罐体的不同位置,使罐体在夹紧后无法左右晃动,橡胶垫使夹紧块一和夹紧块二对罐体夹紧时既不会划伤表面也能保证打磨时罐体不会随磨桶转动,控制电机下降,转动磨桶对罐体内壁进行打磨,将罐体放在较工作台平面更低的圆形槽内,能避免打磨的毛刺散落在工作台表面难以清理,打磨后的毛刺从圆形槽落入底部的抽屉中被回收,保证了工作台的清洁度,打磨结束打开气缸使夹紧块二向后退,取出罐体即可,本装置操作简单,打磨效率高,打磨后的废料集中回收,保证了工作台和罐体内部的清洁度。

图1-4出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种罐体用的内打磨装置,包括工作台12,所述工作台12的中部设有圆形槽17,所述工作台12的前端面设有矩形槽13,所述矩形槽13与圆形槽17连通,所述矩形槽13内设有抽屉14,所述圆形槽17底部设有人字形的支杆16,所述工作台12上设有支架5,所述支架5侧面设有两个夹紧块一4,所述工作台12上还设有限位板7和固定座11,所述固定座11上固定有气缸10,所述气缸10的活塞杆前端连接有夹紧块二6,所述气缸10的活塞杆从限位板7中伸出且上端设有限位块9,所述工作台12上方设有做竖直方向直线运动的电机1,所述电机1的输出轴设有磨桶2,所述磨桶2与罐体3的内壁紧密配合。
本实施例中,所述夹紧块一4位于靠近罐体3上端和下端的位置,所述夹紧块二6位于靠近罐体3中部的位置。
本实施例中,所述夹紧块一4和夹紧块二6的前端为与罐体3侧面匹配的弧形结构。
本实施例中,所述夹紧块一4和夹紧块二6与罐体3接触的端面设有橡胶垫15。
本实施例中,所述限位块9的端面设有垫皮8。
基于上述,本发明结构的一种罐体用的内打磨装置,工人将罐体3放入圆形槽17的支杆16上,并且使罐体3侧面紧靠夹紧块一4,打开气缸10推动夹紧块二6前进,气缸10活塞杆上的限位块9触碰到限位板7而停下,夹紧块二6停下将罐体3夹紧,限位板7上的垫皮8对限位块9在触碰到限位板7时提供一定的缓冲,夹紧块一4和夹紧块二6分布在罐体3的不同位置,使罐体3在夹紧后无法左右晃动,橡胶垫15使夹紧块一4和夹紧块二6对罐体3夹紧时既不会划伤表面也能保证打磨时罐体3不会随磨桶2转动,控制电机1下降,转动磨桶2对罐体3内壁进行打磨,将罐体3放在较工作台12平面更低的圆形槽17内,能避免打磨的毛刺散落在工作台12表面难以清理,打磨后的毛刺从圆形槽17落入底部的抽屉14中被回收,保证了工作台12的清洁度,打磨结束打开气缸10使夹紧块二6向后退,取出罐体3即可,本装置操作简单,打磨效率高,打磨后的废料集中回收,保证了工作台12和罐体3内部的清洁度。

1.一种罐体用的内打磨装置,其特征在于:包括工作台,所述工作台的中部设有圆形槽,所述工作台的前端面设有矩形槽,所述矩形槽与圆形槽连通,所述矩形槽内设有抽屉,所述圆形槽底部设有人字形的支杆,所述工作台上设有支架,所述支架侧面设有两个夹紧块一,所述工作台上还设有限位板和固定座,所述固定座上固定有气缸,所述气缸的活塞杆前端连接有夹紧块二,所述气缸的活塞杆从限位板中伸出且上端设有限位块,所述工作台上方设有做竖直方向直线运动的电机,所述电机的输出轴设有磨桶,所述磨桶与罐体的内壁紧密配合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的罐体用的内打磨装置,其特征在于:所述夹紧块一位于靠近罐体上端和下端的位置,所述夹紧块二位于靠近罐体中部的位置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的罐体用的内打磨装置,其特征在于:所述夹紧块一和夹紧块二的前端为与罐体侧面匹配的弧形结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的罐体用的内打磨装置,其特征在于:所述夹紧块一和夹紧块二与罐体接触的端面设有橡胶垫。
