本发明属于船舶工程技术领域,具体涉及一种舰船(注:本发明所述舰船包括所有军用舰艇和民用船舶。下同)横向推进器。
背景技术
1、由于舰船推进器都是安装在艉部,在舰船靠岸或离岸时,仅靠后面两个推进器实现转向是困难的。尤其是前后都有多艘并排的舰船或狭窄空间时,靠岸离岸就更不容易。如果装有横向推进器,靠岸离岸就容易得多。2、舰艇在海上航行时常常需要不停船就进行油、水、弹药、军需物资等的补给。其中横向补给通常是两舰船并排航行,通过在补给船与被补给的舰艇之间在空中架设一条钢缆,油管、水管、弹药、军需物资等等从补给船上顺着钢缆滑到被补给的舰船上。这就需要两舰船之间保持固定距离的航行。如果有横向推进器,这些操作就更加容易。3、在紧急情况下的避险,更需要横向推进器使船体快速横向移动。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明要解决舰船快速横向移动的问题。
本发明详细描述:本发明具体涉及一种舰船横向推进器。具体说来就是,在舰船两侧船舷吃水线以下的合适部位,对称安装横向推进器,以便于舰船的横向移动。横向推进器的安装有下列几种选择方案:1、可变方向型:将横向推进器安装在船体上,推进器可自由转动横向、向前、向后三个方向,在不需要横向移动时,此推进器还可协助主推进器驱动舰船的前进或后退。此方案因推进器利用率高而为上策。2、隐藏伸缩式:需要时打开隐藏门,将缩在船仓内的横向推进器伸出隐藏门外;不需要时缩回船仓内,关闭隐藏门。此方案虽然不会增加舰船航行的阻力,但因仅在横向移动时才使用,大部分时间为空置,实属资源浪费,为中策。3、固定式:将横向推进器固定在船体上,需要横向移动时,离合器接通,将主机动力传输给横向推进器;不需要时断开离合器,横向推进器可自由转动。此方案虽然结构简单,但因仅在横向移动时才使用,大部分时间为空置,不仅浪费资源,并且因露在船体外部,会给高速航行的舰船带来阻力,实为下策。建议使用可变方向型推进器。
如果能与已另案申请的“舰船两侧阵列式静音推进器”、“舰船艉部阵列式静音推进器”同时使用,则堪称完美。
有益效果:1、方便舰船离岸靠岸。2、方便补给船对被补给舰船的补给操作。3、舰船一侧的前面横向推进器和另一侧后面横向推进器同时工作,可实现原地调转船头。4、提高舰船的机动性。比如,舰船转弯时通过横向推进器可减小转弯半径。5、有利于紧急避险:有利于舰船快速躲避障碍、舰艇快速躲避鱼雷攻击等等。6、提升舰船的操控性。7、提高舰船的稳定性。8、增强舰船推进器的抗故障能力,即便主推进器全部损坏,也能保证舰船返回港口。
